10/08/2025: My partner and I left vomiting all night and extreme stomach sickness after eating here, no manager to speak to, to help deal with this situation, was left speaking to the assistant manager who has no clue what she is doing and accused me of lying just to get my money back, told me to go get proof that im sick from the doctor, said her name was Monica just talked over me the whole time on the phone and acuused me of lying and was shouting at me the whole phonecall, absolutely horrible person, has no place in a customer service job, please dont eat in this dump unless you want to be sick and abused

04/10/2026: Dreadful food. Battered cod had hardly any fish in it was mostly batter. Grilled chicken kebab was mostly lettuce with very little chicken. Burger was ok but nearly cold. I wont be back !!

27/09/2026: Got the dirty bird goujons and they were unedible 3 of us left them. Lovely taste but because delivery was so long and tgey put the sauce on them they were like rubber. Wont be ordering again

11/09/2026: I usually don’t bother leaving feedback but I was so disappointed with the food I got. I’ve just moved back to Dublin and was really looking forward to getting my chipper as I used to live in Leopardstown before Covid and always ordered Romayos back in the day. The chips were pretty soggy and half cold. The pizza was nearly cold and oily on the bottom. And I ordered a deluxe kabab but they gave me a southern diced chicken one. Very disappointing overall and I won’t be back ever!!

06/09/2026: Honestly, as far as chippers go, food is a top notch quality. Highly recommend pepperoni pizza.

12/08/2026: waited a long time , then as food and milkshakes were ready was ready was told id have to wait an extra 7 minutes for chicken in the order . no timing of making the food other food is going to go cold and milkshakes are going to melt to milk . nothing more I hate than spending 50 euro to have the food and drinks end up like this ! as I'm typing this they offered to make a fresh pizza that will have to be waited on after the chicken was finally done I just don't get it should have been offered at the same time it took for the chicken to be done I don't know up to yourselves !!

02/10/2026: Kebab had almost no sauce, half of the only was little sauce I choke on second bite just because was wrap and meat . Very minimum of everything 😔 chips I asked salt and vinegar but there was so little on it that can't taste a sh* so asked for more salt. Fitter burger was tasty I give you that . Girl the only who tried to look friendly with others we eat in, so I saw. But the rest of the crew busy, yes but looked stress out, not happy, in a way scary, you don't really want to go near the counter really to ask anything. Was worse experience so far. And we eat in different locations

25/09/2026: If you live within 5km you're better off collecting your food or ordering in person. Delivery times are at at least 45 min to an hour even if you live close by

29/08/2026: Kinda very smart man open at 1am and really generous, too many meals. They order fast, they bring your order in only 5 minutes. Pizza, many burgers and others.. Thanks Sisi.

14/08/2026: over priced what a rip off for a terrible meal, I had smoked cod and chips and knew before I even tasted it how bad it was going to be, absolutely disgraceful how they can charge €17 for overcooked and flavor less food and they have the cheek to leave a tip jar at the till ,My tip would be steer clear of this place

14/07/2026: Really beautiful place with great food, pricey but not exorbitant, especially for the deli options. I sat in with friends and the staff were preparing for a private event so we felt a bit rushed out and like we were an inconvenience.

23/06/2026: Ordered a pizza and desert and never saw any desert as they forgot about it…Pizza pie dry and thin. Sauce and other ingredients ok but not worth money. Serving water to everyone was nice and place looks decent.

16/09/2026: Ordered two chicken Kebarb pizza yesterday the 15th of September, it was puffy and blisters everywhere, burnt all over the corners and it was not looking like a pizza at all. I called to be returned and my money was refunded without any remorse or apology or even an assurance of getting me a better one. I called again the next day to order but I was refused, the customer service told me he is not going to deliver to me just because I did not accept the rubbish they made for me in the name of pizza. Customer service was very rude, unapologetic and hung the phone on me. It was not like this before, Mizzoni used to be very good, I think they now have bad management team that lacks good customer's service and bad chef who doesn't care what he makes and force you to accept it. That's not nice at all

15/09/2026: Was at a party up stairs food was ok I suppose place filthy stairs filthy one girl serving drinks most of the night every glass i got had lipstick on it or was dirty in some sort of way.. every person that drank points was sick as a dog the next day absolute kip never again

22/08/2026: Kippe, robbery the last time i was in it, on my the way straight back out i wiped me feet, the city arms is a fine shop, for a point of Guinness well its the best in the area 🌿🍀☘️🫡💚💯🇮🇪

15/09/2026: I had the vegan pulled pork and it was disgusting. The coconut cheese, which was not advertised to be on there, was the most disgusting aspect. Waste of money. Ate a few bites and threw the whole thing away.

06/07/2026: Really tasty fresh food and lovely service. We didn’t realise the two restaurants are now combined and it was lovely to have the option to order from the two menus but the smell of Indian food was a bit overpowering it the Italian food was really tasty and fresh.

19/06/2026: Unfortunately, rather disappointing. Chicken carbonara had very little chicken. Salmon and mascarpone tagliatelle was very greasy. Nice, but overall, quite bland. Salt shaker didn't work, unscrewed the top to get some out, no pepper on the table. There were no non-fizzy drink options like juice. There were constantly people coming in and out collecting takeaway orders from the adjoining restaurant Bombay Pantry, the seating for which was not separated, making it feel like one restaurant serving two cuisines.

22/09/2026: These guys care only about themselves and the not community they operate in. They come to your house, uninvited, and put junk mail in your mailbox and ignore signs on the mailbox that specifically say, “No Junk Mail.” They only care about sales and not their customers, of which I was one before today (the food was average at best but it was close). Never again!

16/09/2026: Really good Kabab and fry Chicken recommended.
