11/08/2025: Outstanding experience. Very friendly staff serve incredible food in a beautiful space.
Every bite was delicious. The seafood chowder is out of this world ā chock full of mussels, prawns, fish, and a ton of flavor.
Highly recommend!
11/08/2025: Without doubt one of the nicest restaurants in donegal, it was our first time here and wasn't it a surprise, the service was first class from the meet and great at the door until we left.
The restaurant was packed but our food came out so fast we were shocked because we knew it was busy and expected a delay.
The food was as good of food that I've ate in donegal ,credit to the chefs, highly recommended coming here and well done for your good work š

18/08/2025: Great location and staff. Had goats cheese with pears. Disappointed that serving was packed out with lettuce. Very little pear or goats cheese. Or other ingredients Iād expect.
10/08/2025: Food is good, service is poor. They said coffee could come after the meal, then brought it first. They got side orders wrong and then didn't bring a subsequent order for a scone. We had to have it to go but then it came without jam. It's a shame, nice place but I wouldn't go back

Very authentic, cozy atmosphere.
30/07/2025: Cozy pub with a log fire. We just had a drink and enjoyed the live performance. Good beer selection and friendly service.

21/08/2025: We were here and had the chicken bacon and leek, which tasted okay, with a side of vegetables that were completely unseasoned. The Cajun chicken was also unseasoned, and the garlic potatoes were garlic-free š¢. Coleslaw wasn't good either, and was full of mayo š¢. Either someone is trying to relive the past, or the real chef was on vacation š¤·š»āāļø.

11/08/2025: Attended for breakfast. Fresh and good quality food. Good selection on breakfast menu to suit all needs. However service was slow.
26/07/2025: Didn't stay at the hotel, we just went to the restaurant. Had the most amazing vegan stir fry with rice.

01/08/2025: Been coming here for 10+ years and the experience today was terrible. Informed the veggie burger no longer on the menu despite being one of the only veggie options there, order was wrong and the chips were so overcooked they were brown and poisoned with too much salt. Disappointed. They also cut the fish my mum ordered in half to give her a smaller piece after it was already cooked (witnessed them doing it).
27/05/2025: Fish is superb and the chicken nuggets are amazing
