23/01/2026: Can't follow directions and won't admit mistakes. Mohammed is a liar over the phone and won't listen went to the wrong address took 30 mins to get to us and then tried lying saying that they only left 15 mins ago. Left us short a drink too. Will be processing refund through deliveroo as they said the app was to blame. Can't blame it for shitty service and horrible staff though. Get new staff

01/01/2026: Pizza took an hour and 20 minutes to come, chips were cold and pizza wasn't even cut up, worst experience ever, 7 years later and they fuck me over again ordered food and didn't deliver it rang the restaurant and they laughed and put me on hold, food didn't come waited over an hour and no sign of it, don't order from here is a joke

17/02/2026: Brilliant Chinese and The Delivery Driver is a character but I always seem to be missing s couple of chicken balls when Big Al is on duty.

25/11/2025: Bad attitude and very rude man. I ordered a meal from them that came wirh cokes. The delivery driver didn’t bring the cokes so I phoned them. I double checked before I called to ensure the meal came with drinks and it shoeed that it did come with cokes, so that’s why I ordered that meal. The man came to the phone and daid that there is no drinks with the meal. I told him that there is as it says there is on the app. He said that he took the drinks off the meal on Tuesday on the app, so I don’t get any drinks. I explained that the meal still shows drinks as I am after checking it again. They were close to closing time. He could have said ‘very sorry about your drinks we can add them to your next order for frree, instead he argued and said that it doesn’t show drinks on the app as he changed that on Tuesday. I assume he got home and changed it to no drinks as about an hour an a half later I checked it again and he had taken the drinks off of the meal. I told him ‘fine’ and that I won’t be ordering from there again. My son was a regular customer and me too for many years. We haven’t ordered since because of the man’s bad behaviour and rudeness. I will spend my money elsewhere, thank you very much! Keep losing your regular customers and your profits will go way down and over a few drinks! Toodles!!! Bye Bye

17/10/2025: Everything was precooked even the toast. It was the worst breakfast I've had . My Daughter had French toast that was precooked. Not great value for money.

06/12/2025: I really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything else in the pub, but I had a problem with the service: the waiter removed my €13 cocktail without asking me, and I still had some left, so I couldn’t finish it. This was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. It would be better if they asked before taking away drinks, so customers can enjoy what they have ordered and paid for. Next time, I will request a refund.

29/11/2025: A party with friends to celebrate a friend's wedding… after paying over €800 for the day without any problems, we were asked to leave because of the groom's outfit… which was the same one he was wearing when he arrived… avoid at all costs

26/01/2026: The worst pizza I have ever had.Ordered vegetarian pizza with pesto .Very tin burnt base with very little tomato sauce and not enough mozzarella.They forgot to put pesto on it....such a disappointment and so overpriced:(

08/02/2026: Avoid this place. The food was undercooked, and when I raised the issue with the receptionist, I received an aggressive response and was told to throw my food in the bin if I wasn’t happy. I would strongly advise a health inspection, as I heard squeaking noises coming from the kitchen while I was getting ready to leave. They only accept cash, which appears to be to avoid paying tax. Terrible customer service and very questionable business practices.

28/06/2025: Popped in today craving an almond croissant—it’s usually nice, and all your pastries/food are brilliant. You walk in, see all those fresh, baked goodies on display… but instead, I got handed some older croissant from the back counter, where you can’t see what’s there ... When I got home, it just wasn’t as fresh as I expected. if you’ve got pastries that are still good but maybe not fresh enough to sell at full price, why not sign up with Too Good To Go? Many cafés in Galway are already doing it—it helps avoid waste and gives customers a fair deal instead of charging full price for something a day or two old....

26/09/2025: Service was great, very friendly and professional. Atmosphere was cozy and elegant. Let me wine taste with no extra cost, tried out if wine was for me. Free appetisers, lovely crab tart. I ended up with a pear cocktail it was strong but tasted beautiful. The lamb was tender and cooked to liking and pulled easily off the bone. The pistachio added a nice texture and looked very appealing. Sea bass had a crispy bottom and the fish was velvety, no bones. The risotto was overcooked but the sauce and mussels made me overlook the fact it was overcooked and was flavourful. The desserts were lovely. The banana icecream was a favourite. The mango pastry had puree, didnt punch through like I wanted it to, just tasted like vanilla. Sorbet was lovely and sweet.
