24/08/2023: The food is good, the atmosphere on the first floor is something different, the air conditioning is a bit strong

01/04/2024: Attitude very bad they don't have a professional costumer service they was talking in the phone to me like they was my friend unprofessional

03/08/2024: Terrible overcooked burnt chips at Turvey supermacs dublin.my wife had taco chips..they Were very dry ,no mayo,wife thre out..Terrible.. chicken in my snack box was OK.bit overcooked.but the chips..bad.then the toilets very bad state...needs cleaning and redone..toilet roll holder on floor no paper

12/06/2024: I stopped at the Supermacs at tge Texaco Station on the way into Westport. I ordered a veggie burger meal. As a vegetarian I expected the burger to be cooked seperate to meat. Then I noticed to my dusgust the patty was cooked on the hot grill where a meat burger has just been cooked. There was no cleaning down in between. I was very shocked to see this happen. I couldn't eat the burger then, does Supermacs routinely cook veggie burgers on the same hot plate as meat and other meat products. Surely in this day and age they should know better. Extremely disappointed customer.

30/08/2024: Great food, lovely clean environment and friendly, efficient service. What more could you want? My son and I loved the fresh, tasty food and will be back.

16/09/2024: I've recently been to Galway for a friend's birthday and a couple of us called here for some supper on the way home. I had the vegetarian pizza which was lovely. What I really want to point out is the amazing Alexandra, in my tipsy state I dropped my driver's licence and a few other cards (gym, blue light) out of my phone case. I wasn't aware at the time I'd dropped these, and by the time I realised I wasn't sure where I'd lost them. Alexandra and her partner managed to track me down through the power of Google and contacted me at my work back in the UK. They have very kindly posted me my licence and other cards back to me. Their kindness and compassion to care enough to find me is amazing. I am so grateful. Fantastic customer service that goes way above. Thank you Alexandra & partner, you guys are amazing!!
