30/12/2025: A surprisingly quiet place without much footfall during a busy night. The chips were fine, but not freshly cut or prepared.

26/08/2025: I can't eat more than a bite. Got the spice bag, the thing was DRENCHED in sauce. Bits of something ( genuinely don't know what it was) were charred black. The box was nearly falling apart with the sauce. I tasted the sauce it was absolutely disgusting. So so salty just completely inedible.

21/03/2026: I love this place we get a lot of food from here especially cause we work in hospitality and finish late they are always so good but this time I think I was about 2 mins late ringing in my order and got the phone hung up on me not good. Food amazing staff lovely but that left a sour taste considering the money we leave there and we also recommend. So ya lovely place but if your a local and spend a lot of money make sure your not 2 mins late

17/03/2026: Ordered a 14inch pizza for delivery and a bag of chips...they landed out an hour or more from the order with a small pizza and can of coke....neither of which I ordered

14/10/2025: We have been living in Killarney for 6 years and yesterday was the second and last time we visited. We arrived at 19:50 and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and serve us... Even though the waiters had seen us! There were 2 waiters and there were only 3-4 tables with people. You mean we left, terrible behavior!

05/09/2025: Was absolutely ok, friendly staff and tasty, but expensive beer 😊🍺

21/12/2025: We got 2 spice bags and have to say they were terrible! Literally the worst ever. There was virtually no seasoning whatsoever on anything so was basically just chips and the driest most tasteless chicken I've ever had. Was ridiculously chewy we had to throw majority of it away. Got a side of sweet and sour sauce which just tasted like vinegar so threw that away as well. What used to be a good Chinese many years ago its completely fallen off. That was final straw for us we will never be back.

27/01/2026: If I could give this place a zero I would. I don't know why I returned , I never have a good experience in this branch. Went Sunday at lunch , only one person serving, 2 other ladies messing in the kitchen. No onions and other stock getting low, no Intention of refilling the counter. The server was so rude to 2 gentlemen and a lady in front of me , both of whom were looking for onions for their subs. One even asked if he waited could they cut one up, to which she replied no , we finished , then she proceeded to "apparently " not understand English. I got a 6inch sub , which definitely was not , more like a kids 4 inch, she barely put a spoon of chicken in and the salad was sparse, I asked for more salad , to which I was ignore and then shouted at , " what sauce".I'm sorry now I didn't walk out, but you just think of these things when you leave. I'm done with Subway Killarney. I always think it's gonna be better but never is . How disappointing ,as I really like subway. Staff also need an attitude change.

26/01/2026: What a disgrace .....,went in today at 1:40pm ....lunchtime, which should be the busiest time of the day and I was only told by Agne that they had no onions after she heated up the rolls 🙄🤦...I offered to wait while she re-stocked or even cut up another onion and she refused🙄🤬😡. Even with two other employees in the kitchen. The chicken tikka tasted like rubber and Agne could barely speak English and laughed off my suggestion to re-stock the onion basket🤬😡🙄😔. Absolutely Rubbish.😡🤬🙄👎👎👎👎.

13/07/2025: An absolute disgrace of a venue charging €20 admission to a mediocre venue on a saturday night. When you think of value for money and the level of service there's absolutely no way this venue warrants such an entrance fee. You wouldn't pay that in Cork, Limerick or Dublin City. I was down for the night with friends and having arrived around midnight I actually couldn't believe my eyes when they said €20 per person for admission. The 6 of us decided instead to go the grand next door much better offering and only €10 admission. Would not recommend to anyone visiting Killarney unless you're looking to get ripped off.!

28/06/2025: Ugh, gross and obnoxious, smelly and way too loud crap music. Maybe 15 is the age you have to be to think it's cool.
