21/02/2025: Very bad experience, our group spent a substantial amount of money and were treated awfully. The bar staff were very nice but the bouncers need some training. As soon as the music stopped the bouncers started shouting and swearing at us to get out; the lights hadn’t even turned on and we hadn’t even had time to stand up from where we were sat before they started shouting at us. If you wanted to attract more customers this is not the way to behave - shameful
01/10/2024: Fun late bar. They have a dj on a giant stage. Looks weird but the dancing was fun. One crazy thing is the security stand on the stage flex and stare down the crowd. One of the funniest things I seen in my life. Just standing there watching the crowd looking cool lol. Actually the security guy on the night had a mullet lol. Really. So funny. Cute actually. Fun place if you’re drunk.

28/02/2025: Went with our 4 kids as a birthday treat, I ordered snackbox meal, after 20 minutes waiting girl came down to say someone else had taken the chicken and it would be a further 15 min wait or would I like something else changed my order to tenders instead, when food arrived parts of order missing and wrong drinks, had to queue again by which time food was going cold. Food in general was pretty good but service absolutely appalling, they did offer ice cream for after which I guess was something but was so annoyed I didnt even bother. Definately wont be back.

15/02/2025: Somewhat hit and miss, depending on the staff, Tyrone is a lovely member of staff, always smiling, cheerful and welcoming and always seems to be there, does he get a day off ?? and there are 2 others I don't remember their names, a lady with blonde hair very bubbly, chatty and welcoming, love her! and a man who wears glasses. What I believe is the manager with dark tied up hair however seems quite nasty to the staff from what I have noticed on my visits there. Customer service is zero from her with no smile or warmth she really letting's the place down.
21/12/2024: Still searching for the raspberry and white chocolate in my raspberry and white chocolate muffin .. first prize for the drabest coffee shop, no music and just a solitary sad looking Xmas tree … don’t go in if you’re depressed

26/02/2025: Got a large taco chips n a double cheese burger yesterday evening. The taco chips were a disgrace . The chips were hard n obviously been laying there for some time and cold n hard underneath the beef n cheese.
The small older guy with the beard served me, I think he's the owner. It was quite and nobody in the chipper so no excuse.
Turned my back for no more than a min to take a quick call and the food was on the counter. It's not the first time either from this chipper the chips felt hard and air dryed stale leftovers.
Very poor standard and sneaky behaviour serving food like this.
I've worked in food industry in the past so have a fair idea.
DON'T WASTE YOUR COIN.
16/02/2025: This is not your typical Irish takeaway. When you walk in, you immediately notice and feel that cleanliness is maintained at the highest level. The menu is clearly written, making it easy to choose your meal. We ordered a 14" pizza with olives and ham, and we only paid 13 euros—a great price for such quality. The pizza was baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a delicious, authentic flavor with a perfectly crisp crust. The staff were very nice and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back again after the next Sligo Rovers match, and I might even try something new from their menu!

I didn’t eat there because I went there at 10pm and it was really dancing by there. This is a good place if you want to dance with your friends.
Penalty: the women toilets can be hard to access. That’s all. A logical penalty when you see how many people there are. It's also sad that it closes at midnight.

I didn't eat it so I can't rate the food. I got there at 10 p.m. and there was already a lot of dancing. also the bar closes at midnight. which is very early compared to France.
It's a good bar if you want to dance with your friends but the toilets are difficult to access. Which is normal when you see the world out there.

03/03/2025: This is a great location if your visiting Sligo but a 4 star hotel it is not. Dated furniture and uncomfortable beds expose that the hotel needs investment.
Recently introduced EV charging point is a good addition but beware of the €5 / hour charge over and above the electricity fee which makes it unusable as it is only a 6/7kWh charger. Charging will take up to 11 hours costing 55+ 30 for the electricity.. and thats if you get up and disconnect when complete.
Use the charging station in the train carpark near by .
08/01/2025: Nice hotel with excellent beds, personally only missed a bath but an excellent shower. Excellent wellness and nice swimming pool. Price/quality is fine. Close to the center.

03/10/2024: Really lovely place! I could tell the closeness of the staff by walking in. I understood the locality of this chipper. Food was really good. They did forget our chicken dippers but I won’t hold it against them, it was late.
