26/10/2025: Service was unbelievably excellent. Best we have seen so far in Ireland and all has been very good but this one stands out and about.. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Food was delicious wonderful ambience throughout the entire hotel and grounds. Excellent location to walking distance for nearby activities also attended church, which was nearby within a six minute walk.

07/08/2026: Really disappointing experience. When we arrived, we were asked to wait outside for around five minutes before we could be seated, which was absolutely fine. However, while we were waiting exactly where we’d been told to, another couple arrived, walked straight in, and were seated immediately. We were completely forgotten about. When we went back in to remind the staff that we’d been waiting outside, the solution was to squeeze us into a hastily arranged table in the corner with virtually no space between us and the neighbouring table. It felt like an afterthought rather than genuine customer service. At that point we decided to leave. Mistakes happen, and we’d have completely understood if someone had simply apologised for overlooking us. Instead, the whole experience left us feeling unwelcome and like an inconvenience. There are too many great places to eat in Killarney to spend your money somewhere that makes such a poor first impression.

18/07/2026: You won't find any fresher or tastier seafood around! Chips are as crispy as you get, and service is great! I'll be back to try their chowder.

15/07/2026: Excellent fish and chips perfectly fried. And not a smelly odor in the place and after on your clothes. The young man serving was kind and efficient. I asked for well cooked fries and I go it! Thank you very much!!!

09/08/2026: The idea of the dog cottage was good but service inside it is appalling. We were completely forgotten about, when food did arrive we were left without one persons order for a further 15mins.

17/06/2026: The best part of Dromhall was its location. Right opposite a centra and a gas station, very good for road trip. Rooms were great and very spacious. They also provided a plug in fan which we greatly appreciated since it was summer.

15/07/2026: Cats are beloved by my girlfriend, so when we visited Killarney it was absolutely imperative that we visited this little cafe. Evaluated on decor alone, this place is astonishingly cute, and very much feels like a cozy wee place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon; the extensive cat adornments were very much appreciated, and the fridge magnets were a massive plus! We also appreciated the friendly hospitality of all the staff members as well! Food-wise, both options we ordered were absolutely delicious! We got the breakfast burrito and the fry, and these were both reasonable priced and wonderfully flavourful. The coffee was punchy, and absolutely delightful! We would absolutely come here again, and would recommend anyone visiting Killarney to do so as well!

04/08/2026: Friendly and efficient service. The kitchen opens at 5 p.m. We had fish soup served with bread and butter, lamb shank, burger and potatoes, chicken stuffed with bacon, and cheesecake. Generous portions and everything was delicious! The best dinner we've had in Ireland so far. I recommend booking.

04/08/2026: We were put in a quiet room with three other families, with no music, no atmosphere, and absolutely no charm. I asked to be moved to the main dining room, and they refused, even though there were plenty of tables available. The food was nothing special, quite mediocre. Not recommended at all.

19/05/2026: Killarney Golf & Fishing Club was a perfect finish to our trip. The setting is beautiful, the course is excellent, and the overall experience felt polished and memorable from start to finish. Our group had a wonderful time there, and the team was extremely helpful with booking updates and arrangements leading into the round. Everything was handled professionally, and the day itself ran very smoothly. It is a wonderful combination of championship golf, great scenery, and genuine hospitality. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a golf trip to Ireland.

09/05/2026: Played Killeen’s with work society and have only complement’s. The views are amazing and to add to that the course was in great condition for May in Ireland. Greens firm and fast. Add to that the Deer 🦌, food at the clubhouse etc really worth a visit.
