The best restaurantsof irish in Dublin

01/03/2024: Very slow delivery service. We live five minutes drive from the restaurant but it took newly 20 minutes to arrive. Said it was delivered on the app when it wasn’t. Poor service.

29/02/2024: My mother and I ordered a munchie box from this restaurant. The person on the phone was very polite and the food was very tasty. It was top quality product.

05/02/2024: Okay… where to start. The food was good, not the best.. the portions were quite small, the fish soup tasted like too much cream was added, couldve done good with some sherry or tabasco in the recipe, I had a steak which was quite small. My girlfriend had the duck, the menu states it is a duck breast but it was a small leg with some mash, a bit dry and overcooked. Flavour was good but not what we expected. We also asked the chef if it was possible for a off the menu dessert(a crepe suzette) which any french chef should be able to do. They came as two crepes that were sprinkled with grand marnier, not a drop of orange juice or sugar, they then later charged us for two chocolate crepes and a 8€ portion of grand marnier(so each crepe totalled at 16€ for one person) very cheeky in my opinion. We also found 2 brown hairs within the crepe batter and the waiter tried to pin it on us, yet we were a table with girls with long blonde hair and me who had short dark hair. We didnt make a fuss about it, but we will not be coming back. The place has potential but the customer service was horrendous. All this totalled at 330€.

29/03/2024: If you live in England and fancy fish and chips don’t bother coming here. Very expensive and the fish and chips are really really bland. Would not recommend at all. Can’t understand the hype.. remotely..

31/03/2024: I was handed a key for the toilet by the person rolling dough for someone’s food. Thankfully not my own. This is a big no-no in anyone’s book. The food was well below average which is disappointing when I know the two usual Apache Pizza stores I use are very good. I was also charged more than what was displayed on the menu, so they may need updating. (€0.45c) I generally don’t review for bad experiences but I think the glove and toilet key is disgusting and needs to be highlighted. A different staff member retrieved the key from me but should wash their hands to be fair.
