29/09/2024: Recientemente visitamos Kinara Kitchen, y aunque la comida era absolutamente hermosa y llena de sabor, y el servicio de nuestra camarera era fantástico — ella era amable, atento, y realmente nos hizo sentir bienvenidos — debo decir que la experiencia se vio eclipsada por una mala gestión. Desafortunadamente, uno de nuestros huéspedes fue objeto de un comentario inapropiado de la dirección, que no solo fue poco profesional, sino que también dejó una nota agria en lo que podría haber sido una gran noche. Es decepcionante que tan maravillosa comida y servicio fueron decepcionados por el comportamiento de la dirección.

01/08/2025: I ordered my food online at 9.45. I rang them 8 times no answer and still no order and they took my money off my account, I am extremely angry here , I am a regular customer, it's now 11.20 and no food , they will be getting a phone call and a very angry person on the phone and I will be going uo to get my money back , not happy at all

09/08/2024: Gutted to see this has closed. First class coffee and always the best music. Staff were brilliant, friendly, took great care with their work and really knew their coffee. I wish them the best in the future.

26/06/2026: Bland corporate Hilton wannabe (which is not, in and of itself, a compliment to Hilton). A tough day at work demanded late room service. >€30 for what I can only assume was a supermarket pizza, which took an hour to deliver vs. a 20 minute confirmation,and had half the ingredients missing. The ‘manager’ then tried to argue that I was wrong, which has prompted this furious review. Awful professionalism all round, dismal service, in a hotel which, despite refurbishment, struggles to justify any of its four stars. Never again.

11/02/2026: We booked a meal for eight of us on Jan 17th 2026 after the miss siagon show in Bord Gais. Firstly they hadn't got our booking but accommodated us after a little wait. The first notable thing was the really poor service. It was very obvious from the start that they had a lot of new waiting staff that were very poorly trained. All the staff that served us had little understanding of English and we had to repeat ourselves several times to make sure they got the correct orders. Two of our party were coeliacs and we had to explain this and wait until they checked with a manager every time we asked about it. Eventually they brought a supervisor over who was able to explain what was gluten free. To be honest we felt so sorry for the young staff that seemed out of their debt. Eventually when the food arrived, it was all right but just all right. For such a well known hotel the food was very average and disappointing, plain and very low standard. I would not recommend this to anyone unless overall standards improved.
