27/10/2025: I’m really disappointed with how my cousin and I were treated at this pub. My cousin is autistic, and instead of showing any understanding or patience, the staff were rude and dismissive toward her. We were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which completely ruined what was meant to be a nice night out… Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness — especially those who might experience the world differently. I’d really hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their bouncers especially on how to treat all customers with understanding and empathy. We definitely won’t be returning until we know that’s changed. Literally pushing my autistic cousin out at the end of the night which nearly made her fall down the stairs of this pub!

01/11/2025: Great little spot in Sligo, place is always spotless, staff are really helpful and friendly. Service is fast and food is fresh and plentiful. The tunes are bang on too! Hope these guys are appreciated for how hard they work, they seem like a great little team.

27/10/2025: Love the food, its my go-to place in Sligo. Service can be improved. Ordered two items got one first and then 7 mins later another. But otherwise food quality wise its nice.

16/11/2025: Lovely hotel and leisure centre. Unfortunately pillows far too thick. Also my room had a locked door to an adjoining room that was in no way sound proof and I could hear everything in the next door room.

16/11/2025: Lovely staff and the rooms were huge. Beds comfortable of course. Facilities were good as was the breakfast and the bar/restaurant served very tasty food in large portions. Price was only slightly higher than some of the top end eateries in the town. The bar lacked a sense of comfort or style however and with no windows did feel a bit utilitarian. My second room lacked bedside sockets which is kind of standard elsewhere for bedside phone charging. Final negative is some of the corridor doors had hard stops which meant lots of racket for people occupying rooms in those sections when other guests were passing to their own rooms. Mine was a 2 way swing so not an issue but I did make a lot of noise with the main corridor access door when first arriving and when I forgot. In summary: food, staff, room size, comfort excellent. Noise, styling and some utilities à bit poorly thought out.

13/11/2025: Whether you’re in the mood for pasta, pizza, soup or a salad they have it all. The coffee is delicious but the authentic fresh thick hot chocolate is my favourite ❤️

26/05/2025: I recommend Garavoguehenstag without hesitation. Yasmina went above and beyond to take the stress out of planning everything from the cowgirl themed activities and dinner to the hotel stay, all of which were excellent. She was patient, pleasant and helpful throughout which meant that all we had to do was arrive and enjoy the experience. We all had a brilliant time

14/06/2025: Cafe Victor is a great little spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I spent around €16 on a latte and a delicious homemade quiche, both of which were fresh and full of flavour. The place has a cozy, relaxed vibe, making it perfect for a leisurely coffee break or light lunch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service without being overbearing. Overall, a nice café to unwind and enjoy good food in a comfortable setting.

03/05/2025: Had the pleasure of staying in.the double decker bus last night views are Incredible kids loved it got to play with hunter the family dog who led us threw the woods with the kids every where the kids went hunter wasn't far behind wel defo be bk perfect location to get away

29/08/2025: We had a wonderful family dinner here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The portion sizes were generous and perfect for sharing, which made it easy for everyone to try different dishes. Some of our favorites were the [prawn salt chilli chiken,miso soup,sushi,], all cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to bring everything we needed, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place for family gatherings. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for delicious, authentic Chinese food and a comfortable dining experience with loved ones.

16/08/2025: We decided to try it because we saw sushi on the menu. It's hard to call them sushi. Spisy bag is not good either. Sweet and sour... There are better Chinese restaurants in town.

06/10/2025: Brilliant bar with a great atmosphere and very welcoming! Staff were chatty and great fun. The bar around the back is big and good fun! Would definitely recommend.

09/07/2025: Lyons cafe ......as good it gets, tasty, reliable, reasonably priced. Great staff, great buzz highly recommended! We especially enjoyed the chicken, leek and bacon pie followed by the pear and almond dessert, simply sublime!

21/06/2025: This place does not disappoint. We've been here a couple of times the food has been 10/10 with each dish ordered; from soup to salad, dish of the day to vegetarian option. The only problem with visiting Sligo is there are so many tasty eateries to choose from. But do try to check this place out.
