09/07/2025: Lyons cafe ......as good it gets, tasty, reliable, reasonably priced. Great staff, great buzz highly recommended!
We especially enjoyed the chicken, leek and bacon pie followed by the pear and almond dessert, simply sublime!
21/06/2025: This place does not disappoint. We've been here a couple of times the food has been 10/10 with each dish ordered; from soup to salad, dish of the day to vegetarian option. The only problem with visiting Sligo is there are so many tasty eateries to choose from. But do try to check this place out.

03/06/2025: The best sweets shop we came across in our Ireland roadtrip. The sweets and candy were fresh and they had so many options! Very well priced as well, we got a full bag for 4€. Highly recommend checking out! Lots of options for everyone.
28/03/2025: Best candy store that we found in Ireland. You step in the door and it's immediately a blast to the past with the glass counter with drawers for them to give you whatever you are looking for by weight, along with all of the oldies / goodies that you haven't seen on a shelf in a while, mixed with some amazing chocolates.
The conversation with the mom / son duo about where we were from and our itinerary was great and they even offered a few tips that altered some of the end plans for the end of our trip and I'm so grateful.
We will definitely return the next time we are in Ireland.

22/07/2025: Rovers Coffee Lab is one of the best coffee spots I’ve ever visited. The staff are fantastic, the coffee is consistently exceptional, and the overall style and atmosphere of the lab are truly impressive. There’s also a wide variety of options to suit coffee lovers of every taste.

01/07/2025: Being from the US my husband and I go to coffee places all the time. This little place in Sligo is outstanding! The coffee is excellent and they offer a couple super delicious gluten free pastries. I can't have caffeine but their caffeine free Americano is wonderful! The only thing we miss is pouring cream 🙂

02/08/2025: Food was just excellent, 5 ladies out for dinner with varying tastes, every dish was delicious, staff very friendly with welcoming smiles (we were a bit late) service was perfect, a lovely relaxed atmosphere & to top it all off very reasonable, will definitely be back.

07/07/2025: I had my husband 50th party upstairs in Lillie’s on Saturday night. The room was perfect for our group of 40, very pretty and super comfortable. Staff were so helpful and attentive making sure we had everything we needed and kept checking in with us all night. The food was excellent our guest all complimented the quality and the portions were very generous. All the staff were great but a special thank you to Jamie and Laura who went above and beyond for us. I can’t recommend this venue enough!!!

20/07/2025: Came in today very disappointed. This is not an authentic Mexican restaurant at all. Very Americanized restaurant. The food was so blend and the tacos look and taste dry. We definitely need an authentic Mexican restaurant in Sligo. This one is sadly not it!
