03/11/2025: Take it from the Old Guy from Spain, call ahead to make a booking because this wonderful Italian restaurant operated by the Guy from Palermo often has so many customers that he posts a "no seating without advance booking" sign. Don't miss the wonderful Italian dining experience. I'll be back in 3 - 4 weeks and you know I'll have my advanced booking!

18/11/2025: Went to Paulie’s Pizza and the food really delivered.
The place itself was a bit chaotic, busy energy everywhere, but honestly once the food landed on the table, all of that faded into the background. The pizza was genuinely tasty, and that’s what matters most.
A solid spot if you’re after great flavour and don’t mind a lively atmosphere.
16/11/2025: We’ve only had takeaway from here, but the service has always been quick and efficient. There’s a great selection of pizzas and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even when it’s busy.
The place is clearly very popular, and whenever we’ve passed by, the restaurant looks lively. Tables turn over quickly, and when people sit outside, they even offer blankets - great touch.
The prices are very reasonable for fresh, high-quality pizza. Based on our takeaway experiences, and how consistently busy the restaurant is, it definitely is worth a visit.

21/11/2025: It was ok, would not go there again. We had a table for 6, we sat on bar stools which were uncomfortable and really tight. The food was mediocre of taste, beautifully presented though.
The staff was super nice as well. But for paying 100+ per head, the value was not there.
16/11/2025: Fantastic experience from start to finish, warm service, great wine, and fantastic food - best steak I've had in Dublin, and the Ragu and Chorizo Croquetters were big highlights as well. Will definitely be back!

25/10/2025: I loved it! Me and 2 friends went for my birthday. It's very small so not many people can fit inside, also very warm, but the temperature adjusted after a little while. My cocktail was okay (I chose the first one on page 14 can't remember the name). The wine we ordered after was great. My tagliatelle pasta with lamb was amazing. Entering was very fun 😂 the trash alley cracked me up. I'll definitely be back!

15/11/2025: We ordered aioli, fried calamari for starters, diavola , fumé and quadra-cheese pizzas and a bottle of tuscano red wine. And the pizza was really fresh and yum!! The service was truely very good. The staff was really nice, kind and understanding. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Loved the overall experience ❤️❤️❤️

The pizza was literally the most sentimental thing I’ve ever put in my mouth! The pasta was the most succulent experience! And to top it off the tiramisu was something to cry about! Unreal dinner and I’ll be back for sure!! Thank you to junita for exceptional service.
I will be thinking about this meal for the rest of my life.

When I came back the asked us to leave the table for next customers. I’m totally fine with respecting the service hours but we should have been told we had a limited time when we arrived.

After days of junk food (it's a good thing), a healthy and exceptional lunch!
With a 3-year-old daughter, we needed Italian food: here we are.
Exquisite tagliatelle, amazing gnocchi, and super carbonara.
Truly, everything was incredibly exceptional!
Excellent selection of wines and desserts.
Exquisite, attentive, and professional staff.
