01/11/2025: Fantastic breakfast, staff and setting. Great choice of breakfast options. Also a kids menu which our 8 year old granddaughter really enjoyed. The chilli eggs were delicious.

18/10/2025: Only found by chance when working near bray- lovely warm place really nice staff and great breakfast! Highly recommend it!

10/11/2025: Sometimes this place is good, sometimes amazing, sometimes spectacular, like last Sunday when we attended my small birthday dinner. People working there are the nicest! What I say next might be controversial, but this place has probably the best pizza in the world. I mean it. And I am just back from a week in Italy :). The crust is unreal! I don't know why they don't get more recognition for an amazing pizza they do! We ate every small bit of it, including the rims :). Seriously, the wood-fired pizza makes a difference. Let me finish with a quick thank-you to Sebastian (I hope I got the name right)—the host. He is a highlight of the place. Such a great personality. But all the staff are great. They checked on us a couple of times to make sure all was good. They genuinely look happy to work here. That also tells you something about the company. I am sure they look after their people well. Thank you, Butler& Barry!

18/11/2025: Very unique cafe which is rich in history. It's in a beautiful location, very cosy and the coffee and home made treats are good. Visited at a busy time but had a very enjoyable experience and got a lovely table too.

26/11/2025: Asked for Irish Stew, got hard Microwaved potatoes in it, Sent it back and asked for stewed potatoes and was told they had none and couldn't make it for me. Asked to have the stew without the hard potatoes, but my mouth, bland and Microwaved. Told manager who denied the food was Microwaved. Total lie and will never eat there again, nor would I recommend it.

21/11/2025: We came across this spot on our trip to Glendalough with friends, and the full breakfast was truly excellent. The décor is beautiful, and all of our orders were perfectly delicious.

09/11/2025: The Grove is a hidden treasure. Food is reliably good, the staff are friendly and helpful and the music on Thursday nights adds to the atmosphere. Worth a visit 😊

28/10/2025: The staff were kind helpful and gave us a table as soon as possible.The atmosphere was great there were posters on the wall and lots of cool decorations.The food was so good it was delicious I highly recommend👍.

06/11/2025: Called in for food just after a busy lunchtime, staff were busy cleaning up. Big group of American tourists just leaving, all very happy by the looks of them. Staff wete vety friendly and efficient. Food was served quickly and great selection on the menu. I had the roast beef and my partner had the roast Seabass. Both were very good. Place very clean, good atmosphere and very spacious. Will be back.

30/11/2025: AVOID! Got a takeaway away burger, wings and chips from here last night and was completely pink and inedible on the inside. Only the outside of the burger was cooked. Wing were also tasteless, had to add sauce to them when I got back. Completely unacceptable. Will not be going back

15/11/2025: I stayed here for 2 nights while doing a course at the nearby sauna Bosca Beatha. Very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep and the food is also amazing. I had the steak, venison, lamb and chicken wings. Everything was superb but the lamb & chicken wings would be my 2 favourites. Breakfast was lovely as well and it was a very reasonable price per night too. Thanks

11/11/2025: Stopped here for lunch after a drive through the Wicklow Mountains. The stove was burning whichfelt welcoming. Good selection for lunch and everything we had was well prepared and presented

29/11/2025: From the moment we arrived we were met with such a warm welcome. Joe made sure we were all taking care of . Each staff member was so courteous and so attentive a special mention to Eric an extraordinary young man who couldn’t do enough to make our event so memorable. The menu has wonderful choices but the food itself was truely magnificent. An amazing stunning place to visit . Thanks to you all for making it such a spectacular special time ❤️ I can’t wait to visit again 🤝
