14/06/2025: Alojarse en The Morgan y el restaurante está al lado del hotel, que siempre es una ventaja! El lugar es elegante, pero lo más importante es que el servicio y la calidad de la comida eran excelentes. Petra era excepcional. Ella respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y fue cortés, diligente y nos hizo sentir especiales. La comida estaba muy bien presentado y muy satisfactorio. Los cócteles (ordenados fuera de carta) eran perfectos. En general, una gran experiencia y no te decepcionará. Soy un tipo que va le gusta quejarse y por este lugar ... no tengo quejas.

09/06/2025: Tuvimos un gran tiempo en el bar! Roberta Gattuso del equipo de comida y bebida era muy amable y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenido. Y Darren en el bar también, sus cócteles eran increíbles! Servicio como este hace toda la diferencia!

06/07/2025: Terrible Experience – Missing Items, Poor Quality, and Unhelpful Service The last two times I have ordered delivery from Supermac's & Papa John's in Blackrock, both times the experience has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the food has fallen off a cliff. On this latest order, a whole 14-inch pizza was missing from our delivery. When we called the restaurant immediately, the person in charge refused to replace the missing pizza so we could all have dinner together and instead told us to complain to the delivery company. They even suggested that the JustEat delivery driver might have taken the pizza, which IMHO is absurd given the delivery was only 10 minutes from pickup. And the staff made no effort to check if the pizza was sent out with the order? You would know if you sent a pizza out 10 minutes ago??? The food itself used to be good, but was awful. The chicken coating was like biting tarmac, especially at the ends, and the chips were now cold after our delivery time had been changed 3 times, and very soggy. After paying over €50 for a quick takeaway meal on a Saturday evening, I would expected much better from what used to be a reputable establishment for a takeaway. Missing a whole pizza is completely unacceptable! I have a video of our delivery before last, which has two bun heels on the same burger, a "sprinkle" of lettuce and a "a threat" of burger sauce. That's one of the reasons we ordered an extra burger sauce, which was paid for, but missing from the last order! Customer service on this issue was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Do not bother replying asking me to email or contact elsewhere — go to your restaurant and see for yourself what customers are experiencing. A once good takeaway brand is now truly awful in terms of food quality and customer service. If I could give zero stars I would, I will definitely not be returning.

29/05/2025: I placed an order at 8:25pm and it was scheduled to be delivered at 9:30pm, more than 1 hour and yet the pizza was delayed another 26min to be delivered, that is, more than 1:30h for a pizza to be delivered.

11/06/2025: This is no longer the place seen in the positive reviews. This has a few generic taps, an odd smell, a poorly poured Guinness, and a sad atmosphere. Avoid.

22/06/2025: It deserves no stars honestly. Everything is frozen ! And of the worst quality too. The prices are ridiculous for the bad quality food. Don’t waste your money go over to Anne’s bakery in mary street instead 🤢

26/06/2025: The Mega Box today was very disappointing. We used to enjoy it before, but it’s definitely not the same anymore. The chicken strips had a strange taste, completely different from what we were used to. I’ve never tasted it like this before. Really disappointed with the quality today.

25/05/2025: It was one of the best takeaways I have had in Dublin. The food was delicious and tasty, and the portions were quite big. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Malaysian or Chinese food, or wants to try something new.

13/05/2025: Its one of the best kebabs I've ever had. Thank you so much it was delicious 😋 I only ate half cause it was huge and kept the other half for later. I will definitely order again to try everything. Quick delivery and affordable place.

12/05/2025: No stars 🌟💯😡always orderd from there rang at 8.15 orderd my phone, time I come home from kids clubs food should be see there at my door.. Half 9 no food and it was cancelled by them!!!! Rang and asked wer is my food said oh see driver is new abit of rain today is 12 May 2015 tiny bit of rain and he can't drive he texted me 2 times for address I never texted him back, I rang him have screenshot and he didn't answer as I don't have credit to txt him and it's up to the resturant to give him my address... All because the roads are wet he can't drive and cancelled my order.. Never order again and waiting around ages not worte it... Wen u can order from else we're and get ur food 👌

01/08/2025: Traditional fish and chips. Pros: Efficient service and quick service. Very good fries. Very large portions. Good fish once it breaks through the batter. Cons: The breading is quite greasy, dense, and very thick (I estimate it's 70% of the fillet). Wooden cutlery and disposable plates. General comments: The guest list is impressive :) The atmosphere and location are very good. You can feel the tradition of the place.

31/07/2025: The fish and chips are good. The cod batter is thick and fluffy. My only complaint is that it's overpriced considering the type of food (potatoes—lots of them—and cod). A takeaway portion costs about 20 euros.

27/05/2025: Hotel is nice, but restaurant food and service were very poor. Would not recommend eating here.
