10/02/2026: We had a wonderful stay at The Killarney Oaks Hotel. The rooms were absolutely spotless and so comfortable, and from the moment we arrived the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Dinner was delicious and beautifully presented, and everything throughout our stay was efficient and well run. There’s plenty of parking, which is a real bonus, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of local amenities. What really stood out was the staff—they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel looked after. An absolute pleasure to stay here, and we’ll definitely be back.

23/09/2025: Best Night of sleep I've had in weeks. Beds are so comfortable. Best shower I've had in weeks. And such nice service all around. Everyone is so friendly. Definitely recommend.

22/08/2025: Such an amazing staff, hotel, and location! Everyone was so kind and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Definitely our favorite place we’ve stayed during our country tour. Highly recommend!!!

13/10/2025: Still dreaming of our delicious Chocolate Guinness cake from our wedding… Gary was a pleasure to work with and even designed the cake to match the flowers on my dress. The cake was moist and the buttercream was not too sweet, just perfect. Setup was seamless and the cake was ready in our ballroom by the time we arrived for dinner. Highly recommend!

02/10/2025: O’Carroll’s Bakery came through for us on short notice with the most delicious vegan cupcakes. My daughter was thrilled to have a safe, egg-free treat for her granddad’s birthday. Wonderful service and amazing cupcakes—we’ll definitely be back!

21/03/2026: I went in for St. Patrick's day and it was great. The singer was amazing that night.

06/12/2025: My new favourite bar in Killarney. Very glad we only live an hour from here. The Murphys was excellent (the best in Kerry). Staff here were very friendly. Great cosy bar, but just push the door that sticks on your way out or in.

12/11/2025: I took refuge inside during a downpour. Very good pub. Mixed crowd, with locals and tourists. Prices are great.

14/10/2025: The place is like an old steak and shake. Food was decent, what you'd expect. We just wanted a burger one night and this place definitely delivered.

01/12/2025: I left my work nametag behind me on accident and no bs this dude chased me across killarney to hand it to me. Legends. Coffee is good aswell.

17/10/2025: Stopped here for a quick lunch and snack. Food was very tasty and staff friendly and efficient.

07/12/2025: Was a small and beautiful restaurant. The best was the food best pizza ever, Very generous toping and the attention was super. Myself and family definitely comeback there soon.

27/11/2025: The restaurant was small, pleasantly decorated, and had nice background music. A big plus was the ability to choose the size of the pizza, which was thin-crust and freshly made. Another plus was that you could choose a salad instead of fries with the lasagna. The lasagna itself was just okay, ordinary, nothing special. Overall, a pleasant time at an Italian restaurant.

22/07/2025: The team was able to find us a table last minute. Food was served promptly, and oh boy what a great burger and crinkle chips.

02/07/2025: The separate vegan menu is so nice to have. I actually asked the server if the menu was vegetarian, because the options seemed too good to be vegan. It is still limited to 2 main dishes, 2 starters, and 2 desserts. However, that is more options than you'd find in most places. I had the Halloumi Arranccini balls, the pasta (good and spicy topped with yogourt), and the brownie with raspberry sorbet. The brownie wasn't worth it, but the rest was fantastic. The price is a bit high in my opinion for what I got. It was a nice night out for sure.

07/03/2026: 10/10 spice box. Fresh. Saucy chicken. Seasoned to perfection. Crispy chips. What more could you want after a few pints?

23/12/2025: This is one of the nicest friendliest restaurants in killarney love going to meet my son for coffee Toasties cream cakes and the only place to get spelt bread 🤗💚Staff are just amazing 😍 Happy Xmas to all Marion & Joseph xx

25/07/2025: Food was good, but the portions rather small. The desert was a joke, we ordered the crumble and it was completely soggy and a tiny piece - absolutely not worth it. Service was good.

24/07/2025: Husband and I chose this pub while visiting Killarney. We love authentic Irish food so this place really hit the spot. When we walked in, we were told that they didn’t have any tables left and they were completely full. There were a couple seats at the bar thankfully so we asked if we could sit there and eat, she said yes. The two young guys behind the bar gave us some drinks quickly, waitress took our food order a few minutes later. We decided to share the mini potato cakes (€8.95), which were pretty much mashed potatoes mixed with chicken and bacon, and then covered in bread crumbs and fried. It was covered in a mushroom creme sauce which was really good, with a small salad on the side (if you can call it that, it was really a couple pieces of lettuce, a single grape tomato and a drizzle of dressing) My husband got the fish and chips (€17.70) which honestly was probably the best fish and chips he’s had so far during our trip. I was a little jealous of his food after I tried some of his. The fish was almost melt-in-your-mouth quality. Soooo good. I would go back just to eat that fish again. I got the spinach and ricotta ravioli (€20.95) which came with a tomato and basil crème sauce, some garlic bread, and a handful of arugula on top. The pasta itself tasted good (jealous of the fish!) but the garlic bread was so crispy (not burnt) that it was almost too hard to chew. The dish would have been fine without the ‘salad garnish’. The only thing I would point out is that obviously the pub is very busy, and it didn’t look like they had an ample amount of seating, but they must have turned away at least 20-30 people because the back of the pub was closed (due to a large party maybe?) and they just couldn’t find a place for those people to sit. So I guess we got there at just the right time? Whatever - I would still go back JUST for the fish and chips ❤️

14/02/2026: Excellent experience! Food was amazing, still can't forget the taste of their Chowder and Steak. Paul Treyvaud himself always out chatting to guests. Will definitely be back every time we're back to Killarney👍
