16/09/2025: Lovely hotel in the heart of Killarney.Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is great. Michelle and Ina on reception are a joy to engage with. Both so genuine helpful and friendly . Michelle organised a buffet breakfast one morning I had to leave really early without having to even ask And night porter was a gentleman. . Stayed here quite a few times and it's always excellent.

18/11/2025: We wandered in on a cold rainy night in early November based ona recommendation from a local shop keeper and received a warm welcome and a seat at a snug in the front window. The staff were absolutely wonderful. And the food was amazing, so good we went back the next night and had 2 of the best meals we had on our whole trip. Wonderful cozy atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff, it literally doesnt get any better than this.

05/12/2025: A brilliant Japanese dining experience. Delicious dishes from the new Xmas menu (3 courses for €59 incl. a glass of house wine) which would have graced a Benihana restaurant in London or Dubai. Fantastic customer service from owners Jenny and Eddie. Misu is a treasure in Killarney!

30/11/2025: I love it!! We order gyoza and 2 ramens, one was spicy. We love Asian food, We ate in Europe and Asia, but so far this soup made impression of us and is one the best! Recommend!

04/12/2025: An Exceptional Stay, Made Perfect by Outstanding Service I had the pleasure of staying at The Brehon Hotel & Spa on Monday, 1st December 2025, and the experience was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. The standout element was undoubtedly the incredible service. A huge thank you to Bojana, whose support was truly above and beyond. From assisting seamlessly with my check in to ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect, her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made a significant difference. It’s staff like Bojana who transform a great hotel into an exceptional one. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the spa facilities are in a league of their own. Without a doubt, this is the best SPA facility I have ever experienced. Every aspect was pristine, calming, and of the highest quality, providing the perfect retreat. My stay was an absolute delight, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I cannot recommend The Brehon Hotel & Spa highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience.

26/10/2025: Ordered the piri piri chicken burger described as chicken breast in panko breadcrumbs, sounded delicious and I stupidly presumed it was home made from the elaborate description, it was not, it was basically a highly processed birds eye style chicken burger in batter, dry bun with a scraping of tasteless, what I presume was piri piri and a leaf of lettuce, that was it, there were plenty cheapest of the cheap frozen chips and some weird tomato and onion salad, €19.00, absolute rip off, was basically cheap chipper food done badly. If I go to a restaurant I expect something I can't make from the freezer at home, would not recommend. My friend did have the stir fry which she said was nice hense the 2 stars.

26/10/2025: Very much recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Killarney. The rooms are nice, clean, and cozy. The toiletries were replaced daily. There's a decent variety for breakfast available and plenty of food provided. Location was great and walking distance to the bus/ train stations and the restaurants and shops in town. It's also easy to get to meeting points if you're taking a tour. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly and helpful. I lost something here and they were able to ship it back to me internationally.

23/09/2025: Best Night of sleep I've had in weeks. Beds are so comfortable. Best shower I've had in weeks. And such nice service all around. Everyone is so friendly. Definitely recommend.

22/09/2025: Amazing food and really reasonable prices. While the savory food is (for my taste) a bit greasy, the sweet dessert are just amazing!

28/11/2025: Nice spot and n city centre. Great selection. Reasonable prices. There wasn’t anything that was bad. Some things that weren’t to my taste exactly but that were definitely well cooked and would have been enjoyable for other tastes. Check this place out for some variety when you visit.

22/10/2025: The food was generally good, but I didn’t enjoy the soup — the vegetables in it were raw. Sometimes the food here is excellent, and other times it’s just okay, depending on the day. However, the atmosphere is lovely, the service is pleasant (especially when it’s not too busy), and the restaurant itself is beautiful with a great location. Everything else was wonderful, but I think the staff could give guests a bit more guidance when ordering. My soup wasn’t what I expected, but apart from that, it was an enjoyable experience overall.

03/12/2025: Decent food not so great. Been forced to order minimum of 2 main course if we occupy 4 seats

03/12/2025: I asked table for one they said full booked even though table was empty. I saw new customer was coming inside and sitting without asking anything with waiter and waiter didnt tell anything just give them menu. If your restaurant is full booked then you have to put a sign outside that full booked. They didnt do it.

28/09/2025: First visit to the Bus Station Cafe but definitely won't be our last! Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly staff, great menu selection. A little gem of a place.

16/08/2025: Great food, really quick service. Place was spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had the jumbo breakfast, it was delicious and perfect to set you up for the day. Kids were well catered for, even the fussy 7 year old!! Will definitely go there again when in Killarney!

16/11/2025: Awesome local place. My partner and I were both roaming around and came across this find and the staff was lovely. However, we both did get sick after eating here. I had the beef stew and got food poisoning afterward, and my partner got sick too. I’m hoping this was just a random occurrence and/or something just affected me differently because it was really nice at the time of eating. Great staff, food choices, and atmosphere though.

28/10/2025: Ciao ragazzi, Catched a Guiness with my lad before heading to our scary hostel. Almost freaked out the bar tender because we had a discussion about what the right (obvious) side to drive is. Anyhow great location just difficult to find your way around in that labyrinth. Piacere!
