07/06/2026: We've had an amazing stay in this beautiful and authentic Castle, I can't thank you enough. Brian and all the staff are the real definition of "warm and welcoming", rooms are cozy and comfortable, restaurant with truly high quality menu.
I wish we could stay longer than one night. See you again soon xxx
25/05/2026: Great first time experience in a castle! Beautiful castle and grounds, great bar and dinner was fantastic! Try the local lobster it is so sweet! Definitely stay here again.

16/08/2026: A must visit in Clifden. The food is brilliant - fresh local mussels and seafood chowder are a must try. Family run pub for years. You won’t regret going.

we chose to have lunch here because of the great view of the estuary. The view did not disappoint. The staff were great and the food was good. would definitely go back next time we are in clifton.
