Tengo una hamburguesa de pollo con papas fritas, la hamburguesa de pollo parecía que estaba justo en la freidora de grasa, era completamente de gran tamaño y en su mayoría migas de pan, sin salsa completamente seca. Las patatas fritas olían y sabían a aceite vegetal. Muy caro y decepcionante

17/03/2025: Don’t trust customer service!! They don’t seem to be able to to their one job! Chose to pretend they stocked a certain brand in store rather than say the truth that they didn’t!! Wasted my time going in and trying to navigate it, to be pointed in multiple different directions and come to the conclusion they simply didn’t stock such. They should have more consideration and know their store, especially being a “high end” retailer.

10/03/2025: I went to Chanel to buy a perfume (Antaeus). I was attended by a super rude and unprofessional employee named (tina). I asked her if she could give me a discount and she rudely said no. Then I asked her if she could offer me some samples because I bought a perfume for 125 euros and she rudely said she didn't have any. Then she told me about a loyalty card that she didn't even give me, she simply told me to add the app by phone when we're talking about a luxury brand. I bought the perfume and she was always rude and asked her for the loyalty card that she didn't want to give me.... Terrible service and it even disgusts me how they can have someone like that in Chanel stores or brands. I will never go back here again and because of that I will return the perfume because I hated the service.... not even a smile and care about the costumer.... The funniest thing is that there was no good morning or apology... Great costumer assistant lol bla bla bla .... because of that , I buyed 2 perfumes in another store thanks you!!! Lose a costumer and im very happy with myself not spending my money in this stores with rude people who think they are the last patato chip in the world. A little bit honesty please... thank you !!!!!

14/01/2025: Nice selection of beer. The staff are friendly, but it is a Galway pub after all so it's not surprising the staff are friendly.

28/12/2024: Tried to visit, doesn’t exist. Avoid.

15/03/2025: The order took almost 2 hours to be delivered! I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:15 PM, and it only arrived at 7 PM. On top of that, the delivery guy stopped far from my house and just waited there, so I had to go to his car to get the pizza. The pizza was great as always, but situations like this make us feel disappointed and frustrated with the service.

03/02/2025: Fuimos allí por Tamales 🫔 por la candelaria ( tradición mexicana ) y nos sorprendió porque el sabor de tamales era tan increíble entonces pedimos Chilaquiles con suadero y salsa verde, café de olla y una Concha y todo estaba delicioso y el personal era tan amable y acogedor. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar 100%

23/03/2025: This Jersey-boy stumbled into Bruce Springsteen’s favorite cod and chips in Dublin. I can see why. Courteous service, nice portions and tasty fish. Eat like Bruce and the King when you come to Dublin.

23/03/2025: The place is good, nothing to highlight. When we went there were only two tables occupied. The food, for our taste, was not good at all, it had no flavor and it is not a food that is prepared, fried and that's it. We tried to see what it was but it wasn't amazing. We understand that any fish & chips will be the same, not that the one here was bad. This is taste, whoever likes it or wants to try, go ahead.

05/09/2024: ¡Se supone que es un hotel de 4 estrellas! No contesté mi correo electrónico inicial cuando pregunté sobre la reserva de una mesa para la graduación de mis hijas. Así que llamé... tardé 3 intentos en probar 3 opciones diferentes por teléfono antes de hablar con alguien. He reservado una mesa para 7 personas para la cena de graduación de mis hijas. Nos dijeron cuando llegamos que había 2 grandes fiestas en el restaurante y por lo que nos habían reservado una cabina en la zona del bar. Traté de decir que era una mejor opción que una mesa de restaurante. Cuando avisé que no me dijeron esto en el momento de la reserva se preguntó con quién había hablado como si este fuera mi problema. Nos negamos a este bar y nos fuimos. Este hotel solía ser uno de nuestros favoritos, pero en el último número de visitas nos hemos sentido decepcionados continuamente. No volveré, esta fue la gota que colmó el vaso.
