21/10/2024: Tengo una ensalada en camino. No quedaba mucho porque era 1 cuando aparecimos. Pero muchas verduras. Yo diría que son ensaladas de tamaño americano, así que lo dividimos entre 2 adultos.

06/08/2024: A great place to stop on a long journey. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It was very busy but we did not have long to wait. I can thoroughly recommend the Sizzler’s salad special, which was very tasty with fresh salad.

06/10/2024: Best latte in Cavan! Community atmosphere. Always included in everyone's conversations. Staff go above and beyond to chat and serve every customer. Freshly baked, top class products, clearly using the best ingredients and meats. I leave every week smiling and look forward to my treat the following week 🤗

26/03/2024: Opus menu available in the Atrium Bar rather than upstairs in the restaurant- same menu but casual. Excellent porn star martini! Food choices similar to usual Irish fare. Good but not outstanding. Friendly service. Good vibe to the room.

20/02/2025: The worst Chinese in Cavan without a doubt.chicken is stringy.chips are not cooked through most likely cooked in an oven.the curry is terrible compared to anywhere else.i ordered a small portion of wet wings and i recieved a box of sauce with 6 wings inside.some say the chicken skewers are made out of dog/cat meat.need to season the food better.

Aran Islands Hotel
13/08/2024: Comfortable hotel room (2d floor of main building), lovely bathroom, clean and roomy. Would stay again. However, breakfast was criminally bad. Undrinkable coffee, scrambled eggs the taste and consistency of foam rubber. Inedible.
31/07/2024: Went for dinner, menu very disappointing considering it's an island surrounded by nice Atlantic waters expecting lots of crab oysters scallops mackerel monkfish. Opted for boring cod in breadcrumbs, it was tasteless possibly frozen and possibly not cod. Wine list was equally boring reading except you were a fan of chilies.it was a totally wasted evening, had not been on island for 45 years will not be coming back.
