31/10/2024: Shop is looking great after it's recent refit - but stunned that deli counter are no longer making wraps ,rolls etc at lunchtime - only pre made selection. Nowhere this end of Donnybrook to get a freshly made wrap or sandwich - very disappointing.

27/09/2024: Hard to give it a decent review as it is the middle of a major refurb and only a small section was open. Staff very friendly and a good choice of product available.

16/07/2024: Good pizzas, my experiences have been satisfactory. The first time I ordered a pizza to eat there, and it was ready quite quickly. The only downside was that the seating inside is very limited and it's almost always full, so getting a spot is a matter of luck. My other experience was ordering for pickup; I didn't know the pizzeria was Brazilian, so I got a bit confused when I called and didn't understand anything. Later, I sent them a message on Instagram and everything went smoothly. One unsatisfactory experience I had was with the esfirras. I decided to buy one just to try it, and I wasn't very pleased. I ordered a cheese and broccoli esfirra, and the broccoli came whole with melted cheese on top. They hadn't chopped the broccoli properly or anything. I found the way they made this esfirra to be quite lazy.

16/07/2024: Good job guys! I was always craving for habbibs kinda esfiha, ordered yours and love it. I went to Brazil, tried to order from habbibs again, and YOURS IS SOOOO MUCH BETTER. Keep with the good quality! Meat and cheese ones are top notch!!

18/10/2024: We lost our hotel last minute and the managers and servers here took care of us in a way that was above and beyond expectation. We felt like family and friends when we left. They not only provided fantastic food, but went out of their way to make sure we were safe and had a roof over our head and a place to freshen up after our travels. Thanks for everything, and we definitely plan to return for a sandwich and a Guinness one day soon!

03/10/2024: Two drugged up nasty individuals eating other people's food and intimidating everyone and made eating there a very unpleasant experience. Can't understand why management didn't intervene and definitely won't be going back to supermacs Blackrock

19/11/2024: It would be nice if ur delivery driver would offer you back your change got a delivery it came to €17.25 I handed the driver €20 note he took the €20 and just walk off never even offered me my change so it was €4 delivery charge so he €6.75 to deliver to my house I just think it was very cheeky of him to not off my change back coz I was given him a tip out of the change but he did not even offer me my change back just took the money an when on his way

22/10/2024: Food came 2 hours later by a young driver who pulled up blaring car music outside my house! called back 4 times and said if my food was cold that I would be calling back nothing but rudeness when I called and asked for a fresh one would not recommend at all!!!

06/10/2024: Love the coffee shop on upper level rather posh, waiter service, but you're worth it. fab pastries, great coffee, dinky pink delph and really polite staff #arnotts

09/07/2024: Terrible service, extremely slow. Food is average, only positive is the opening hours

13/06/2024: Extremely dissatisfied with my order. Chicken fillet burger had particularly thin fillet, bun was soggy and came with mushy brown lettuce and mushy brown onions. Chips were too firm but weirdly soggy at the same time. The garlic sauce completely lacked garlic flavour. Food was cold.

16/07/2024: Food and drinks were o.k. but service was really slow.

25/06/2024: Absolutely shockingly bad serivice in this restaurant. No welcome when we entered the restaurant we had to ask for menus and cuterly. Table was dirty. Waiter came 5 seperate times to the table with the food with roughly a 15 minute gap between both. 3 of us got the majority of our meal and then the 9 year old child that was with us had to wait 40 minutes for her food while we had eaten our meal. Some of our food never came. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Spoke to the manager and did not recieve an apology and did not seem too concerned about our complaints. The worst service I have ever experience. Many staff walking around not doing a lot and the restaurant was not busy at the time.

30/10/2024: Really not a pleasant experience, overpriced,exceptionally greasy heavily battered tasteless fish. The chips were the worst I have experienced in Ireland. I get the feeling they are relying on the fact that passing tourists will anyway only eat there once and might as well dish up shyte for the eejits at a premium price. Never again!

26/10/2024: I don't know how you can make such bad fries... With 3 packets of sauce I was able to eat half of them.

21/10/2024: Had high hopes of this place. My 2 mates and I booked this residence months ago for the Ireland All Blacks test match weekend. For today to email and say your booking can no longer be honored. Therefore your booking is now cancelled. Terrible customer service. Would never book or recommend this place to anybody. Cheers Noel

20/10/2024: they just cancel the booking last minute without me having a booking confirmation already, now its twice the price!!!
