The best restaurants in Bray

05/05/2025: originally my only complaint was how rudely my girlfriend was treated when she originally called however the food was then over 30 minutes late we needed to call 3 times and the pizza arrived in a battered half opened pizza box cold with no apologies or hurry this is unacceptable and terrible service I would never recommend anyone order from here

30/04/2025: SCAMMERS. Worst company ever. Delivery guy doesn’t have any money to change. Looks at you like you gonna leave full 20€ for tip. Then he tells that he will go to petrol station and change money. Takes my money and rings: oh I am busy with another orders. SMART WAY TO STEAL MONEY! So disappointed

12/05/2025: My 2 friends and I went to visit Bray a while ago and we were hungry. Then we found this place and were very well attended by 2 friendly ladies who were there. They told us a little about the city, gave us tips and the snack I ordered was very good. I highly recommend it, especially because it is in front of the sea and has a public bathroom next to it.

16/09/2024: terrible service new lady forgot my order then accused me for not paying she was forgetting multiple people's orders in line too. Didnt seem trained shouldnt be left alone in the stall to mess up everyones orders

30/08/2024: We need this chippie where I live. Fast, cheap, convenient and very very tasty. Best fish & chips in a very long time. The lady who served us was very accommodating and the nicest. Cod & chips and bread & butter on a bench watching the sea. Wonderful

15/02/2025: I cannot express how disappointed I am with my experience at Elephant and Castle. What was supposed to be a romantic Valentine's Day dinner turned into an absolute nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with hostility, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. When I mentioned I wasn’t sure what to order yet, the server rolled their eyes at me—an incredibly rude and unprofessional gesture. They then barked, “What ye want?” in a tone that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. This was not the warm, welcoming atmosphere I expected, especially on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day. The service only got worse from there. We were completely ignored throughout our meal, making it impossible to order more drinks or even get the attention of the staff when we needed something. To make matters worse, I witnessed something utterly appalling: a staff member took drinks off a table after the customers said they weren’t the right ones, and then proceeded to serve those same drinks to another table. I was horrified to see the couple at that table take a sip, completely unaware of what had just happened. This level of unhygienic and unethical behavior is unacceptable. This rudeness was experienced by many as I spoke to fellow guests who also complained and felt the same way The entire experience was embarrassing and frustrating. I would never recommend Elephant and Castle to anyone, especially not for a special occasion. Save yourself the disappointment and dine elsewhere. This place is a complete letdown

28/05/2025: I got a take out tonight the food wasn't good stringy chicken and mostly batter in spice bag hot and sour soup was not right looks like the used sweet and sour sauce instead very disappointed 😑

22/04/2025: It's a beautiful building, the food is McDonald's, it's good! The atmosphere is a disaster, a lot of young people screaming . I recommend taking more care of the cleanliness of the toilets!ThnX

12/04/2025: F n ridiculous. I rang for a fresh haddock I discussed with them was a fresh and I said okay give me a fresh haddock and chips had to wait when I got to the shop after Ringd there was a hotdog so clearly hotdog and haddock are the same thing in 2025.

15/04/2025: My go to for a great takeaway on the weekend. Everyone is so friendly and the food is absolutely top notch. Everything is priced really well also. Would highly recommend.

21/02/2025: I've always ordered at this Chinese the food is always on fleek and service is always great especially the counter girl she's so nice. It's a go to place to get food for our girls night out.

28/05/2025: If I hadn't previously had a good experience here, this would have been a two-star rating We ordered a cappuccino and an Earl Grey tea. No Earl Grey tea, but she had brought a tea bag, so hot water instead. Unfortunately the water was nowhere near hot enough to make tea, but we didn't realise until it was too late The coffee was OK, not great, but the milk was sour. They quickly remade it, but they didn't flush the pipes, so it was still poor In short, willing staff, but badly managed

13/04/2025: Awful experience. My order was never delivered, and when I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. No apology, no solution — just a waste of time and money. Won’t be ordering again.

29/01/2025: Ordered Pizza and chicken. Chicken was fine. The pizza was so smelly and greasy. I ended up throwing the pizza. Would not recommended.
