16/03/2025: Walked in and sat down and they said seats were reserved then said we can sit anywhere we want. Nobody came to us with a menu or for drinks. Sat there for 10mins and walked out. 0/10

11/01/2025: No entiendo por qué esto obtuvo tan buenas críticas - la comida es buena, pero el servicio era atroz. Pedimos agua del grifo, pero nos informaron que no estaba disponible y el agua tranquila que recibimos estaba marcada con el nombre del restaurante. Se dedican a la venta ridícula. Cuando pedimos dos aperitivos nos preguntan si queríamos pan por cinco euros adicionales. Mi esposa pidió sopa como entrada, pero no vino con pan como era de esperar. Pedí paté de hígado de pollo y vino con pan, aunque los extremos sanos de la barra de masa madre que se había tostado. Esto es francamente malo. En general la comida era buena, pero el servicio era pobre. Esperábamos unos 30 minutos para el desierto y cuando no llegó pedimos amablemente que nos dijeran que acababa de llegar. Decidimos irnos y el Gerente se acercó y nos aconsejó que tenían que hacer un nuevo lote del ratón de chocolate caliente que ambos pedimos y que estábamos deseando. En general, mi impresión es que este restaurante no merece las críticas gordas que ha recibido. La decoración es pobre y se parece mucho a la última iteración de su predecesor.

30/03/2025: Ondanks een reservering om 20:00 uur stond er een lange rij met wachtenden, allemaal met reservering. Personeel gaf aan dat het normaal is dat je pas 1,5 uur na je reservering kunt zitten. Slechte organisatie en misleidend. Gelukkig bij het restaurant ernaast wél goed gegeten!

30/03/2025: Small space with great interest where food and music are the stars. Cool atmosphere to enjoy a Guinness with a wide ranch of lunch menus (chicken &saladas, traditional irish specials either from the sea or from the grill) My option was from the flour free menus, the Old Mill Classic Caesar Salad, what a delicious cliché! ;)

13/12/2024: Very nice staff, welcome you with a smile. The place is clean, super choice of breakfast and coffee options. Comfortable and spacious eating area.

04/04/2025: The “fresh” juice is actually a mix of squeezed juice and bottled juice, which is misleading.

06/03/2025: Fabulous venue for breakfast/brunch with very good service and plenty of room. Only gripe was that ordering was a bit of a palaver, there are QR codes on the tables which didn’t work so we had to gob up to the counter to ask for menus. Also make sure you sit upstairs as downstairs is very dark and dingy and the toilets are pretty basic.

28/02/2025: Gran lugar para el almuerzo y una bebida. Personal muy amable. La comida era preciosa, tenía el queso tostado y el sándwich de jamón, no podía fallar. Opciones veganas también que cayeron muy bien.

14/11/2024: Vino a tomar una pinta después de la gira de Kilmainham Gaol. Bonito local - encantador servicio amable del personal joven. Loos necesitan un poco de TLC 😉 Definitivamente volveré como las alas, patatas fritas, y Guinness eran geniales.

03/03/2025: Cheapest burger I found in Dublin for just 2.6 €, the quality is decent as well, no wonder it’s so crowded with mostly students coming here. Service was really fast, right from taking the order and serving it, it was so smooth even though it remains busy most of the time, the Indian staff are really efficient here.

10/03/2025: We came here as I’ve been here before and the food was lovely a 2 years ago, so came for our Sunday dinner, I got the lamb shank it was vile, the quality of the meat was rubber, full of fat, was served like warm, roast potatoes were reheated and rock hard, my partner got the turkey and ham it was cold, ham was just fat, chips had a pool of grease at the end of bowl, the staff are so nice and helpful and am genuinely giving this review so they can take on the feedback and change the chefs cause its such a shame how bad the food was

10/01/2025: Una visita obligada de Navidad. He venido aquí con varios grupos antes de Navidad cada año y cada vez que nunca me decepciona. El restaurante está lleno de gente y es festivo y tiene un gran ambiente. Tiene buena comida y una fantástica selección de bebidas! El personal es amable y todo el lugar tiene un gran ambiente! He cenado aquí en varias épocas del año y ellos también han sido geniales! Un gran activo en el centro de Dublín!

08/01/2025: Probablemente le daría 4. 5 . Tenía la casa salmón ahumado como entrada, era fantástico. No demasiado fuerte, pero también un sabor muy agradable, excelentes trozos de salmón y el ratón de salmón que lo acompaña también era excelente. Seguido con la pechuga de pato, también hecho muy bien, porción de buen tamaño. El lado de los greens mixtos también era agradable, me gustó el aderezo. Mi único inconveniente fue que originalmente era el único comensal (alrededor de las 12 : 30 para el almuerzo) , que fue un poco fuera de lugar, probablemente debido a la naturaleza bastante formal del restaurante.

09/03/2025: Nice open pub that also has a large snug area. Pleasant staff and a good range of beers. Scarcity of nearby parking is an issue though

29/01/2025: Don’t be deterred by how it looks. The food out of this place was amazing. Proper cut chips and delicious kebab and burger.

22/01/2025: It's just fish and chips, and a few other bits. Two Asian guys working there, both very friendly and quick wait time. All was nice! Well prepared and not too greasy.

20/03/2025: I was very underwhelmed at my experience here. 10 reserved seats for a set dinner menu, some of the food was over cooked and one plate came out 30 minutes after the other 9. In the end we all just finished up 40 minutes after we were supposed to(after reserving a table in the cocktail lounge which we couldn't get to. I'm sure it's nice for a max of 4 people but any more than that I presume is a gamble. Overcooked duck. Overcooked pork) I don't know how) Very chewy steak. I will be in no rush to go back here. Shame the other restaurant closed, it was in my opinion, managed a lot better.
