29/10/2024: I am very disappointed in McDonalds, I was looking forward to a nice oreo mcflurry all day just to be told the ice cream machine was broken . As you can tell I was extremely shocked and distraught when I heard the news about the ice cream machine not working as I was no longer able to get a mcflurry. I would like to start a petition to have inspections of McDonalds ice cream machines weekly so no other customer should have to go through this emotional rollercoaster i have went through today. I will be sending a very strongly worded letter to Mr. Mcdonalds aswell to express my experience
21/10/2024: I ordered a wrap and i only got lettuce and chicken in it when that wasn’t what i ordered in the wrap. I was waiting for 30 MINUTES and didnt even get what i wanted, im very annoyed.

17/08/2024: Absolutely excellent from lady welcoming us at front desk , too food and service so relaxing, staff were so helpful and friendly 😀 room was excellent, very comfy , clean only let down our bath was past it just well worn , otherwise top's, car parking excellent, and the facility to go through tunnel to The Tf , thanks to all who made our stay so good , will be back 😀 😊
11/08/2024: A very nice and well priced hotel in Castlebar. There is free parking in the multistorey connected to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room to a suite without even asking.
The bed was very comfortable and a great powerful shower. We wanted to stay another night rather than go back to our tent!
We ate out for dinner but did have breakfast where there was plenty of choice on the buffet.
Would recommend.

04/11/2024: Poor experience last time we went, our order was taken and lost, after about 40 mins while other customers arrived, ordered and were served our order was take again. Was overly rushed when we did get it with pre cooked meat added to top of sauces.

01/09/2024: I use the bowling alleys regularly & always find the staff and service excellent. My groups are both small & large and I'm always accommodated. I've come to know certain staff members by name at this stage & find Luke in particular on the floor always has a ready smile and patience when my teenage groups need that extra assistance (English is not their 1st language). The staff serving tea and chips are also always friendly & helpful.
Thanks a million for providing a guaranteed good session for these kids.
29/08/2024: Overall a bit run down and dingy. You have to pay a fair entrance fee for the indoor playground and I also find the costs for the bowling alley utopian given its condition. Overall, unfortunately rather disappointing.

10/11/2024: It is what it is. I wish they would clean up tables and floors after someone that eats before you. The toilets I would avoid. Pizza, fries, kebab and wings we ordered. Quick service but food not great. Just about edible

14/09/2024: Very little toppings and just ordered ham and mushroom. Mushroom was very very tiny. Too much sauce but not enough cheese only thing ok about it was the garlic bread.
Chicken was not nice, chips were very plain and garlic sauce was very watery. So disappointed was very hungry and was looking forward to eating it.

08/08/2024: I ordered recently Kebab and chips, food altogheter was awfull, kebabs were big but with to much sauce, sauces tasted weird, chips are probably the chepeast frozen ones you d find on the market, almost the entire order ended up in the bin. Just couldn t eat it. So, I definitely do not recommend it for takeaway
07/08/2024: Food is really good, but I try to order on the app if possible as trying to order over the phone is very frustrating.
