26/05/2025: Had a beautiful communion cake made for our grandsons celebration. The fresh cream sponge cake was delicious. Would definitely be buying from michelles bakery again.

01/05/2025: Under a year, the service is improved highly. Sometimes they still have problem with forget drinks, but they fix this fast ad professional when you tell them. The staff is so more kind now as well.

23/04/2025: Saw the review and almost all was recommended! Came here for our lunch the food was fab . But so sock and surprise that the lady ( she must be an owner ) otherwise dont think she allows to wearing so unprofessional! Extremely short and tight skirt with four inch high shoe serve the table and customers? Seems like naked at the bottom!! What a big joke ! Swear we had never seen this before in any restaurants even a take away shop ! So ridiculous and low class

22/03/2025: We didn’t try any food, but my husband and I absolutely loved both of our coffees! The cappuccino and caramel latte were so smooth and creamy! They have homemade caramel from a shop around the corner which to me levels up a latte since there isn’t any store bought flavoring in your drink! The staff were so sweet and so welcoming too!

10/05/2025: Terrible customer service from the manager Caroline. It takes little imagination to understand why the service culture at Mount Falcon is so poor. Just a few moments with the “manager” makes it easy. Rudeness as your first response is simply unacceptable and the owners should be ashamed someone as poor as her is driving this beautiful property into the ground.

29/12/2024: We went to this restaurant on a busy Saturday - a party of 21 with no reservation. The staff quickly sorted us with tables and we enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks. Very friendly and attentive servers - thank you!

20/05/2025: Great welcome, accommodation, food and atmosphere. The rooms were spacious well appointed and modern. We met the owner who oversaw our stay, a true gentleman. Breakfast was served promptly and was delicious and vast in quantity and quality Parking is ample with cctv 24/7 not that it’s needed as it’s a safe area, but peace of mind nonetheless.

04/04/2025: I'm a hard working Irish man working a job that the majority of Irish people refuse to work in and that is the care of elderly in nursing homes for many years. I arrived to Ballina for the night after sightseeing the Mayo coast. Without having previously taken a drink of alcohol I was refused service at this pub saying "I had too much to drink tonight". The real reason was my Limerick accent and what one local barman said to me. This pub believed me to be belonging to an "ethnic minority" which means to us Irish as the Travelling Community. I have been up and down my country of Ireland and as a middle aged man I have never experienced any type of discrimination before. What a shame they trade off the name of Joe Biden. Close minded bigots. Avoid if you are a tourist to Ireland this is not an authentic Irish pub.

14/05/2025: Having visited a few times in the past, we were more than happy to take our visitors here. Mistake! Embarrassing! One of the Sunday lunch specials, Cod & Chips was not great. Undercooked fish, raw and "wet" batter. No crunch, just slop. This is supposed to be the star of the show...we ordered three of these and they were all similarly miserable. (Chips were great.) The cherry on the top was the staffs' response when notified. "We will advise the kitchen accordingly." When paying the bill, we again mentioned the issue with the fish/batter and were told that "the kitchen is addressing the matter." Great for the next customer, not so great for us!!

24/04/2025: Food was great, I asked for a come and was flat, I asked to get water and it was fine, but when I went to pay they charged me for a coke that I didn't drink, when I questioned the waiter said that is how we do things here. Very unprofessional you need to pay. Not happy
