14/01/2026: I’ve been coming here more and more lately with my girlfriend, and we always enjoy it. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, food is always top, and the service is great every time. Definitely our favourite place to go

26/12/2025: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Our waitress Olga was absolutely fantastic—so positive, friendly, and professional. Her lovely personality really stood out and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The service was brilliant and truly enhanced the whole visit. The food was also very nice. We’ll definitely be back.

16/03/2026: Servers never took us to a table, have a sign saying please wait to be seated, we waited and waited, 3 different servers went by on multiple occasions and didn't even acknowledge our existence, extremely rude, not the first time having this experience here, my mother is elderly and unwell and not fit to be standing, have no intentions of coming back

Charging different prices at the till to which is advertised on the overhead menu.
Definitely not recommend

It was the best coffee I had so far in Ireland. This place could be in London. The Coffee was just amazing!

09/03/2026: Beware if coming in late to stay in this hotel. Had to pass thorough security check before entering explaining why I was late getting in (4am).
Then at 8 am expect contractors outside your door fixing whatever they were fixing. Absolute joke. How can works happen in the corridors during morning hours … why can’t they happen around check out hours ?? Would never ever stay here again.

Nice surroundings, dark wood throughout.
The staff are very attentive and professional. Always make a habit of coming here when in Tralee.

15/03/2026: We arrived in Tralee from Cork and rang ahead early in the morning to check if reservation had to be made. I was told walk ins only and to come in. We did and were told no tables available despite the place looking quiet. We weren't even offered a time to come back just basically told no. Any other restaurant would try and look after you or say come back in half an hour. Awful.

18/03/2026: Our go to spot whenever we're in lovely Tralee. The Guinness is delicious and one of the best pints I've ever had anywhere. The staff are all up for the craic and are very friendly. No food available but you come here for the music, the atmosphere and the lovely beer. Flash is the main man to go to if you need anything. Well worth a visit.
14/03/2026: Wife dragged me into this bar, I was going on 0 sleep in the last 24 hrs. It turned out to be the best decision of our trip. Aiden the bar tender, if you read this thank you, amazing views, I did have a short run of par, birdie, par on the back half.

05/04/2026: Some of the best food + service I’ve had in a long time! I’m from Cork and travelled over 2 hours to visit. Staff were so kind and attentive, and the food was 10/10. Will definitely be returning ☺️
