03/12/2024: We had an absolutely amazing night, the service was spectacular! The food was amazing! Luis knows his stuff, you can see he’s passionate! The food is 5* The taster menu was a real treat for 100euro. The wine paring was fantastic but we did feel for 70 euro each it was a little bit steep for what we got. Nevertheless,it was a amazing! Luis has a great team and you can see he really cares about that he does! Will definitely be back again if we can get a table !

09/10/2024: I recently dined at Le Mara restaurant and am excited to share my experience. The cuisine is simply succulent, each dish prepared with care and quality ingredients. Additionally, the service was impeccable thanks to our waitress, who was both attentive and very friendly. She was able to advise us on the menu and make our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Le Mara to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

24/11/2024: A group of 22 of us had a birthday celebration here last night and all I can say is WOW. The food was amazing, the festive menu is incredible. The staff are very attentive and professional. Nice division in the restaurant which lends to the atmosphere. A special mention to Viv who I organised the meal with. If in Dungarvan you have to eat here!

24/11/2024: A group of 24 of us had dinner here last night. The lay out of the tables set the tone for a great evening. The Amuse Bouche to start was a delicious soup and the main starters were a series of tapas to share, including prawn spring rolls, patatas bravas with beef and hummus. All were very good but the spring rolls were the best I have ever had. Main courses all went down very well. The chicken was cooked to perfection - tender and accompanied by a delicious cream mustard sauce. A request for extra sauce was sorted immediately. Dauphinoise potatoes were creamy and perfectly cooked. A much appreciated break before dessert brought fabulous fruit cheesecake. Others had a chocolate mousse. All plates were empty. What more can I say? The staff here really know how to look after diners. The restaurant was buzzing, even at 5.30pm and tables were turned with the least amount of fuss. The food here is 5 star. The staff are all interested in making the experience the very best. This was my first visit. It won't be too long before I dine again. Well done to all the staff who made this such a great experience for us.

30/11/2024: This is one of my favourite places to go for food, be it lunch or dinner 🍽 such comforting and delicious food 😋 and very efficient, never left waiting and great if you're on a time schedule like a lunch break 😋

11/12/2024: After 4 months in Waterford, this is the only spot I can find that does gluten free beer

14/11/2024: Tired looking exterior, fresher & more up to date decor inside. Only visited for a meeting and a carvery lunch, which was top class, would recommend.
