07/07/2025: Actually the worst experience I ever had eating out. I am genuinely surprised that this even has positive reviews. The food is not worth paying for. It's both not authentic and low-key disgusting. (The fish literally tastes like rubber) The service is slow too. If you are considering coming here- please don't. (Also not a lot of options for different diets/ eating restrictions)

14/07/2025: Enjoyed the lunch special here yesterday, fish and halloumi tacos, a nicely messy eat, we also had the calamari main with chips which was a generous portion. Service was very pleasant, music a bit loud for lunchtime, with not a lot of customers.

27/06/2025: Ordered a pizza but unfortunately a mistake happened and the pizza arrived overcooked. The good part was that there was no issue as the waitress that served me was very professional and fixed the problem very quickly. The dish was replaced and all sorted. Great service; great staff.

29/07/2025: Nice family dinner had here. Menu has great options and like the kids menu too. Very nice pizza and sides. Would recommend - no reservations so walk in only. The front of house seated us as soon as she could. Nice booths suitable for kids too. Guinness and wine good quality too

24/07/2025: We arrived at closing time, and they didn't notify us until they delivered our coffee, telling us it had to be to-go.
They overcharged us, although they later partially corrected it.
The service was fair, the coffee was acceptable, and better at other establishments.
The setting, though, is beautiful!
16/07/2025: Traveling through Ireland with my son with Down Syndrome, I was so pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place. The food and service were amazing; the building in the park was so charming, and talking with the volunteers about their organization supporting individuals with DS was absolutely amazing. If anyone is in Killarney, please stop by to support this noble cause!

19/07/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Randles Hotel. The room was wonderful and had a comfortable bed for a side sleeper. We were greeted with a personalized card and chocolates. Also, when we requested ice a bucket of ice was brought. The breakfast was delicious. There are a few pastries, cereals, beverages and fruit that you can serve yourself. There is a menu provided that you can order from at your table and coffee is brought to your table. The location is within walking distance to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. We also drove the ring of Kerry which starts near Killarney. We will definitely stay here again if we get to come back to this area,

29/06/2025: Was hungry for a big juicy hamburger. We asked around and Rob‘s ranch was highly recommended. Here’s a picture to show you how great their burgers are. This is a Buffalo Bill with sweet potato fries. Great service great food give it a try.
24/06/2025: Chosen more as a last resort, but I was completely impressed. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The menu also offers options for children.
