15/03/2026: Had a fantastic experience at the bar thanks to Mikita. He gave us a brilliant "mini tour" of the cocktail menu, sharing the stories behind the drinks and making great recommendations. Professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about his craft—he made our visit to Café du Parc truly special!

25/08/2025: Loved both the Lake Hotel and Lakeside Bistro. The location provides amazing views of Killarney mountains and lakes! Service staff was amazing! We had some jet lag the found us awake at midnight. The serving crew, cleaning up the day’s service stopped to makes us a fresh coffee and real cream tray to take back to our room! The food was great and the bar atmosphere was cozy. Only wish the actual bar, itself, held more seats. The room was spacious with great views! Highly recommend it!!

05/07/2025: Really enjoyed our meal. Everything was plated well and was delicious. Dessert was impressive. My wife ordered the tiramisu and I had the pannacotta. Highly recommend both. And you can’t beat the view!

01/03/2026: When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a waitress who looked at us as if we were an inconvenience. When I asked for a table for 2 We were shown to a table without a single smile or friendly gesture. After placing our order, things only got more disappointing. When the food arrived, it wasn’t even brought by our waitress but by a member of the kitchen staff. Meanwhile, we noticed that every other table around us received water as soon as they sat down. We did not receive any, nor were we ever offered any. She went around other tables asking if they are ok, but we were just avoided. The food was tasty but Overall , the service made us feel unwelcome and ignored, which really overshadowed the meal. We were never asked if we need anything else, an other drink or desserts. We paid and left as soon as we finished eating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience. I visited many places around whole Europe but never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome like here.

07/03/2026: Had my daughter’s confirmation celebration in this hotel. Absolutely fabulous. Everything was perfect. All the staff were brilliant especially one waiter who was originally from Zagreb. He was just amazing.

27/02/2026: It has been a long time since we went to the Flesk but it was quite memorable. The service was wonderful and the food impeccably prepared. We could not believe how fresh it tasted until we saw later in our trip their fishing boat tied up to the pier in Dingle. That explained how they could acquire the most exquisite salmon I ever ate in my life. Very simply prepared with salt pepper and butter and yet so memorable. Definitely a spot to try!

02/01/2026: We had a great time! Came to have dinner with two kids. Everything was so good - the vibe, the service and especially the food. The staff was easy going and welcoming, the place was busy but they were very attentive. Food came quickly and was incredible - rack of lamb, burgers and salmon. The burgers were amazing, no less, the best I've had in Ireland in the past 15 months. Great patty, well seasoned and grilled to perfection. Balanced touches of sauce, exactly in the right amount. Awesome cheese too. The salmon was also great - done to perfection, incredible mashed potatoes. Simple, elegant, so tasty! The rack of lamb isn't really my thing, but it looked great and everyone else enjoyed it - I tried the veggies that came with it, really really good. Great variety, flavorful and still with a little stiffness to sink your teeth into. Desserts were good and it was not expensive in my opinion. We parked in a free parking lot a couple of minutes walk. Will definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

03/02/2026: We loved our entire experience - from the staff, to the spacious room, to the antique decor and rich history. We also loved the luxury of having the pub attached that had excellent trad music. The breakfast was also delicious and had vegetarian sausages option! The hotel name comes from a rare native tree, it really inspires an authentic Irish experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

18/01/2026: Always tasty and salty 😅 Nth time here. I never looked at any other option in Kiarney since I tried this resto. A bit on pricey side with the portion size. Either get it a bit cheaper or bigger portion will make it perfect 👌👌👌

15/01/2026: Great pub, still in the centre but seemingly away from the maddnes further down the street. Just a proper homely pub, great staff, always friendly and helpful, atmosphere terrific, and of course a fine pint!

03/03/2026: I visited here with 6 other friends on a Saturday evening and I honestly cannot recommend enough. We had an array of different foods. Each better than the next! We had plenty of cocktails and all absolutely stunning. The service was second to none, such friendly waiters and even ordering cocktails which can be time consuming in a lot of places but here there was absolutely no delay. We all loved our evening here and I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thanks to all the staff for a fabulous meal and excellent service.

09/02/2026: This restaurant was really nice and a pleasant change from the loud pubs nearby. Our greeting was warm and professional, and we were seated immediately.. both my husband and I enjoyed steak for dinner. The taste of the steak as well as a char grilled flavor was outstanding. The host could not have been nicer.. She offered me a taste of the Irish stew before ordering it as I told her I was not a big fan of lamb generally. The Guinness was perfect, as was the Dingle gin and tonic, which I enjoyed.

04/12/2025: An Exceptional Stay, Made Perfect by Outstanding Service I had the pleasure of staying at The Brehon Hotel & Spa on Monday, 1st December 2025, and the experience was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. The standout element was undoubtedly the incredible service. A huge thank you to Bojana, whose support was truly above and beyond. From assisting seamlessly with my check in to ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect, her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made a significant difference. It’s staff like Bojana who transform a great hotel into an exceptional one. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the spa facilities are in a league of their own. Without a doubt, this is the best SPA facility I have ever experienced. Every aspect was pristine, calming, and of the highest quality, providing the perfect retreat. My stay was an absolute delight, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I cannot recommend The Brehon Hotel & Spa highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience.

03/12/2025: Lovely location and accommodating staff. Booked the suite and the whole hotel was decorated in the spirit of Christmas which was lovely. Just one minor suggestion: Consider partnering with local artists for artwork to be added to rooms and potentially it being able to be research via qr code and purchased.

02/12/2025: Room was very comfortable, the perfect size with plenty of space, but not too big. Excellent bathroom. Service at the hotel were excellent. All staff were outstanding, very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, poached egg and avocado was delicious, eggs perfectly cooked. Having access to the swimming pool at the Great Southern was a great bonus and it is only across the road from the townhouse.
