29/10/2024: I have ordering from here for years and this is the second time this has happened, the fried rice was not cooked probably won't be getting fried rice again
28/10/2024: Definitely the worst Chinese in clondalkin ordered chicken curry rolls and there wasn’t a bit of chicken in them. 4 in 1 had hardly any curry sauce and 3 chips it was 95% rice. Chicken is definitely frozen you’d buy better in Tesco very disappointing definitely won’t be back

08/11/2024: I recently visited the store and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Kathleen. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful during my visit. Instead of providing assistance, she seemed annoyed by my questions and made me feel unwelcome. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations based on previous visits. I hope management addresses this issue, as it really detracted from my shopping experience.

The Natural Bakery Blackrock

09/12/2024: Very poor service. What a letdown! I ordered a 18th birthday cake from the Blackrock Store a week before I needed it and it was not available when I want to collect it on the day of the party with only a poor alternative offered or a refund.
Having ordered and paid in advance should mean I can rely on having an impressive cake not have to scramble last minute to find an alternative.
The attitude was poor from the sales associate who informed me it was a mistake and not his fault. I requested that an alternative large cake be sourced and delivered but he just laughed and offered me the small cakes available at 4pm on a Saturday- none the right flavour or size.
I will not be going there again.
24/11/2024: Perfect example of how lazy, untidy staff and reluctant management kill the business. One staff member (Latino guy) appears to prioritize convenience over service, refusing to sell coffee in the evenings. Although the cafe officially closes at 6 p.m., drinks are unavailable after 5 p.m. because the coffee machine is cleaned early. Additionally, tables are often left dirty, with sticky coffee spills remaining even after customers request cleaning.
In contrast, the nearby Butlers Chocolate Cafe offers a consistently clean and welcoming environment with excellent service, which explains why it is always busy. Meanwhile, The Natural Bakery is often empty and seems to be in decline.

Came in after with someone after some beers. Really busy on a Friday Xmas night. Mince was cheap, no taco, chips were frozen.
Really cheap and bad food but still expensive.
