08/11/2025: Sorry to leave a bad review as usually the food is nice and fresh. We order today when the restaurant opened and got hard chips , stale batter sausages , chicken wrap with dried out goujans. I was so disapointed as the food is usually fresh but my order was definitely reheated food from day before . Very disapointed with the quality of food as it is usually fresh but not today.

25/10/2025: Portion sizes are great, delivery is fast enough but at times has been abit on the colder side, but the major fail and it seems its not limited to Giulio's is the fact the staff in chippers these days seem to have lost the ability to put salt and vinegar on the chips unless your standing in front of them reminding them salt and vinegar please. Even stating in the comments when ordering online extra salt and vinegar results in you guessed it..no salt and vinegar.

28/10/2025: Recently had a carvery in here, very taken aback by the prices. We had one full portion and one half portion, one Guinness and one blackcurrant. It costed €48 in total, they must be charging €20 for a full portion, which is crazy. The server initially cut me a miserable portion of beef and I had to ask him to cut more, no doubt I was charged for that too. The meat was very dry and had no taste at all to it, even with a load of gravy. The veg was good and made the meal bearable. The desserts were also €14 per plate, we didn't eat them but I got the price just to confirm the rip off was across the board. It's a shame because this is a lovely pub, decor wise, and in a good location, it has great potential. But it's no suprise it's only ever 1/4 full any time I happen to visit it.

23/08/2025: In viaggio a Dublino ho mangiato più volte in questo posto, sempre molto soddisfatta. Ottimo il loro piatto della tradizione fish & chips, per me in versione senza glutine con una perfetta panatura croccante e non unta. Atmosfera informale ma con stile e servizio attento e curato. Una nota particolare alla professionalità e simpatia di Simone!

22/08/2025: GOT A HAIR IN MY FOOD !!! WHEN I POINTED THIS OUT TO STAFF SHE SAID THE HAIR IS BLACK , AND YOU HAVE DARK HAIR . BUT OTHER STAFF HAD LONG BLACK HAIR ALSO . I GOT NO APPOLAGY NO SORRY NO NOTHING. SHE JUST WALKED OFF AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM NOT HER'S. RUDE , AND CHEEKY STAFF . UN TRAINED IN FOOD SAFTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT EAT HERE , ITS A DUMP.

11/10/2025: Coming here years, usually just for drinks or Brunch. I love the decor and atmosphere and the staff are always excellent. However, on this last visit I was disappointed. The Hugo cocktail I ordered had an elderflower flavouring in it & not the elderflower liquer it should have. As the liquer was listed in another cocktail, I asked for it to be used instead. It was not & I was handed a green drink that tasted nothing like a Hugo. The choice of glassware was uninspiring compared to what they used to use and there was zero efforts made with presentation as I expect for €15 a drink.

30/08/2025: Mi experiencia en 10 Fleet Street fue nada menos que espantosa. Una bebida completa fue sacada de nuestra mesa mientras todavía estábamos bebiendo, y en lugar de manejar un simple error con profesionalidad, el personal optó por burlarse e insultarnos. La camarera se rió en nuestras caras y nos llamó mentirosos. Cuando pedimos hablar con el gerente, la situación de alguna manera se deterioró aún más —se alejó en medio de la conversación, me levantó la mano en la cara para callarme, nos dijo que estaba “demasiado ocupado” para lidiar con nuestra queja y también nos llamó mentirosos. Este nivel de falta de respeto tanto del personal de primera línea como de la dirección es absolutamente inaceptable en cualquier entorno de hospitalidad. Lo que debería haber sido una resolución directa se convirtió en un ejercicio de humillación y hostilidad. El comportamiento aquí demostrado refleja una completa falta de profesionalidad, rendición de cuentas y atención básica al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente evitar 10 Fleet Street si espera ser tratado incluso con las normas mínimas de cortesía y respeto.

08/04/2025: Great atmosphere. Julie mcCabe sings here on Monday nights 7 -10pm and she is absolutely brilliant. Everyone is welcome to sing and Julie gives great support. Always a great night. Spin the wheel is great fun too. 😀

24/07/2025: Been a long while since I was there. No food any more. Place was quiet when I went in but packed by 8pm with young crowd. Went to bar and service was very good.

