11/10/2025: More interested in kicking us out than serving us. While we appreciate that the staff need to go home, being told the second you walk in at 8:45 they close at 10 then reminded every ten minutes is pretty poor tbh.
11/10/2025: Amazing service from our waitress, Sabrina Veríssimo. It was our first visit to the restaurant, and she was very patient explaining the dishes and very kind to our children.

24/07/2025: We haven’t been there in over 20 yrs. Myself, my husband and mother (her 87th birthday) visited today for lunch. Such a lovely place, with excellent food and such warm and welcoming staff. The food was tasty and generous in portions. Won’t be 20 yrs till we are back again. Highly recommend.
18/07/2025: Just bye chance called in today Food 10 out 10 ,very friendly staff and reasonably priced excellent food, plenty off car parking space

14/03/2026: We went here for the second time, and both times they got the steaks wrong. We ordered medium and medium-well, but both times, both steaks were more on the well-done side. Other than that, there were no other issues, but they should really put more effort into getting the steaks right. The staff, food in general, and atmosphere are lovely.
14/03/2026: Usually the pizza is nicer , im not sure if they freeze or prepare or weekends but the garlic bread base tasted fresher . Sweet potatoes fries , and kids meals were all very nice

10/02/2026: food was absolutely bubbly scutter the chips were soggy like someone dipped them in sea chicken was limp i took my two daughters for there first supermacs as theyre from america and never had.safe to say they were disappointed NEVER COME HERE

19/12/2024: We had our Christmas party for the 3rd time there! Food was good as always, but the music wasn't as good as previous years, and one of the bartenders had a bit of an attitude at some point! Overall it was a good experience, and we are looking forward to finding out what's coming next year!
P.S.: Ruaidhri was there for us every year for our Christmas parties, making sure that we are having the best experience, so we do hope that we will see him there again in the new wrights adventure!

07/03/2026: Filthy. Everywhere was unacceptably dirty. Nothing is kept clean. That’s a sign of poorly paid, badly treated staff. I’ve been there three times and while the staff were nice enough, it’s grotty. Oh and the loud beeping from the kitchen machines was incessant

15/02/2026: Not for the first time I have gone into this place for a cup of coffee because it has seats and not for the first time the place is filthy once again. Empty tables everywhere but as usual with this place every table is left with dirty dishes and filthy tables and crumbs and rubbish on the floor around the tables and chairs. Won’t be back again

12/10/2025: Wonderful professional operation serving good seafood. Waited a few minutes for a table for two (but bigger groups longer).
Seafood chowder was excellent but didn’t have time to make the most of the full menu.

30/09/2025: A place where you can breathe in an Irish atmosphere and eat typical dishes, especially fish-based ones, really good. The oysters are excellent even if a little expensive. Fast service.

I had complementary access which took the pain out the €40 we paid for my wife.
Staff unhelpful and disinterested apart from the bull dog who was responsible for guarding the valuable two complementary drinks rule !
Her wonderful customer service was to ask every customer if this was their second drink and then argue with you about the need for a mixer which she never provided.
Food very limited and there a good few hours in the fridge. Was more than happy to go down to the bar and pay full price. At least the staff seemed interested.
Scored a one because I can’t give a lower score !
