27/01/2026: Busy restaurant close to Bray Harbour. Decent food and friendly staff. No reservations taken so you may have to leave your number and get a call. Good time to take a stroll along Bray promenade. Breakfast menu available until 12pm and a decent selection for the rest of the day.

01/02/2026: The fish plate was fantastic and the roast beef just fell apart on the plate. Brilliant food. Plenty of tvs around which made keeping one eye on the match very easy.

04/12/2025: Very disappointed with the new version of scampi. All 4 of us ordered it remembering the previous occasions we enjoyed. very hard bread crust coating, totally overdone. Couldn't eat mine, please use a more tender tempura style coating.

09/11/2025: The Grove is a hidden treasure. Food is reliably good, the staff are friendly and helpful and the music on Thursday nights adds to the atmosphere. Worth a visit 😊

06/11/2025: Called in for food just after a busy lunchtime, staff were busy cleaning up. Big group of American tourists just leaving, all very happy by the looks of them. Staff wete vety friendly and efficient. Food was served quickly and great selection on the menu. I had the roast beef and my partner had the roast Seabass. Both were very good. Place very clean, good atmosphere and very spacious. Will be back.

02/03/2026: We could not have been happier with our wedding at Rathsallagh House 😊 We live in Australia and only saw the venue in person for the first time on our wedding day - but from the start, the communication was super clear and Megan was so friendly that we always felt at ease. We genuinely trusted them to make our special day perfect, and they truly did. The house itself is spectacular. Driving up the avenue, we felt incredibly lucky to be getting married there. We had 70 guests at our wedding which was in the drawing room. We loved the cosy, warm, Christmas atmosphere. What we loved most, though, was the staff. We felt so special and so well looked after all day. Tara was our wedding coordinator on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was supportive, warm and professional — exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. We had the glam room that morning, which was the perfect way to start the day. The room is beautiful and the food was lovely. Our guests are still talking about the two lads behind the bar — they were fantastic all night. The day after the wedding, Nikki kindly and enthusiastically took us on a tour of the house so we could see all the rooms. Our bridal room was amazing — we loved the bath, and enjoying a nice coffee brought to our room. We honestly can’t wait to return and wish we could do it all over again.

01/03/2026: Beautiful, stunning old style country house that has 36 rooms for guests. We had a wedding there and the staff and management could not have been more lovely and helpful in making our experience there the best they possibly could. Food was the very top quality. The amount of rooms they have for different experiences from loud and busy to silent and relaxing depending on your mood is perfect. Thoroughly recommend it for a great get away from busy city life.

12/02/2026: stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights and dined here. delicious food and cocktails! staff were all beyond helpful and polite. decor is beautiful too, loved the vibes 👏🏻location also excellent as it’s right on the seafront!

28/12/2025: I’ve been here a couple of times and I really like the food. They have traditional Irish food and also offer the dish of the day and dessert of the day. The food was great every time and the people are always nice. They also have a variety if drinks.

15/11/2025: I stayed here for 2 nights while doing a course at the nearby sauna Bosca Beatha. Very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep and the food is also amazing. I had the steak, venison, lamb and chicken wings. Everything was superb but the lamb & chicken wings would be my 2 favourites. Breakfast was lovely as well and it was a very reasonable price per night too. Thanks

11/11/2025: Stopped here for lunch after a drive through the Wicklow Mountains. The stove was burning whichfelt welcoming. Good selection for lunch and everything we had was well prepared and presented
