The Curry Leaf Indian Restaurant

11/03/2025: Ordered through Uber Eats at 6:30, waited for up to an hour and a half for delivery but nobody showed up. Tried contacting the restaurant, immediately put to voicemail, phone number didn’t even go to The Curry Leaf it went to restaurant the Smokin Goat. Talked to their staff who said they’d tell them to contact me but didn’t. Horrible service, had to get through to Uber to get my refund. Update: Food ended up being delivered after 3 hours and when refund had been received, we gave the food back to the rude driver who was clearly not understanding that nobody would wait 3 hours for a takeaway dinner
03/03/2025: Behind a pub, below a hotel, by the looks of it, you’d be skeptical to try, but do!! Their Raj Kachori and Sev Puri were on point. Just like home, and as an Indian, I won’t say that easily. I was surprised by the taste and presentation. Their Bhindi masala was delish too! Would love to try more dishes there.

18/03/2025: Don’t ask for your coffee for here as it will just be given in a take away cup anyway, second time this has happened, two different girls, don’t go if you like to drink your coffee from a mug just drink cardboard coffee like the scum you are
06/03/2025: Superb place to grab flavourful coffees and treats while on the trek to bray or just when in the area wandering through the streets. Staff was nice and polite. Coffee was too good and my friend has hot chocolate which was decent as well. Butlers never disappoint. Must visit place.

I regret that I ordered food, I am very close to you, you could have walked 10 times during this time.My pizza never arrived.Look at the screenshot of when I placed the order and how long I waited for it, even though I still don't have it.

02/03/2025: I have to say. Every time I order the calzones. They are legit 10/10. Ordered tonight and Peter himself couldn’t be more rude if he tried. I will try elsewhere over this and he needs to take a chill pill. Ordered tonight . 1st/2nd of march.
16/02/2025: The food 10 out of 10 , the owner so welcoming , would definitely recommend. My absolute favourite is the beef tripe soup /ciorbă de burtă .

18/03/2025: I love this place authentic Chinese menu reasonable price and excellent quality and value for a very well laid out restaurant with views of bray head and the dargle Bridge and river .all our food was beautiful well presented and freshly made and tasty .service was excellent with friendly staff who recommended my starter and main course and banna fritters for desert
