08/08/2025: While on our honeymoon in Ireland, Ireland by Bike suggested we dine at Yellow Pepper. So glad we did, the atmosphere is so cozy, the food was amazing. We had the opportunity to meet the owner Kieran who is a gem! Chris and Kerrilee

05/08/2025: Visited Letteykenny in Ireland for a short break, had seen reviews. Definitely have to book so popular. Lovely options to choose from. Decided to go straight to the main, I had the lamb shank special of the day, The lamb just fell off the bone, buttery mash with good selection of vegetables, some as purée,and a tasteful jus to bring it all together. My husband had the cod with fish pie, a beautiful chunky piece, definitely a hot pie with creamy mash. Both our plates were completely cleaned. I had the meringue with fresh fruit and compote, meringue crispy and chewy just the way it should be. A lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and polite. Very good value as well. Would definitely recommend The Yellow.Pepper

24/04/2025: Perhaps we should have sticked to the cakes which looked delicious, but it was lunch so we had soup which was a joke. It was meant to be vegetable. It was very watery and tasted like stock cubes. The wrap and sandwich were ok but too expensive.

10/09/2025: Was in for breakfast as paying customers and asked about the health spa and felt so belitted by member of staff will never be back. Nothing from Managment. Love when u put good comments they will get back to you. Then when u changle not so good services, in which would help them you just get hide comments.

24/09/2025: We stopped by for a light lunch. It was expensive and very poor quality food. We ordered seafood chowder which was a small bowl of mostly veg., a few frozen prawns and tiny fish pieces. It was drowned in cream. Each bowl cost €11:95! The serving staff were very pleasant, but the food very disappointing.

24/09/2025: Lovely friendly accommodation in the wilds of Donegal. Very comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean. Homely food. What's not to love.

10/09/2025: It’s Faulty Towers without Manuel. Charming lobby and bar, lovely back patio area. Rooms are very outdated, bathroom, forget about it, room carpet was dirty and a TV that’s tiny tiny. Not my cup of tea.

17/08/2025: Have just had my first holiday in this hotel on 15th of augest staff are so polite and beautiful food enjoyed the music will come again thank you to all concerned

11/09/2025: Stayed here for a while during an ireland trip on coach. All staff were polite and helpful, food was fantastic.

10/08/2025: Booked to stay two nights but unable to go for first night of stay due to family emergency. I tried to book in the following day but was met with the most appalling reservations manager who refused to let me avail of my paid accommodation and accused me of not contacting hotel to tell them of my delay. I had to show details on phone to prove I had. Clearly my room was given away as they had a wedding booked in that day. I was told the delay booking in was due to them moving my room to quieter part of hotel. It wasn’t, the room was above the ballroom. So I was kept awake till 2am with noise from same. The room was grubby and not worthy of a 4 star hotel. I did email the hotel with full details of my complaint. Unfortunately I did not get any response whatsoever! Most definitely will not be returning!

05/08/2025: The vegetable soup here has absolutely no flavor. It's just diced potatoes, chopped onion, and carrots in water. Only after adding a lot of salt and pepper was it even remotely edible. The coffee was definitely not freshly brewed and was still very strong with milk. We wouldn't recommend it. The ice cream and fries are probably better.

05/08/2025: Disaster! Waited an hour for food. For a burger and fish & chips. The noise level was like a train station. Never again.

26/07/2025: Bar only. NO FOOD but pizza. Wasted drive!!!

15/08/2025: We were staying at Rockhill House and popped down to the Church both nights we were staying. Food was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There seemed to only be one barman and one waitress and they were busy but everything ran like clockwork! Great location too! Will definitely be back!

14/07/2025: We stopped as a recommendation for breakfast. It was a very busy Sunday morning. The staff were friendly, efficient, and hardworking. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend the Eggs Florentine.

16/06/2025: I went here this morning with my daughter for breakfast. The waiter who greeted us was very rude. He seated us at a corner table and then completely ignored us throughout our visit. After waiting 20 minutes with no one taking our order, we decided to leave. The same waiter was at the door when we were leaving and didn’t acknowledge us at all.

20/08/2025: We booked this campsite for two nights. It turned out to be a campervan site right at the front of the campsite. In this corner, along the road and in front of the terrace, there are several very small campervan sites—similar to parking spaces with a tiny strip of grass. Many other sites on the campsite have much more space around them. We were unlucky because there was a large family with lots of children and a lot of noise next to us. They couldn't find us another site, so we left disappointed. Unfortunately, we didn't get our money back. So, check carefully which sites you book.

16/08/2025: Calls itself a camp, doesn't allow tents. That's a first 🤦‍♂️

21/08/2025: Got food here last nite and found out where not to go again for the price the portion was a bit small and the fish looked electrucuted been a long time since I was that disappointed with fast food

20/07/2025: Quality Food fresh cut chips and Kebab meat tasty.. Need to try the Pizzas as apparently they are top quality
