31/07/2024: Great atmosphere, very nice staff and absolutely incredible food! The chef is Italian and you can see it in the way the food is made. Delicious! We have been there for a date night a few times and we recommend it 😊. It is also situated in the main street which is handy 😊.

31/03/2024: This place gets a 5* because they provide good quality coffee and good croissants 🥐 at a reasonable price and the girls give good service. I am constantly on lookout for places like this that do coffee and croissants at a reasonable price to which I will return. Too many places in Ireland are ripping people off for coffee..... 15/09/2024: Authentic pizza and Italian food in Swords, so no need to look someplace else! The menu is simple and has many Italian classics, look out for the special of the day: they are usually great main courses choices. I particularly like the dessert choices. Enjoy!

Frankly, I was so disappointed in the experience and how the Manager approached it that I wanted to forget about it, but when another friend had a similar experience, I decided to write about it. It seems worrying to me that your staff has not commented on such a delicate matter and that in their response they seek to avoid the problem and act as if nothing is happening, the same thing they did on the day of my visit, and according to their response and yours to My bad experience seems to be my fault for what happened. But don't worry, I'm not going to write anything else. Thanks for the kindness! I was visiting Malahide a couple of weeks ago, I decided to try Italian food, I ordered the chicken supreme version they had and a piece of plastic was in my chicken. When I made the complaint to the manager, he brought a package of bacon from the kitchen and showed me the plastic that came from the package. He did not even apologize for the inconvenience, he did not offer to compensate the situation in any way and according to him, it is normal. Terrible customer service and small portions for the absurd prices. I definitely won't be back.

05/08/2024: Visited for the first time with friends on a quiet bh weekend. Good choice of food on the menu tho standard Italian fare. Ordered bruschetta to start and was given two slices of pan bread toasted with some chopped tomatoes drizzled with oil - nothing special (8). Then I had the noticeboard special linguine with prawns, asparagus and garlic. The dish arrived, well presented on a bed of linguine with some small green pea size bits (asparagus) and 4 prawns...and chilli. I absolutely abhor chilli and would not have ordered this dish if I'd known there was chilli in it. White my companion enjoyed her dish I really didn't like mine and just ate the four prawns after I'd dabbed off the off the sauce. I mentioned to the server that they shouldn't put chilli in without mentioning it, I would have ordered something else. The server mumbled an apology but that was it. The bill came, three average bruschetta,,one meat ball starter, two nice pizza, two linguine, two beers, a 7up and an aperol 161 with a tip bring it to 180. Overall pricey for what we got but the others were happy with their dishes I'm happy to support local businesses and it was nice to be out. No discount offered for the meal I didn't order. Won't be back tho. I think they could have offered something other than an empty apology.
