14/01/2025: We had the tasting menu just after Christmas and it was amazing. Everything is well prepared and we would love to come back when we get the chance.

03/12/2024: We had an absolutely amazing night, the service was spectacular! The food was amazing! Luis knows his stuff, you can see he’s passionate! The food is 5* The taster menu was a real treat for 100euro. The wine paring was fantastic but we did feel for 70 euro each it was a little bit steep for what we got. Nevertheless,it was a amazing! Luis has a great team and you can see he really cares about that he does! Will definitely be back again if we can get a table !

24/11/2024: A group of 22 of us had a birthday celebration here last night and all I can say is WOW. The food was amazing, the festive menu is incredible. The staff are very attentive and professional. Nice division in the restaurant which lends to the atmosphere. A special mention to Viv who I organised the meal with. If in Dungarvan you have to eat here!

24/11/2024: A group of 24 of us had dinner here last night. The lay out of the tables set the tone for a great evening. The Amuse Bouche to start was a delicious soup and the main starters were a series of tapas to share, including prawn spring rolls, patatas bravas with beef and hummus. All were very good but the spring rolls were the best I have ever had. Main courses all went down very well. The chicken was cooked to perfection - tender and accompanied by a delicious cream mustard sauce. A request for extra sauce was sorted immediately. Dauphinoise potatoes were creamy and perfectly cooked. A much appreciated break before dessert brought fabulous fruit cheesecake. Others had a chocolate mousse. All plates were empty. What more can I say? The staff here really know how to look after diners. The restaurant was buzzing, even at 5.30pm and tables were turned with the least amount of fuss. The food here is 5 star. The staff are all interested in making the experience the very best. This was my first visit. It won't be too long before I dine again. Well done to all the staff who made this such a great experience for us.

15/12/2024: Food is good, not a great selection of drinks. Kinda funny atmosphere when it turns into a club.

29/12/2024: This evening, at 5:30 pm on a quiet Sunday, I brought my 16-year-old son and three of his friends to play a game of pool to celebrate his birthday. We had just done a day of bowling and go-cart racing so I wanted them to wind down and have a chat. The place was practically empty - just a couple and two older gentlemen. However, when my son went to get change from the bar, the barman informed him that he needed to be 21 to play pool??? I stepped in and asked "do you have to be over 18 to play pool?" The barman insisted that was the rule. Frustrated and bewildered, we left. I immediately rang the Mansion House next door to ask if the same rule applied there. The barman on the phone actually laughed and said, “Of course not—bring them in, as long as they’re not drinking!” Honestly, what a joke.

30/09/2024: Visited here one night and it was very busy spot. Live music and the atmosphere was buzzing. Staff were efficient as they could be for such a busy night.

22/12/2024: Our room had a lot of disturbance in the night on the 3rd floor due to strong winds. It was too late in the night to complain anyone in reception. Otherwise, the hotel rooms, services, staff and food were top notch quality.

20/12/2024: Nice hotel but really need a dedicated bar person .
