15/10/2024: Scannell's is an absolute gem. Wide choice of really tasty, well prepared food, friendly efficient staff. The place is really well run. I highly recommend and no doubt they will see me yet again.

I met a really nice American chap that's lived in Clon for a number of years, his name was Daryl. If you ever see this, it was a pleasure meeting you. I'm the biker from Derry :)

Only visited in day so didn’t catch any music
Nice place inside very atmospheric and dark with lots of music memrobilia from artists who have played
Including Noel Reddings bass of Jimi Hendrix experience from when he lived in clonakilty and played here regularly
Worth a stop off for anyone interested in music

Came to visit Cork County - never thought I would accidentally find the best Garlic bread and burger! I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone traveling through or staying in Clonakilty. Service was great and they were all very friendly!

04/10/2024: The price is very reasonable and both tastes are excellent for the price;;;; This much hot dog and sausage box for just 10 euros...? This is something that needs to be invincible. There is a store inside the English Market and a little further away, but it is better to come here because there are plenty of seats. I'm satisfied with eating at the regular price, but if you have a student card, get a student discount with Baaaa. This snack shop is a ray of light in an island where there aren't many. I've been in Coke for two days and it came twice.
21/09/2024: Winner. Great sausage. Inexpensive. Friendly service. Get your lunch here, and take some sausage rolls to go too.

30/10/2024: Just left after a fabulous meal. Two adults and two children - chowder was beautiful and full of flavour, tempura prawn and chips was delicious and the kids shared napolenta pasta and garlic bread.
Highly recommend! Service was excellent and very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again if we come back to clonakilty!
26/10/2024: Fabulous cafe serving fabulous, really excellent value food. We had the seafood chowder which was delicious!

29/08/2024: Delightful stop in a funky little bar tripped out in rock and roll posters of some of the best bands and artists over the past few decades. It’s small with bar seating, just a few tables inside, and more outdoor patio seating. One of the best ciders we had the whole trip they get from a brewery that only makes 80 cases a year. They have whisky from the local distillery, and had a nearby business bring in charcuterie and fruit snacks that look like mini bouquets if you need a tiny munch while you sip your pints.

08/10/2024: This boutique elegant family run hotel is exceptional. Beautiful decorated interior keeping in line with area. The bedroom is very comfortable with Dyson air condition unit, coffee machine etc. I didn’t eat dinner but it’s one of few rare hotels where breakfast is cooked fresh with table service. Staff were very helpful. Keep up the good work.
06/08/2024: What an absolute find!!! Stunning little family run hotel in the heart of town. Such lovely and warm service. Very personal, rooms were a delight, food was fab, really good value for money!

29/05/2024: Just popped in for a nice cuppa. Very unusual, pretty place . Two really nice coffee's and Eddie had a delicious slice of cake for €10.50 . Very friendly staff. Lovely clean toilets.

17/09/2024: We stopped off here on our way out west. What a spot! Beautiful, light filled space. Really friendly staff and owners who made us feel so welcome. Such delicious coffee and possibly one of the best pastries we’ve ever had !

28/08/2024: After a long flight, we enjoyed an enjoyable a generous portion of burger and chips, accompanied by a couple of pints of Guinness for lunch. The service was warm and welcoming.
