27/07/2026: We had a fantastic weekend for a large group (25) hen party in July. Everything being organised just made it so easy. The Clayton hotel was fabulous and everyone had a really comfortable stay with really helpful staff and great breakfast each morning. The drag show was such a highlight of the whole weekend. They were just brilliant. The right mix of encouraging participation but not making anyone that didn’t want to uncomfortable or push too hard etc. It was so much fun, everyone loved Kara! I would highly recommend going through Garavogue Hen and Stags.

15/08/2024: Excellent! Two of us dined here yesterday and had a light breakfast. The food was freshly cooked and the hash browns and the mushrooms were the best I have ever tasted. It is very clean, welcoming, fantastic value for money and the staff are top notch. Several other restaurants/cafes in Sligo could take note from this wonderful venue. Thank you.

21/02/2026: Really excellent quality and consistent. I travel to Sligo frequently and I make it a priority to get brioche for the kids plus any assortment of pastries, sausage roles, and jambons.

12/10/2023: Beautiful clothes and lovely staff who provide the very best customer service. Gorgeous Tara works so hard showcasing all the latest pieces on her weekly Facebook lives. I have so many outfits from Poppy Lane, casual to smart and always get compliments. Outstanding 💖🌸🌺

30/07/2023: I called in Saturday. I’ve not actually been in before but follow Tara and team on FB and always loved the look of the shop on the outside. Well, I loved it! It’s so colourful and easy to navigate. Fiona helped me with picking dresses and was lovely and chatty. Myself and my daughter found lots of lovely pieces and we will definitely be back again!!
