03/08/2024: The burger and goujans were lovely the chips were a small portion watery curry bland and it's the price of them afterwards I looked at the receipt and couldn't believe they were that expensive. Their chips are definitely not worth it but I can't slate the rest of their food it was lovely and fresh.

Just popped in for a quick pint, and I stayed for 4
It was my first time in since it was taken over 2 years ago.
It was as if I was in my local bar in the city.
Chatting with the bar tender and the locals as if I'd known them all my life, it was amazing. I really do π― recommend this place for a visit.

Staff fast and efficient and nice atmosphere in this place plus the coffee is really nice ........but 8e for a blt toastie is a bit rich considering its simple plain white pan and not some sort of fancy bread like sour dough or ciabatta

12/11/2024: So Dad and I hadn't booked anything in advance on our Ireland road trip. We ended up picking this hotel as it was close to the Midleton Distillery Experience. Must say this didn't disappoint. The food was good and the accommodations were comfortable. Wish I could give it 5 stars however it just wasn't there. Close though still had good staff and great location. Would definitely stay here again. I mean the lamb roast was delicious!

15/10/2024: Ohh messy buns is my favourite spot in Midleton to meet a good friend for a coffee,to sit down with the book or grab a treat when I expect guests, the buns always do the job!! Have certain friends that would come all the way from mallow for red velvet, or great friends in Spain that are positively addicted to the cookies! My son likes in the milkshakes there and it's just one of those...not many places that it's easy to keep everyone happy!!!
Love the fact that they are constantly expanding! Fantastic addition to the marina and now in Douglas as well

07/09/2024: Saw good reviews and the fact it was dog friendly but had a pretty negative experience. A basic toastie and a wrap took 25 mins waiting, only for the wrap to be the wrong order. Took a further 20 mins waiting again for the correct wrap, with people being served ahead of us (with the exact food we ordered) π¬ wouldn't be coming back in the future unfortunately.
16/08/2024: Cute cafe . Great coffee . But the toilet situation isnt good. Had some member of staff bark at me while I waited to use the bathroom and told me to back downstairs to wait .. just so you know I have fibromyalgia and running up and downstairs is hard . Please install a second bathroom maybe not next to your food prep area upstairs. And please think maybe a customer like me or another with a disability and mobility issue deserves a little bit more respect you left the person behind me stand on the stairs after making me go back down . Coffee and cake great . But don't think I will be back .
