The best restaurants in Sallins

04/08/2025: normally get pizza and the chicken and garlic cheese frys but last night 03/08/25 was a complete disgrace....never going there again and will bad mouth the place as it well deserves.box was empty and just a sprinkle of cheese....no garlic mayo and no chicken .....

05/07/2025: Lifeline after hours food stop last night after a long day setting up tents in Dublin with Stretch Tents Ireland. Banging pizza and nice staff. 🤟

28/11/2025: Food was nice got sausage and bacon bap one piece of bacon and 2 sausages on it. Coffee was good. WC could do with some attention mirror and hand dryer look as if they haven't been wiped in months. Nice location beside the canal.

23/10/2025: Rory hannigan gave me bad service and when I tried to talk to him he ingoed me,the icecreams were small all the other workers are really kind and they all had great service exept rory.

14/09/2025: Ordered in, asked for takeaway container for very large positions of leftovers. Told us one container was enough, then she said she would pack up food for us. Over half of each leftovers portion was not packaged up and was very rude. Spent 60€ between two starters and main courses and half of it was thrown away because they wouldn’t give out packaging container. Will not be back.

24/08/2025: Changing this review as of August 2025, bumping to 5 stars Food still really good, always consistent. Staff also really friendly. We’re regulars here and it will likely stay that way!

28/12/2025: Phenomenal spice bag. Portion size generous, curry sauce hits deep, just quality all round. Busy, but worth the wait. Mags and Noreen great people also. 10/10

14/11/2025: Chip portion small, fish batter was mushy (probably cake batter) and wet. Batter sausage nearly in 2 half's so very chewy. Staff unfortunately lacked a bit of personality, no manner or politeness.

07/09/2025: We're definitely going to pay for delivery for somewhere further away. We get from here due to convenience but not anymore. The Chicken fillet burger...was that even actual chicken? The amount of mayonnaise thrown on it , after scraping half a jar off... Then you're left with a tiny piece of "meat" you squeeze it and the amount of liquid coming out of it wasn't normal. Not to mention you can't even take a bite without whole thing falling apart. Do not get a milkshake from there either . They offer different flavors but it's just milk with food coloring not even syrup. If you like a proper thick milkshakes you will be disappointed. Only milk with bits of ice in it. Held off bad reviewing this place for ages but had to be done. Wasted enough money there. The staff are not polite either.you have to repeat yourself a million times then they get annoyed because they can't understand you. Roma is far better and not far away.
