27/04/2025: Without a doubt one of the worst meals I've ever had. Chicken tenders were like rubber, the restaurant stank and the staff looked unclean.

29/05/2025: An absolute scam shop – a tourist trap to the max!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, our group of six fell for this restaurant, and with this review, I want to prevent more people from making the same mistake. Because what's served here is simply not worth a pizza. Why? I'll tell you. As soon as we arrived, we noticed: Unlike many other restaurants in Galway, this restaurant was half-empty, despite its good location and chic decor. Open pizza kitchen, modern design... at first glance, everything seemed promising. But the impression was seriously deceptive. The menu? A complete mess. Unclear, confusing, and completely non-transparent when it comes to prices and combinations. A pizza starts at over €16 without any toppings. And each additional topping costs a whopping €2.50 extra. At prices like these, I expect not only clarity, but quality. But it took a long time. It felt like an eternity for our pizzas to finally arrive. And then the shock: barely any toppings, a base that looked strongly like cardboard, and a texture that defied description. Soggy, falling apart, almost impossible to pick up – simply disappointing. Taste-wise? More like a mediocre frozen pizza, and that's putting it nicely. In the end, we were sitting there, each of us with a pizza worth around €22 in front of us that neither filled us up nor in any way justified the value for money. Quite the opposite: It was a bitter disappointment. My conclusion: This restaurant is a tourist trap par excellence. All show, no substance. If you value real pizza and don't want to be ripped off, you should stay well away. Once and never again.

25/05/2025: The pizza was not crispy at all – the base was soft and soggy. It was extremely overpriced, and we were charged an additional €2.50 for a “Romana” version of the pizza that we did not order. I ended up paying €22 for a pizza with ham and mushrooms, which had barely any toppings. The portion was so small that the pizza was gone in a few minutes, and I was still hungry afterwards. The service was okay, but the pizza itself was very, very poor – definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend. 1 star.

19/01/2025: Dinner at the Hardyman Hotel in Galway was underwhelming. The dining room lacked atmosphere, with cheap furniture, plastic plants, and unused tables giving it a storage-room feel. While the staff were friendly, slow service and poor training let them down. The food was good, but the space doesn’t match the charm of the hotel. A missed opportunity in an otherwise lovely setting.

19/11/2024: Tuvimos la desgracia de ir a este restaurante el fin de semana pasado, simplemente deberíamos haber girado y salir después de nuestra 1 calle unos minutos, ya que podíamos ver claramente a dónde iban las cosas. Estuvimos de pie durante 4 minutos con 4 o 5 empleados entrando y saliendo y ninguno de ellos reconoció que estábamos de pie allí. Cuando finalmente nos sentamos (estuvimos reservados durante semanas) nos dieron menús y nos dejaron 20 minutos antes de que nos pidieran incluso una orden de bebidas. Solo había otras 3 mesas sentadas en la noche y un muchacho en una de ellas tuvo que subir y obtener menús 3 veces ya que el personal seguía jugando con ellos. Las apuestas eran deliciosas, por lo tanto las 2 estrellas, pero todo lo demás estaba muy por debajo de la par para un llamado restaurante 4 ☆. Incluso el pudín salió quemado y la roulade apenas se veía en los platos que eran tan pequeños. Nos sentimos muy decepcionados e insultados por nuestra experiencia.

04/05/2025: Food is always fresh and tasty , best chicken curry in Galway. They do great kids pizza, my boys love them. Portions are generous. Ribs and wings are good as well.

01/03/2025: Omg would never order from here again so rude even hung up phone on me when they didn't give right order manager and staff so so rude avoid at all cost 😤

20/12/2024: Didn’t deliver my order and said that my eircode is wrong. So they use their own drivers who unable to use google maps.

17/05/2025: Today it was crowded, noisy and on such a hot day. The air conditioning didn't work. We were forced to go to a nearby Asian restaurant. It might be a euro or two more expensive there, but we're willing to pay for the coziness. Up until now it was usually quieter and more intimate. We managed to enjoy the food. I like the dumplings and different types of duck

12/06/2024: Loved this place! Reminded me of Steak & Shake in the states. Food was close to American but just different enough to let you know you're in Ireland! Would definitely visit again if I ever get back to Galway.

19/12/2024: Got a Haircut here yesterday, and it was a terrible decision. The guy finished the entire thing in 12 minutes, which doesn't sound like long, but it gave him just enough time to butcher my hair. No care or attention put into it. If you don't have time for a walk-in, that's fine but I'd rather not pay for a trim and come out looking like I got into a fight with a lawnmore.

19/11/2024: Disappointing. Tasty paninis removed - replaced by weird sandwiches. Coffee tasty and usual inflated price.

18/05/2025: Good service but does not accept cash payments, so cant recommend it.

16/05/2025: We tried four vegan donuts, two of them filled and they were delicious. Decently priced, you'll save more the more you buy. Plenty of options, delicious Boston cream! Friendly and helpful staff

14/12/2024: 13 50 for peppered curry and a spice bag which was 95% chips... won't be going back