11/06/2025: I took my father here this evening - to the Terrace - and had a great time. We had tried to book a window seat, but upon arrival there were none available. The wonderful front of house said he would do everything to help us. I had told him it was an early father's day dinner for my dad. We were seated in a non window seat initially, but within 15 minutes, due to a no show, he moved us to a 4-top, but made it for just the two of us. My dad had the Dublin Bay Prawn Scampi, and loved every second of it (his appetite can be off, so it was brilliant to see!). I ordered the burger (without pickles), but it arrived with pickles which put me off a little. I removed them from the plate and one of the hostesses asked if everything was OK (truly I didn't really enjoy the burger..too much sauce and the pickle residue was still lingering on the burger) and I just told her it's lovely but I asked for no pickles (I didn't want to ask for a fresh order bc it seemed ridiculous!). She came back later in the meal to say the desserts were going to be on the house - I tried to protest and say it's not a problem, but when the bill came, they weren't there. As a result I left a very generous tip for the servers. The desserts were delicious. Dad had the sticky toffee pudding and I had the meringue roulade (very sweet, but I had room after not finishing my burger). All in all the service was hit and miss (we were neglected a bit at the beginning in favour of the bigger, more demanding tables, and I had asked for a sauce top up which came after we had finished - but I understand they were under pressure), but the managers really stepped up and made it a special night. My dad, most importantly, has been waxing lyrical about it since. They also had a good selection of non-alcoholic wines for him, which was really refreshing. I would definitely go back again - and order the scampi!! Top top marks to the fronts of house...you made it a lovely evening.

09/10/2025: Worst flat white I’ve ever had, they don’t know how to make a coffee. They told me what table to sit at and before I could even finish my drink they asked me to move so someone else could use my table?! They told me to sit there in the first place. Rude and inept staff.

03/10/2025: It’s a wonderful place amazing food and staff but it’s not a place for a price it was about 10-20€ per person but otherwise it’s a lovely place

15/11/2025: I always enjoy checking out the different counters, the new products and staff are friendly and helpful with samples. I hate that Lifestyle sports isn't in this store any more but it's still a quality place to shop.

24/10/2025: I do not know if the staff is untowardly or just flat out racist. They are brusque, sometime flat out rude. I am inclined to think that it is only towards indians as not many other reviews suggest such a behaviour. The review won't change much but seriously, I hope you guys do a bit better.

19/10/2025: Truly awful experience today for lunch. We had been on many occasions before and were always wowed by the atmosphere food and service. A group of 6 of us arrived for lunch today and were seated next to a group of 50 people which appeared to be a christening. The noise was deafening, children running around screaming and staff were few, and very overwhelmed. The food was really poor, the accompanying salad with the prawn tempura lacked freshness, the steak was as tough as old boots with no marination, and the ice cream for dessert was similar to what you’d get at a children’s birthday party. I complained to management and they did discount the bill, a solid gesture but not what I was looking for! We were looking for a nice meal in a ‘small leading hotels of the world’ restaurant but it felt like a cross between McDonald’s and a roadside cafe. Management need to step up, this is APPALLING, and we will not be stepping in there ever again

18/11/2025: Was harassed and assaulted by the bouncers, called names and talked to the floor for trying to stop one of the bouncers from filming me (he was filming me because I was filling him harassing my friend) bouncers name was Teechala (probably spelling that wrong my apologies)

06/11/2025: This is not a 5 star hotel but I'm leaving a 5 star review because it was perfect for me and my two friends. We wanted somewhere city centre for cheap, just for one night. We asked for three single beds and that's exactly what we got. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was lovely. We had everything we needed. We didn't need luxury, just a bed in a warm place after a night out. There's no TV in the room but we didn't need that. There is a tea and Nespresso coffee machine though. You're five minutes away from a Luas or shops, it was perfect. We felt very secure staying there. Although we came back late at night/early morning, we had no issues getting back in. We checked out that morning and asked could we leave our bags while we went out for breakfast and although we came back later than we stated, our bags were kept stored neatly for us. The staff were lovely to deal with, very friendly. The place was decently clean, no issues to report at all. I would definitely stay here again for the same reason

24/10/2025: Shower doesn't work, no hot water. The window doesn't block out the outside air; I feel like I'm in a pub with music playing. Know that I'm about to try to sleep, and the night is going to be very difficult. Don't make the same mistake I did; I strongly advise against it.
