16/11/2025: Not child friendly! 4yo had a tantrum, went out to give her some time to calm dowm. We were told by staff we can t stay if she doesn t keep quiet as there are other customers (they were 2-3 other ppl sitting down!) She s done nothing to help, was judgemental and waited no min to come and say this. V Rude staff. Pitty

12/11/2025: Lovely spot to enjoy the coast of Ireland. Highly recommend a room with a sea view. Spacious suites with a comfortable bed and amazing shower. Great eating spots and the Jameson bar for drinks at night. The golf course views are incredible and close beach access for taking walks along the shore make this resort top notch.

11/11/2025: We had a great experience at Portmarnock for a company retreat with 75 people. All the staff were wonderful, and Brian and April were both incredibly helpful in supporting the event and all our folks. We will definitely consider this location again!

15/11/2025: The waiters are super friendly, especially one of them who is Brazilian. The food is excellent, and we were even able to sleep in our campervan in the parking lot. Fantastic!

13/10/2025: Maybe I haven't been to many restaurants/places to eat but holy wow. I may have also been extremely hungry however... The location of this place is perfection. 10-15 mins away from Dublin airport driving. The atmosphere is a chill and excitingly put together vibe and Irish hospitality is real here. I went during the breakfast/brunch hours and had the 'woodland breakfast'. Each breakfast option is not too dissimilar from eachother and the one I had was incredible. Scrambled eggs (2) that where smooth and buttery but not too moist. Every bite of the rest of the food was just as incredible as the last until I was done. The service was as fast as can be desired.

30/10/2025: Was at a private function last night. The pub was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Great atmosphere too. Food was delicious.

06/10/2025: This restaurant is a great place to go for a special occasion While it is a bit pricey, the food is excellent, whether you choose seafood or their steak medallions, you won't be disappointed. The offer of Baileys or Lemoncello after the meal is a lovely touch.

11/12/2025: Dropped in for lunch here. I had a shepherds pie and my wife had chicken fajitas. Both were really poor. Hardly any chicken in the fajitas and served badly with a couple of cold tortillas on a plate. My shepherds pie was basically a bowl of gravy with meat but little or no mash on top, so it wasn’t really a shepherds pie. Overall really basic and much better choices elsewhere UPDATE: The owner Jackie asked me to call her and we had a good chat. She had reviewed CCTV and agreed standard of food was poor and apologised which was good at least and seemed like she was taking the comments on board positively. She did say that she would send us a voucher to visit again and see if it’s improved but never heard from them again.

08/11/2025: I attended a wedding recently at the Greenery in Malahide, my brother hired out the whole restaurant. I would highly recommend doing this. The food was amazing, I went for the vegan option, but they cater for everyone. The staff were the best, so very friendly and accommodating. They never felt like they were under pressure considering it was a full house! Go check it out if you’re in the area, even just for lunch or dinner.

Treacey and Phil are very good and very peronable at there job. The new chef Andrea has big shoes to fill with Peter gone. Great steak first class. New menu coming soon. Tom the barman is proffessional Very professional barmen so personalable and professional This place is a casual place and great for watching sports. Food is first class the service . Tracey works hard because she expects high standards. Getting busier because of its popularity. Special every day on the food. Peter is also a great are great at there job Today I met some friends and enjoyed the view of my sport. Thanks to all the staff attention to detail is paramount Kindest regards Christopher Curtis.

19/12/2024: We had our Christmas party for the 3rd time there! Food was good as always, but the music wasn't as good as previous years, and one of the bartenders had a bit of an attitude at some point! Overall it was a good experience, and we are looking forward to finding out what's coming next year! P.S.: Ruaidhri was there for us every year for our Christmas parties, making sure that we are having the best experience, so we do hope that we will see him there again in the new wrights adventure!
