01/01/2025: Tuvimos el placer de visitar este lugar y pasar una tarde encantadora bebiendo vino y probando las tapas. Tiene un ambiente cómodo y relajado donde nada es demasiado problema el personal es atento y genuinamente parece disfrutar allí trabajo No puedo esperar para volver y este lugar merece una visita

29/12/2024: Realmente estábamos deseando volver a lo que pensamos que era la antigua Coppinger Row donde la comida estaba en el corazón del restaurante. La realidad lejos de la verdad. Menú de comida muy limitado para la cena y platos pequeños eran tan caros para la calidad y cantidad. Se fue sintiéndose completamente abrumado y no se lo recomendaré a amigos, tan decepcionado.

30/05/2024: Went to a Celtic night at the Boardwalk and had an amazing evening, especially thanks to the lovely bartender named Louise. She made incredible cocktails - and mocktails, while being very kind and helpful. Very nice place to try it you stay in Dublin for a couple of nights.

05/05/2024: We’ve been staying here on and off for about 20 years and I’m afraid on our last few stays, the experience hasn’t been as good as it used to be. It’s still an impressive, huge bar but it used to have fairy lights everywhere making it more magical. Some of the staff both at reception and in the bar seem a bit fed up but not all of them. The rooms haven’t changed at all so although comfortable, they really could do with being updated. Impressive reception hall but as you come in the main door there’s a couple of chairs and a very scabby table. Just seems tired and neglected. Our room overlooked a side alley which wasn’t pleasant but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also no fault of the hotel is that there’s quite a few hostels all round it. On a plus side, the breakfasts are still good with something to suit everyone and we were pleased with our fish and chips at dinner one night. Vending machines in the lobbies which is handy. Toilets always clean. No Celtic nights for the three nights we were there but had a good Irish music night. It’s still nice to come back to it at the end of the day for a few drinks rather than roaming about the city at night. We will be back but it’s sad to see changes and would be nice to see some money being spent on it.

07/03/2025: Sono entrata in questo locale quasi per caso durante una gita a Howth e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita! Il locale è molto invitante e caloroso, completamente in legno e con un camino che invita sicuramente ad entrare. Il cibo è buono, il personale gentile e il prezzo molto basso. Lo consiglio assolutamente

05/03/2025: I booked this restaurant for a group of about 68 people. Unfortunately, the room was very cold and not particularly inviting. The food was acceptable, but not outstanding. I cannot understand the 4.5-star ratings. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant as it gave the impression of mass processing

09/04/2025: Really nice staff. Lost my phone there and returned the next day to see could I find it. The staff had it kept safe behind the bar.

04/04/2025: 2 different menus that change at 4 p.m. sharp. 5 minutes beforehand there is no chance of getting the other card. Food is quite good, service is not the real deal!

06/03/2025: Llamé hoy mientras esperábamos el tren. Tuve un pollo al curry y patatas fritas, el pollo era una pechuga de pollo y era duro como las placas del infierno seco y dije que debe haber sido asado porque no sería tan seco de otra manera. Más tarde lo vi poniendo el pollo asado en la salsa de curry después de que estaba sentado bajo las lámparas de calor muy decepcionado mientras esperaba con ansias. El marido dijo que el pescado y las patatas fritas estaban bien.

07/03/2025: —- Oh guys what happened? Was going there for years and used to be great but now very disappointing! —- I know your in middle of renovations, but portion for chicken supreme was pigeon leg sized and in red wine gravy and mash… ehh and chicken supreme is usually in a white creamy sauce? Too expensive shrink-flationed portions! Bridges burnt won’t return.

26/01/2025: Mi hija adolescente es celíaca y su golosina favorita son las patatas fritas y tiernas de pollo. Beshoffs es la única cadena actual de restaurantes / comida rápida que ofrecen esto a mi conocimiento. Algunos lugares de McDonald's pueden hacer chips sin gluten, pero no todos, lo mismo que algunos Eddie Rockets que pueden hacer un pedazo simple de pollo con papas fritas. La elección de una comida rápida ocasional para niños celiacos (y niños grandes) es terrible en Irlanda. Todo lo que se necesita es una freidora separada / área de preparación. Juego limpio a Beshoffs por hacer esto, mi hija estaba encantada. También ofrecen todos los pescados sin gluten. Y todo está delicioso. El servicio fue muy rápido, se paga en el mostrador y es llevado a su mesa por el personal amable. No puedo culparlos en absoluto, gracias.

