01/12/2025: Literally just had dinner here . If you haven’t tried please do . It perfection . Couldn’t fault it .

08/12/2025: Had dinner here on their Christmas early bird menu. Place is lovely and the servers were very friendly. The food was absolutely gorgeous, portions were decent sized and cocktails were tasty aswell. Will definitely be back again

21/09/2025: every time my family go to cavan we always go to dinner here!! the staff are so lovely and attentive and we’ve never had any problems with our food. They also offer gluten free and can cater to other options. Definitely recommend this place!! :)

18/12/2025: Our Retirement Group (32 people attended) had our Christmas Lunch Party here and we had a great time. Manager Claire and all the staff were very accommodating in every possible way, from the moment we booked the party. The room upstairs was beautifully decorated, the room was lovely and warm, the set menu choices (every course had two choices) was delicious and festive. The food was delicious. All the staff were very kind, patient and helpful. They truly went out of their way to give us a very special and enjoyable Christmas celebration. All our members were extremely positive in their reviews. I highly recommend the Lakeside Manor for an event like this.

12/11/2025: The hotel is great, friendly staff as you'd expect. Nice rooms, cozy lobby and of course a fantastic bar area called "The Killykeen Bar". Photo attached is an apple pie with vanilla ice-cream and custard sauce, couldn't have done it any better! Overall, easy 5 star for everything.

03/11/2025: We eat here a few times each year and always choose the cod and chips. Quite simply it is the best I have ever tasted. The staff are 200% friendly, they love dogs (even give treats) and have a good chat with you. If you are in the area, this is the best place to eat.dawn and Colin Kirk

26/10/2025: The best steak I’ve ever had perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavour. Absolute perfection from start to finish. And a huge shoutout to Joe who served us, who was absolutely brilliant!

08/12/2025: Super cozy café atmosphere, super friendly staff, fast service and delicious food, both for coffee and lunch. I highly recommend it; my favorite, besides the cappuccino, is the waffle with chicken, which is delicious.

20/10/2025: Visited this cafe on Saturday after a match in the area ,came across it on google and I am so glad we tried it out. Very calm atmosphere even though they were do busy, staff were so friendly food was fab, all very homemade...the owner should be very proud of there staff..little gem's like this are hard to find nowadays.

28/10/2025: My husband and I had the best culinary experience in all of Ireland here. And I truly mean it was a wonderful experience, not just a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, the service was at a relaxed pace, and each course was beautifully curated (both flavours and presentation). The dining space was cozy but spacious too, so it felt intimate. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!
