20/07/2026: Disappointing for the price This review specifically concerns the kiosk in the Quayside Shopping Centre, not the main Sligo store. During our visit, we found the selection of flavors quite limited and mainly focused on very sweet flavors (if memory serves, chocolate, salted caramel, Kinder Bueno…), with few cooler or fruitier options. The prices seemed high to us: €4 for a small children's portion and €6 for a simple chocolate milkshake made with two scoops of ice cream and milk. My pineapple and coconut iced drink was pleasant, but also cost €6. Finally, the service seemed rather cold and unwelcoming, especially when I simply asked if it was possible to add some whipped cream to an ice cream. "Oh, we don't do that here." Nothing bad in itself, but between the limited selection, the prices, and the service, we left rather disappointed.

02/08/2026: The waitress' welcome was very poor! No coffee-based cocktails were available at 9 pm (the machine was closed), and no credit card receipt was offered.

15/05/2026: Lovely guy and environment. The coffee and alfajore were great.

10/05/2026: I was drawn to this café by the name and and decided to take a peek inside. The barrista was very welcoming and was eager to get to know us. He really went out of his way to prepare us some delicious toasties. I'd love to go back one day and listen to the vallenato songs that made us feel like we were in Colombia for a moment.

15/04/2026: Auntie Nellie’s Sweet Shop is super cute! They have a wonderful array of candies. The staff is friendly! Stepping inside of the sweet shop you are transported back in time. We loved it!

28/07/2026: We bought lunch for three. Two sandwiches, coke zero, classic smoothie, choclate cake and milkshake. Really fresh food. Would of appreciated some garnish with crisps on side of sandwiches.
