05/06/2025: The new atmosphere absolutely fantastic, we used to wait for drinks before but seems the bar is so quick now , on a bank holiday Sunday got drinks in 2 minutes which is great , So well done great job.

Luis and his colleagues demonstrate a genuine love for food and simply good quality genuine ingredients, and will inspire the same love for all his guests. I cannot state how out of all the dining experiences in Ireland, this humble restaurant in Waterford is the one and only that you MUST try.

30/05/2025: Excellent hotel clean rooms both reception staff bar staff Excellent apart from one rude woman serving breakfast told my wife to move to another table cause the were set. But then aloud one others to sit where .y wife was apart from this person every other thing is grand
28/05/2025: Stayed at this hotel in May 2025. The place is absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were fantastic and very clean, my room had a fridge. Staff were very couteous and helpful. Dinner menu was out of this world, what do you expect, apparently they have 15 chefs.
Waterford is a beautiful place and well worth the visit.

Two girls chatting with their cellphones sited on the floor without paying attention.
I should take my coffee inside in a takeaway cup, who knows why.

19/06/2024: We visited this hotel while in Waterford. The staff here are friendly, polite, mannerly and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff particularly is what stands out. If I was to be critical I would say I preferred the old food menu, the fish and chips is not the same as it once was. Lovely spot to visit.
24/04/2024: Lovey food and ambiance. Great staff. Was so nice to wind down and enjoy a meal after browsing around boutiques in Waterford all morning. Had the roast beef and it was as nice as the frock I bought earlier. Treat yourself and enjoy a nice meal by the sea.

Copper Coast Cafe

09/06/2024: Superb cafe in a beautiful setting. Great coffee, delicious freshly baked pastries and cake, home made soup, salads in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It is also dog friendly which is a great.
01/06/2024: We’ve stopped at the Copper Coast Cafe about 5 times now. We are always met with a very friendly welcome. The food is superb, really fresh and tasty, with a lot of home made bakes and cakes. I cannot recommend it enough - JUST GO!! And experience it yourself
