16/09/2024: terrible service new lady forgot my order then accused me for not paying she was forgetting multiple people's orders in line too. Didnt seem trained shouldnt be left alone in the stall to mess up everyones orders

30/08/2024: We need this chippie where I live. Fast, cheap, convenient and very very tasty. Best fish & chips in a very long time. The lady who served us was very accommodating and the nicest. Cod & chips and bread & butter on a bench watching the sea. Wonderful

06/08/2025: Worst delivery experience ever. After waiting an hour for delivery they marked it as delivered. I immediately called and was told the courier had it and it was on the way. Tell me why it took another hour to be delivered? The food is warm too which means they only bothered to make the food maybe an hour and a half after ordering. When I called 5 different times during the full hour from the first call they had turned off their phones. When it finally arrived a full two hours after ordering, delivery driver just said there was traffic. Still doesnt explain it taking 2 hours.

18/07/2025: Ordered food, nothing arrived after 2.5 hours and resteraunt ignoring calls, terrible food and service.

27/09/2025: Not fully occupied yet. But great potential. Needs a nice evening food / drinks outlet though.

17/09/2025: In terms of what's there it's grand...decent offering. Wowburger needs to be about 60% smaller and badly needs a cinema to have a chance. Honestly if they could get the cinema sorted and some nice outdoor features, it would be a brilliant addition

08/09/2025: Half cooked chips and a bad attitude from the two fools serving, getting away with talking down to little kids thinking they can talk to grown ups in the same way, and get upset then, when you put it to them straight. Stay clear.

24/06/2025: Ordered fish and chips for collection and it was ready in no time. The food was lovely and so tasty. Looking forward to going back soon. Staff were so friendly

07/08/2025: Great portion size and coffee flavour. Milk was well frothed. Presentation can be improved, sides of cups could have been wiped clean. Toilets were sufficiently clean. Didn't order any food. Mostly visited by older people, and there is a friendly chatty atmosphere. Large seating area.

28/06/2025: I’ll start with the food and then the bad. The food portions seemingly are decent from what I saw on others tables fry ups etc. Food is more akin to slightly above your standard cafe, coffee’s & cappucinos all looked and smelled wonderful. Waitresses and staff were pleasant. Now for the bad, I ordered a Pastrami Melt which was an enjoyable sandwich but a ridiculously small amount of pastrami on it, I wouldn’t believe it and I was disappointed to be honest that they would serve a sandwich with such little meat. It was like one big but thin slice, rocket leaves and lovely cheese melted on some toasted bread. Pastrami melts in Ireland aren’t to popular and a hard find so was dissatisfied after having it being honest I hope the owners see this and put some extra on. In saying all that I would still return as the eggs Benedict and other dishes looked nice.

07/09/2025: Genuinely the best fish and chips I’ve ever had, me and my partner keep coming back. The staff are extremely nice and friendly.

27/07/2025: Best chipper in bray by far...prices are extremely good for the quality also and staff very friendly + helpful !

06/08/2025: Ordered the Smokey Joe’s Pizza — got a completely different pizza dumped in the box. No bacon strips, wrong veg, random toppings. Didn’t match the product photo, didn’t match the ingredient list, didn’t even look like anyone tried. If you’re going to charge €23 for a monster pizza, the least you can do is send the right one. Won’t be ordering from Four Star Bray again unless they sort their kitchen out. The garlic bread is abysmal, it's a joke. The chicken strips were fine. The curly fries were disgusting, slimy, and limp.

01/08/2025: I usually love four star pizza but when I order from bray the base of the pizza is always completely dry which ruins the taste completely. They need to get the four star in naas to give the guys in bray a lesson on how it’s done

21/08/2025: I've tried kebabs all over Dublin and surroundings. Easily the best kebab around. Even just to feel the weight of it when you get it. So much meat in it

27/07/2025: I just called the hotel to ask about the gym, and a man answered the call. He told me I would have to call another number, and he quickly told me the number. I told him I would write down the number, but he didn't wait and quickly said the number again. When I said I was ready to write it down, he quickly said the number again. I asked him to speak slowly because my English is basic, and he hung up on me.

09/09/2025: We got food delivered from here. Absolutely shocking, the chips look like they were days old and reheated and thrown in the bag , they went straight in the bin. Never again!

16/07/2025: Absolutely love this place! While it's mainly known for non-veg fast food, I'm really impressed with their vegetarian options too. Their vegetarian pizza is the best I've ever had – full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and truly unmatched.

23/06/2025: We just ordered a few pizzas and did not expect to be that good. It was absolutely fire! I highly recommend it! The dough was so light, fresh and all ingredients were perfect! Only i wish they had service for outside, you have to order from kiosk and go upstairs to order drinks. I wish we could get everything done in one tab. But other than that, it was good.

28/06/2025: Update June 28, 2025 - my daughter just got chicken balls and they were raw - see photos - and they challenged her on the phone and said they were too busy and hung up on her Horrific - apart from the fact that my food wasn’t ready after 30 mins when I went to collect it, the food itself was horrific, I got a chicken curry, I’ve never seen a curry to have such an off putting colour before but this was a first. But the worst was yet to come, the overall texture of the chicken was really odd, it was very tough, but the real problem was when I was half way through and I chomped down on a completely RAW portion of chicken!!!! Never again, avoid at all costs!
