Lincoln's Inn
Dublin
26/08/2025: The Lincoln’s Inn was the first Irish pub that my husband and I went to last July on our trip to Dublin. We arrived just as the kitchen was about to close, but our server Neil said that he’d see what he could do. We ended up ordering two pints of Guinness (our first in Ireland), fish and chips, and the Irish stew — all of which was delicious!
We loved the atmosphere, service, and the whole experience so much that we went back on the last night of our trip for dinner and drinks. We also got the sticky toffee pudding, which is a must order!
This year, my husband and I returned to Ireland with a friend, and The Lincoln’s Inn was our first stop, last stop, and a few stops in between. I’m so grateful to the staff for creating such a warm and welcoming environment that makes me want to keep coming back for many years to come.
25/08/2025: Good beer strictly Guinness, good food excellent service

Harbour Bar
Dublin
09/09/2025: My wife and I came to Ireland, England, and Scotland last October for hour Honeymoon and from from Dublin we decided to take a day trip to Howth not exactly knowing what to expect and we were not disappointed at all. After visiting the old ruins near the pub, a black cat greeted us and led us up a path of stairs to a bar. We popped our heads it and when I say it was one of the most peaceful experiences of my life I truly mean it. We ordered some of the best Guinness I’ve ever had, the Victorian era fire place was going and there was a group of local men who we got to know just laughing and enjoying themselves. Absolutely beautiful and historical pub that you must try if you visit Howth. You won’t regret it.
02/08/2025: It’s unusual in an Irish bar for staff to allow customers play YouTube videos with no headphones. I was told that he is a regular and …. Guinness 7/10 €6.70. If you enjoy listening to other peoples YouTube played at high volume you will enjoy.

Green Man Wines
Dublin
10/08/2025: One of my favourite wine bars going. I've been here three times. The food is innovative and tasty. Service warm and friendly. Really nice ambience, very relaxing. Definitely worth a venture to Terenure for!
30/06/2025: This is a very pleasant neighbourhood wine bar which I visited for the first time tonight with my family . Food is excellent and creative . Service excellent also. Until you come to pay. There was a “corkage” charge on each bottle of wine we consumed of 15 euros per bottle.
Asking about this unusual charge at the till produced impatience and what can only be described as derision . “It’s normal “ was the reply , how “many times do you actually eat out “was the question asked. Many times is the answer.
After a rather rough verbal engagement the charges for corkage ( in a restaurant wine bar ) were removed but it was done with bad grace , by a very unpleasant manager.
Awful pity. A nice place that could have become a family favourite has presented itself as a rip - off. A feeling that cannot be repaired.
I m very happy to pay the price in any restaurant and we eat out a lot , but this establishment appears to be a catering crew operating in a wine bar that needs to charge corkage to the owner on any of his wines they sell as part of their operational agreement . Maybe I'm wrong about this?
It’s a bit much lads .

Vintage Cocktail Club
Dublin
12/08/2025: Absolutely a must find experience in the heart of Dublin. A nondescript door and doorbell on a busy side street, leads to a gorgeous multilevel, 1930s style speakeasy. The rooms are adorned with velvet furnishings and beautiful art nouveau decor while jazz quietly plays in the background. The menu offers a variety of classic and unique cocktail creations, accompanied by the history of different liquors through the decades. The charcuterie and cheese board was one of the best we’ve ever had. There are cozy nooks and tables on every floor, but we sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the very talented mixologist whipping up his concoctions. While they do not require a reservation, making one ensures you have a time slot, they don’t guarantee that they’ll have a spot if you just ring the bell. Also, this is a strictly 23 years old and older experience.
In summary, the drinks were delicious, the food was fantastic, the mixologist was knowledgeable and friendly and the unique entry experience and ambience was so beautiful. It was perfection, from beginning to end!

The Marker Rooftop Bar
Dublin
30/08/2025: Wonderful hotel and spa. The service is impeccable, we were particularly impressed with Gorkem the manager of the rooftop terrace bar. Priya was also lovely. Highly recommend!
Best to book a place at the rooftop terrace bar in advance, food was fantastic and the view is beautiful.
29/08/2025: Nice rooms, some with a view. Nice touches - cookies with your coffee and daily fresh water. We tried to get a drink at the roof top bar- not possible- the entire experience felt forbidden - scrutiny on the way up like you a trying to rob the place. Most hotels allow just a simple elevator ride up and if space is available you can just sit and order a drink. I like the fact that spa facilities are included in your stay. Overall 4.5 out of 5.
