13/11/2024: I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Randles Hotel, where the exceptional standard of service impressed me once again. During my stay, I accidentally left behind a valuable device. Thanks to the efforts of Marie and the dedicated housekeeping team, I was promptly reunited with it. I’m truly grateful for the team's help when I was in need. Many thanks to everyone at Randles Hotel – please keep up the fantastic work!

10/06/2024: Professional service, clean and despite the vintage look of the furniture everything is kept in great condition, feeling well kept and cozy.

03/11/2024: I sent my son to the toilet when he came out he looked very sad I asked what was wrong he told me a guy looked at him weird he when the security guy came out out and my son said that the security was the guy absolutely discusting 🤬🤬

18/10/2024: Food was absolutely delicious, and service during our meal was excellent. However, there was another party who were vaping at the table and nothing was done. I complained to management and yet again, nothing was done. Very disappointing.

01/10/2024: Eaten here a few times. Walk in on a busy Saturday night. Beautiful food. Generous with spice when you ask for it too

20/10/2024: Four family members booked a meal on Friday last en route from Cork and we were looking forward to a five-star experience as a treat. Sadly however, the food was more two star than five star. Two of us had steaks which were of poor quality and came with four or five wafer-thin slices of potato. We ordered a side of French fries and were charged a whopping €7 for these. The lamb burger at almost €28 came with the burnt ends of a bag of frozen chips and again the meat was of very poor quality, while the fourth person ordered fish and chips and asked for a salad instead of the veg. A bowl of mix mixed leaves was presented with no tomato or dressing and for this concoction they charged €6 when it was supposed to be instead of the veg !! The desert menu was poor also the least and just two members of the group choose desserts which were no more than a mouthful and cost €10. Add in an extremely loud family of Americans at the next table and a woman who proceeded to push a child in a pram around and around the dining room for at least fifteen minutes. Not what you’d expect from a supposed five-star establishment. Overall a most disappointing experience. We won’t be back !!!

29/09/2024: The food was top notch. Raw oysters were huge and delicious. Not sure that I have ever had any that were that thick and that wide. My venison dish was also very good with both venison and a miniature venison pie. Wines by the glass were very good with large pours. Our Latvian waiter was very good - friendly and professional. No complaints from me - a great experience.

19/10/2024: Absolutely lovely place ! Food was a solid 10/10 From the pork carnitas to the shredded duck it was stunning. Will be back!

12/10/2024: Wow we wanted to eat some authentic food but had our labrador with us,and very few places accommodate dog owners. Our dog is a member of the family and we came to killarney for a scenic walk we asked could she dine with us and we were able to dine in the outside area.The food was amazing, service 100% ,atmosphere couldn't be better.Music, sun was setting and a happy dog. Thank you

03/11/2024: We love visiting Killarney and exploring coffee shops, I particularly enjoy cake. However, upon visiting Noelles we did find a good selection of cakes. Ordered coffees and carrot cake. Sadly, when the cake arrived I was somewhat disappointed to say the least. Very small slice. I cannot recall any time, in my advanced years, where the cream on the plate has been a great deal.larger than the cake itself. Yes, the cake was lovely but, iM sorry, the cake should have been a more proportionate size. The service was good and the young lad bringing the food and drink could not have been more helpful and attentive.

30/10/2024: Simple friendly casual charm pervades Noelle's. Cake and coffee was excellent it was my misfortune to miss the last slice of lemon meringue.

08/09/2024: Very tasty coffee! Super friendly service! And the breakfast was also very tasty! Absolutely recommended!
