Make sure you have cash when arriving at the establishment, from memory they do not take card payments

21/08/2024: Blasta is genuinely my favourite place to eat if I can ever get to the food trucks. The food is always excellent quality farm to fork and staff great to deal with. Seany and Nikita have a genuine love for food and travelled across the world collecting recipes and regularly change up the menu keeping it fresh. They are the highlight of the farmers market and glaslough. Would totally recommend them for your event or wedding ♥️

07/03/2025: Stopped in for breakfast and it was simply top notch. I ordered the all day breakfast which arrived very promptly, was yummy and very fresh.
Another in my party ordered the pancakes with streaky bacon and maple syrup, the pancakes were soft, delicious and tasted homemade.
I will absolutely be eating here again in future.
27/02/2025: Ordered 2 coffees this morning for takeaway, one girl took my order another was doing the coffee. First, she just makes the one coffee and proceeds to stand around moving some cutlery and I'm standing waiting for the other coffee until the other girl asked her if she made my second order. She says no and makes me the other coffee which was meant to be a mocha with hazelnut syrup but instead I got handed a hot chocolate that tasted like very mild chocolate milk. Unfortunately, I only realised it when I already left the cafe. Won't be coming back as the service was very disappointing.

11/03/2025: Had a lovely evening meal here last Friday. Staff were excellent. Really helpful and happy even though it was very busy. They never rushed anyone. Food was delicious. Service was very good. Nice buzz around the hotel.
02/03/2025: We held our son's christening at The Creighton and couldn't have been happier with the service and food. We had a room all to ourselves for the occasion and the staff were more than attentive to us. We got lots of positive feedback on the dinner served from all family. Will definitely return for future events and have no issues recommending to friends. Thank You for all for making it a special day we will remember

31/01/2025: Only one gripe, which isn't a reflection on the food, they just need to get some more music instead of one which is on one continuous loop
27/01/2025: It's a shame to see such a grand restaurant so empty, because the food is top draw. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the music loop! Every time I've been in they've played the same song over and over again! It's ridiculous, and the guy just thinks it's hilarious when you point it out.

02/03/2025: I like going here as there are some nice twists on the standard fare. For example eggs benedict is normally served with ham but here it is a slice of bacon which I have grown to prefer than ham. Service is fast and everything is spotless. Only downside I could say is it is very annoying someone asking if everything is OK when you have just shoved a mouthfuls of food in. All in all one of the best places to grab a bite in Carrick. It is also dog friendly which is a big plus.
08/02/2025: Hidden away down a side street is this exquisite café that has an interesting menu with lovely flavoursome dishes and pleasant friendly staff. I'd the soup and hambo and Eliza went for the sourdough chicken sandwich. Both were delicious and the carrot and cumin soup with seeds on top was exceptional. They also do a nice line in wine which is for takeaway only. Highly recommended.

17/02/2025: Graham's is an absolutely lovely shop to visit. A fantastic collection of homewards and electrical items, as well as some personal.products. the staff are delightful and I really enjoy popping in just to grab a coffee and browsing around.

Dessert at 8.80 and the crust of the apple pie was nearly burned.
I was there before and it wasn' t so crazy.
The bathroom, nice and clean, is downstairs.....lift is out of work.
Badly need of improuvement
