13/10/2024: Hi i would just like to let people know i just ordered food from here chinese food and also pizza our pizza was 💯percent some ingredient gone off tasted horrible rang the shop told the staff her reply was nothing we can do our food is fresh i told her it wasnt fresh and i want to return the pizzas she told me that they have to be brand new and not guarantee that they will be taking it back for refund omg what a shame on this business poor respect for customers i will never ever eat out here again id advise people not to order ingredients are not fresh ...

01/11/2024: Found a huge sharp metal staple in my burger. Tried to let the restaurant know but they didn’t seem bothered and never gave me a refund even though they said they would.

21/09/2024: I travel a lot and do use supermacs in different locations.
This one is nice as the staff are friendly and the premises though looks a bit untidy it was clean and it's a very busy outlet which I think is a good sign.
I have the same in most supermacs, lunch box, and the portion was big but the chicken was a bit crispy as in over done BUT I still had it as it was fine overall.

17/09/2024: I’d like to make a complaint about a situation that happened when I went to make an order last Wednesday. I walked in and I had to wait for a few minutes since the staff (apparently from India) was talking on the phone and couldn’t stop to take my order. When she saw me walking in she even rolled her eyes so a second one came to take my order. Food was great but the fact that nobody in store was wearing gloves shows a lack of hygiene and something to be considered.
01/08/2024: Horrible pizza, so greasy and the toppings are not fresh, it smelt off and rotten, couldn’t bring myself to finish it. Had to dump it and wasted 20 euros. Don’t get dominos pizza please.

16/11/2024: If that was yesterday's chicken, I'd be surprised. Ordered a spice box and that's easily, very easily the worst I've ever had. There is barely any dry chicken between layers of breading. Disgusting. Went straight to the trash.

25/04/2024: bouncers are extremely rude and one particular a ginger lad tried to pick a fight because I asked how to get out and where to get my jackets he should be fired abusing his “power” and trying to fight drunk teenagers im pretty sure i was spiked i went missing for 3 hours and was found with by gaurda be carful leaving drinks unattend !!

29/09/2024: Bought a surprise bag through TooGoodToGo. When I went to pick it up was told by the delit staff that Londis did not do TooGoodToGo. I took a bus and there was no bag. I use the app all the time and have never had an issue. It was suspicious that the cashier sent me back to the deli as if he was familar with this service. I have requested a refund from TooGoodToGo but don't waste your time with Londis. They are not interested in reducing food waste or sustainability.
27/09/2024: This was my stacked bacon and cheese that I ordered here. A "stacked" bacon and cheese with one piece of bacon. I got 2 of these the exact same, so paid 20€ for toasted bread. 👍🏻

26/04/2024: Can’t even make a decent naan bread, it tasted like a digestive biscuit. Tikka masala wasn’t that good. Only for Kashmir Indian was closed I wouldn’t have ordered and won’t be again. Are there any Indian chefs working in this restaurant at all.
26/02/2024: My dog puked after eating the food, it's just coconut mixed in everything, even the fanta tasted like coconut water🤢🤮
