The Mill Bar and Lounge
Sligo
05/07/2026: Food was bland and overpriced. Frozen chips with fish in Ireland should be illegal. Fish itself lacked flavour and seasoning.
04/05/2026: Excellent food and fabulous staff! Patrick is the best! Chicken tenders and the veg stir fry are fabulous! Bar staff is best!

Jack B’s Bar and Lounge
Sligo
13/06/2026: Arrived into the hotel relatively late. Kitchen was closed so i asked at the bar if they had any snacks. I was personally offered and made a toasted sandwich by the bar manager. I nearly cried. 10/10.
