12/12/2025: Butlers and Barryâs wouldnât have been the same without our server Kristina!!! From start to finish, she was full of life and energy and it made our overall experience so positive. She was so attentive and clearly happy to be working at this stunning restaurant. We will definitely be returning and weâll be hoping to have Kristina as our server again :)

02/01/2026: A very nice place, the food was decent but nothing special, however the manager's welcome and especially the waiter Gauthier's smile were fantastic. He's professional and incredibly kind, and doesn't hesitate to give advice on local attractions. He's a real asset to the establishment. Thank you to him and the rest of the staff.

I was here on NYD, food (lamb) was overcooked, premises was very cold with icy breeze every time door was opened.
Overpriced, under staffed for mediocre food.

04/12/2025: Very disappointed with the new version of scampi. All 4 of us ordered it remembering the previous occasions we enjoyed. very hard bread crust coating, totally overdone. Couldn't eat mine, please use a more tender tempura style coating.

06/11/2025: Called in for food just after a busy lunchtime, staff were busy cleaning up. Big group of American tourists just leaving, all very happy by the looks of them.
Staff wete vety friendly and efficient. Food was served quickly and great selection on the menu. I had the roast beef and my partner had the roast Seabass. Both were very good. Place very clean, good atmosphere and very spacious. Will be back.

15/11/2025: I stayed here for 2 nights while doing a course at the nearby sauna Bosca Beatha. Very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep and the food is also amazing. I had the steak, venison, lamb and chicken wings. Everything was superb but the lamb & chicken wings would be my 2 favourites. Breakfast was lovely as well and it was a very reasonable price per night too. Thanks

07/10/2025: Wow what a great place. Fantastic value Irish breakfast for âŹ12.50 including toast and a pot of tea. I couldnt move afterwards. Staff were very friendly even allowed us take our dog in. A big thank you! Great to hear the locals banta with each other. Obviously a local meeting place. Very busy place selling cakes and sandwiches too.
