31/10/2024: Just dropped in as we passed thru Cahir. From our brief travels in Ireland, this was one of the few cafes we've visited that was similar to what one sees in Italy and that we're used to in Australia.

The food was delicious, served in good time and by very pleasant and helpful staff. It was comfortable and a nice place to meet up,not rushed or made to feel our time was up.

04/09/2024: Lovely stay at historic hotel. Beautiful and tastefully refurbished room at front, facing the square. Good pub food and great breakfast. Staff very helpful. Book online (do include breakfast) for best accommodation and breakfast rate. PS no affiliation with hotel.

04/10/2024: I’ve place an online order. Language is definitely an issue, but I’ve tried to be as clear as possible. My order was missing one item.
I called the restaurant to ask and I had this man SCREAMING at me and saying that I did not order the food.
Well, I believe I know what I’ve order.
He sent it but charged me the delivery twice.
On the top of it all… food was disgusting, went to the bin straight away.
I do not recommend and never will get back.

08/06/2024: Visited in June 2024. Last night of a 1 week camping trip, we didn't feel like cooking and just needed a decent meal - got something more than just decent!
The bases were perfect, the sauces - both red and white - were lovely. Toppings generous and high quality.
We had a Rustica (with the white sauce, so uncommon but so good!), Margherita, Pepperoni, and Tuna. Also got some chips, which were really good, fresh with some skin on.
Also very worth mentioning that the folks on the truck were really nice. Couldn't do enough to look after us and what we needed, and seemed to really love what they're doing.

They were very good about accomodating celiac, gluten free, and knew about cross contamination.
A nice stop for a quick take away lunch.

Pity the food and atmosphere didn't match. €30.65 for a caesar salad, pizza, can of coke.
Pizza was just okay, toppings scant enough for 16.95. Not worth the price.
Poor caesar salad at 9.75 very dried out chicken, very small amount of parmesan. Ate the croutons and some leaves, unfortunately my partner finished mine as he was still hungry, otherwise would have returned. Server apologised for the dry chicken but that was that.
I love my classic club house tunes as much as the next person, but not while eating a meal.
They may do better on other meals but these 2 options are poor and not worth the money.
21/07/2024: Didn't feel particularly welcomed by any of the staff; placed on a cramped table for two next to the toilets in an otherwise empty restaurant.
Some GF options, and wife quite liked the soup. Pizza definitely "average".

20/09/2024: I went in for an acai bowl and the staff were very rude and made me and family feel like an inconvenience for coming in.I have previously got an acai bowl and it was full of toppings,i went in today and got a few slices of bananas and strawberries.Not impressed

01/11/2023: Got a takeaway delivered last night. It was terrible.
The food was cold. Fresh cod and chips was a disgrace, a piece of dried out frozen fish and I would guess the chips had certainly been cooked previously. Sheesh kebab 🤢 40 euro something in the bin.

15/10/2024: Delicious sandwiches and friendly service. I had the tuna, sweet corn and cheese panini and my husband had the Limerick baked ham and brie sandwich. Both were excellent. The woman making the sandwiches happily accommodated my food allergy. We didn't try the desserts or any of the entrees but they looked fantastic too.
25/09/2024: We were greeted very coldly by a lady who seemed annoyed by my understanding of English and my questions about their way of doing things (ordering at the counter for the main course, self-service for dessert, coffee served before the main course). The food seems homemade and is of good quality. The environment is not at all pleasant (cafeteria furniture, toilet smell).
