20/04/2025: Recommended by the lovely B&B owner, we were not disappointed. It was great. The portions were generous. The burger and the fish and chips were both very good.
16/04/2025: A treat, the dishes are really very good and of good quality.
Crowded but friendly and fast service, I recommend it during your visit to this small village

13/04/2025: Stopped off here randomly today. The perfect cosy place with homecooked food 😋 10/10 for us. The chowder is a must and the spicy beef special was delicious. Loved this place. Excellent 5 * service 👏 we will be back 👍
02/01/2025: Family meal, great welcome, very kind, they explain the dishes to us (in French) local and quality products, perfect meal, excellent cuisine.

Their main courses get a delicious in my book too.
Great service with a smile and when more familiar with you, banter to enjoy.
Well worth the time to stop for a break from whatever your days involves.

18/09/2024: We stopped to have a coffee and ended up having breakfast because of how good the place looks and how nice the girls who run it are.
Delicious French omelet with ham and cheese.

06/05/2025: Grabbed a takeaway cappuchino en-route home 8am to Dublin - deep and intense flavour 👏🏻 … hoped to see a croissant 🥐 👀… cakes a bit much that early but looked amazing 🤩!! Definitely recommend- will be back later in the day 😜 next time !!
05/05/2025: I love coffee and this place is excellent, best I've had in a while. Friendly service and the little terrace out the back is a lovely sun trap.

28/10/2024: Room cold spoke to owner very rude and reply back was what u want me to do three people came to room to sort heating nothing fixed it fame on and off had to look for staff nobody reception over all very disappointed one staff member nice rest could not of cared like staying in IKEA room mi's matched furniture
24/09/2024: Spent 3 nights here. Lovely quiet hotel in a central location. Beautiful food and breakfast. Great service and lovely staff. Very comfortable room and clean. The hotel has its own style and decor. It's not a modern new minimalistic hotel.

25/08/2024: Had the most amazing fish and chips here recently, was even treated to an impromptu session during my dinner. Great food, great craic and lovely atmosphere, looking forward to my next visit

01/01/2025: Mary and Gerry are great hosts. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The house was lovingly decorated for Christmas . Great location too for access to the Connemara. Warmly recommended

07/04/2025: Good bar and enjoyed the food & stout. Sadly only one girl behind bar so service was incredibly poor. Ie slow!!! She worked her a%% off so top marks to her - at the expensive of the business sadly
