The best restaurants in Mallow

12/11/2025: Unbelievable food at the gallery!! As soon as we sat in we told the waitress Teresa we were ready to order (we were hungry and looked at the menu) and straight away she took our order! I'm a pescetarian and no problem at all they swapped the chicken for the Prawns in the sicilian pasta it was divine! I rate my whole meal 10/10 and my partner rated it 9.5/10 - we'll be back!!

28/10/2025: Lovely place to eat, table of 9 people including kids and all wer happy with their food. Lovely atmosphere and staff were really nice. Looking forward to another visit.

02/05/2025: Bridge House Bar is a nice spot with atmosphere and friendly staff. Perfect for a casual night out or a quick stop.

02/11/2025: The experience we had was very disappointing, we went in got seated and 15 minutes after they took our order. Then 45 minutes of waiting after we ordered we cancelled the food and left because they never brought us our food. Very disappointing and couples across the table ordered the same time as us got their food and left in that time.

22/11/2025: Ordered two pizzas online. One with extra pepperoni. Very skimpy with the toppings on both and there wasn't any extra pepperoni as requested. Lately I've noticed there has been a change and there seems to be more bread and less filling. I'm definitely taking a sabbatical.

20/11/2025: Omg - Supermacs countrywide have revamped how they do the fish and chips option. The new three goujons fish format is fab. Less batter than before and broken into a more manageable (to eat) and dare I say it, more tasty version. The fish and chips meal ( includes a drink) is 12.95 euro. It would compete easily with any of the ‘fancy’ restaurants and at half the price of what you would pay in them. Wow.

26/10/2025: i was shocked with the idea that the place does not serve wine but they are happy to serve it to you of you bring your own! we had coffee and pizzas ..twice the same day because the kids loved the pizza. the pizza crust is nice and yeasty,the way it should be ,however i believe depending on the chef on duty it is either airier or less airy with thicker base and less bubbly in the evening-still very tasty anyways . you get lovely italian biscuits with your coffee which were yummy and kids got extras cause it was them that liked the biscuits.

09/09/2025: Unbelievable Pub, top night, packed to the rafters, great Guinness, fantastic atmosphere. Free food given round,spacious smoking area outdoors! Live music. Fabulous

22/09/2025: Best coffee shop in mallow no doubt. The baking is actual real proper fresh stuff (not the type that’s dry and been brought in by outsourcing from some company). I got a millionaire shortbread square im really craving a lot after being there. Atmosphere very nice as well. Family run. Clean tables- literally everything is spot on 👌

05/12/2025: This time much better , I am finish 2 of their butter croissants and it was lovely .but coffee next time I hope got like before .

23/11/2025: Food was good. But you won’t stay long. It’s warmer outside. The back door is always open and the draft coming through was unbearable on a cold Sunday morning. Every one in there had coats on. Staff are nice but I’ll think twice before I come back.

08/11/2025: Went here recently and it was disgusting food was cold kebab wasn’t even full it was literally empty it used to be good but has gone down hill very bad especially the service in there

24/11/2025: This is my favourite pub in Mallow. It's spotless and I love the pleasant atmosphere with the cozy fireplace 😊😊. Probably the only pub where you can hear each other without being drowned out by too much noise. Perfect for a chat with your friends late at night. And the location is so convenient! It smells really nice in the bathroom.