04/04/2025: Amazing food and value for money for lunch special €10. I had crispy dumplings(gyozas), chicken burger and french fries. It delicious. Didn’t think this price range existed in Dublin anymore.

04/04/2025: Such a cool place, I loved the decor and the vibe, the bar and the restaurant area are separated which is perfect for keeping a calm atmosphere. The food came out very quickly, everything was fresh and tasty 😋 the servers were incredibly nice and the cocktail deals are such a steal! 🙌🏻 I recommend ordering something frozen, like a daquiri since the glasses are pretty small so you'll have more time to enjoy it 💙

07/02/2025: Friendly staff. Helpful. Nice environment. Large portions. Bit pricey. Quality of food was decent. Bacon on burger was very fatty. Side salad was tasty. Overall decent visit.

03/01/2025: My wife and I visited here on a terrible day two weeks weeks before Christmas. I've reviewed this restaurant before, do this will be short. The friendly server cleared a table for us, and we're seated in a few minutes. Food was delicious, served piping hot, sides of fries and mash were again delicious and piping hot. We visited on the day the heating was broken, but we did not notice, only the server told us. Coffee was again delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant, with good food and great staff. Can't wait to return soon. I'd highly recommend this place. Thanks again for another lovely meal.

18/03/2025: Hugely disappointed by recent ‘renovation’ where they have Halved the size of the store : now everything cramped , out of place ; the wide selection that one had gotten used to and Is the Reason why one would shop at this store - the selection and variety of goods and offerings have been greatly reduced. Now the store is cramped , uninviting , none of the atmosphere remains. So very very disappointed.

30/03/2025: I booked a table for mothers day and the girls on the phone could not have been more helpful booked the table could not of been nicer. I think her name was Ally That was as good as it got. We had 13 people for dinner we sat down and they told us she'd be back to take our drink order. They never came. We ordered from the bar. We then ordered our food which I can say was just edible from the 7 different meals off the menu. We asked for a bottle of wine. The girl took th4 order twice . We only got the bottle of wine after 3 requests and having to go in and find the girl who took the order to remind her. She replied oh yea sorry. The meal was finished about 20 mins before the wine came. I then tried to order desserts. I recall I asked 3 times could we order a desert after 40 mins I paid the bill and nobody came back near our table. No plates were cleared nothing. I understand it was mothers day which is always extremely busy but I've never had such a lack of service from waiting staff and I'm not likely to complain and after the service I'm sure it's not an isolated incident.

12/03/2025: It's missing atmosphere..its cold and drafty.... on a rainy day you should be able to take your ciat off..but ut was so in the pub.. Not for me I'm afraid

26/03/2025: Absolutely racist club have reported them to relevant authorities as well We as people of colour were denied entry without any reason whatsoever! Absolutely disgusting approach by the staff

03/04/2025: Disappointed to see they changed the menu . They stopped using real cheese on the dirty fries. Cheese sauce isn't the same. They stopped using 100% beef in there hamburgers. Won't be returning. 9 years and it's just not the same restaurant since the new company took over.

25/03/2025: Mi esposa y yo paramos aquí de camino al condado de Wicklow desde Dublín. Fue un almuerzo / cena temprano. Completamente sorprendido por la calidad de este lugar. De nuestras comidas a la decoración, a la música. No es un lugar que veas todos los días en un centro comercial. En un viaje de 11 días en Dublín, Galway y Wicklow - la comida que teníamos aquí de alguna manera lo superó todo. El sándwich de carne y el schnitzel de pollo. Siguiente nivel.

15/04/2025: Beautiful place. We came from belfast to attend my grandads funeral who sadly passed away great service and the carvery wad Beautiful with great portion sizes. Staff were lovely and accommodating

14/04/2025: Decent room, generous breakfast but located next to the highway and also next to a pleasant park.

10/11/2024: Have been using Café Haven for outside catering for a large corporation and always very happy with the quality and value for money!
