22/08/2025: Was there for all ireland football final .. didn't open untill 1230 .. can't believe they don't look for exemption for the 2 finals .. people queuing outside for 2 hours to get in ..

20/01/2026: Dreadful Experience Ruined a Special Occasion 5 out of 7 meals returned to kitchen. Food was then reserved, which was cold/incorrect orders. Eventually, the Supervisor, Jade came to the table, he advised no Head Chef or Manager on Duty. He did not know the manager's name, apart ftom Shane. Service by Max was Exceptional and he handled the situation professionally. Overall, Do not bother to order food at this Pub as it is not what appears on their website. It was like Faulty Towers!

04/01/2026: A spot I've frequented over the last decade but not as much in recent years , the food is still as good as ever , big fan of the chicken wings , even though the price has only gone up and the portion gotten smaller . 20 euro for a Caesar salad is also a bit steep even in a cost of living crisis

28/12/2025: Update: (06 11 2025) €2.00 price hike, this is second increase in less than 6 months. So now for a mini meal/half meal it is €14.50 for extremely small portions. Shame this place is getting so expensive now. You are not forewarned either, you are told when paying.

08/11/2025: Sorry to leave a bad review as usually the food is nice and fresh. We order today when the restaurant opened and got hard chips , stale batter sausages , chicken wrap with dried out goujans. I was so disapointed as the food is usually fresh but my order was definitely reheated food from day before . Very disapointed with the quality of food as it is usually fresh but not today.

25/10/2025: Portion sizes are great, delivery is fast enough but at times has been abit on the colder side, but the major fail and it seems its not limited to Giulio's is the fact the staff in chippers these days seem to have lost the ability to put salt and vinegar on the chips unless your standing in front of them reminding them salt and vinegar please. Even stating in the comments when ordering online extra salt and vinegar results in you guessed it..no salt and vinegar.

03/02/2026: Oliver Dunne restaurants proprietor Acting Manager Assistant Manager "Gaspar " attended to the probel eventually I was asked to leave my seat at The Morehampton after spending over !€100 On food and drink with my partner A guy was screaming loudly on his phone while I was trying to enjoy a quiet couple meal in "the restaurant" part Meanwhile an abusive single guy sitting over his one pint told me to "shut up" when I asked him to have his loud video call with earphones. I felt intimated and was immediately moved to a different table, it was beyond shocking despite fact ambience and decor was typically good, lovely lounge girl and fabulous food, this took away from the experience and I will endeavour to write to the owner Oliver Dunne.

23/01/2026: The man behind the bar asked me if I wanted to pay for his “services” while rubbing suggestively low near his crotch area and when called out by a female member of staff he replied with “what else do you expect when there’s a blonde sitting in front of me”. Absolutely insane carry on and he continued to laugh in my face when I was clearly very uncomfortable. I would like to hear back about what is being done about this situation.

02/01/2026: 8 months pregnant waiting 20 minutes at the bar to be looked after, my uncles funeral and was spoken to horribly and told they were short staffed so there was nothing they could do but staff walking around chatting very bad service horrible staff wouldn’t waste me money here

03/12/2025: Ordered a 10oz Ribeye - I estimate no more than 6 Oz steak delivered and very heavily salted, the side salad was very old. For the price charged I expected more.

12/12/2025: Good quality fish and chips, as well as some pizza options, such as vegetarian and pepperoni. The place is quite expensive, €20 for fish and chips, which is understandable considering the cost of living there, but not for the portion size. The staff's service could be much better, and at times they were overly attentive when entering the PIN on the card reader (suspiciously, the contactless wasn't working). They're the kind of fixed kiosks you can't touch to protect your PIN. We didn't like what happened. Nor did we appreciate waiting over 30 minutes to be served. It's located away from the main pedestrian area, so the atmosphere in this area is less touristy, and you can find "all sorts" of places. Not recommended unless you go during the day, pay in cash, and order takeaway.

11/10/2025: Coming here years, usually just for drinks or Brunch. I love the decor and atmosphere and the staff are always excellent. However, on this last visit I was disappointed. The Hugo cocktail I ordered had an elderflower flavouring in it & not the elderflower liquer it should have. As the liquer was listed in another cocktail, I asked for it to be used instead. It was not & I was handed a green drink that tasted nothing like a Hugo. The choice of glassware was uninspiring compared to what they used to use and there was zero efforts made with presentation as I expect for €15 a drink.

23/08/2025: In viaggio a Dublino ho mangiato più volte in questo posto, sempre molto soddisfatta. Ottimo il loro piatto della tradizione fish & chips, per me in versione senza glutine con una perfetta panatura croccante e non unta. Atmosfera informale ma con stile e servizio attento e curato. Una nota particolare alla professionalità e simpatia di Simone!

I GOT NO APPOLAGY NO SORRY NO NOTHING. SHE JUST WALKED OFF AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM NOT HER'S. RUDE , AND CHEEKY STAFF . UN TRAINED IN FOOD SAFTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT EAT HERE , ITS A DUMP.
