05/09/2026: Really impressed with Four Star Pizza Galway. The pizza was fresh, hot and packed with flavour, and they have a great variety of flavours to choose from. The burger was juicy and delicious as well. The staff were very friendly, the service was neat and professional, and the whole experience was excellent.

27/08/2026: I order quite often from this store. I really like the food and staff of the store is also very nice and cooperative.I really recommend to order at least once.

14/09/2026: I ordered on uber eats , it gave me the option of meeting driver at door or leaving food at door and an option for more information in the delivery note , I choose that option and added to not knock or ring the doorbell as people in my house were asleep and I was arriving home late , the driver ignored the note and continued knocking on the door until someone answered The beef was extremely fatty and tasted like jelly and not real beef and the chow mein over all lacked a lot of flavour compared to other Chinese takeaways I’ve had and the “beef “appeared to not be fully cooked I couldn’t eat the rest and it went to waste wouldn’t even feed it to my dog

10/09/2026: Chicken completely raw and extremely pink. Do not eat here

14/03/2026: Ordered a mini box which turned out to include the saltiest, most inedible food of all time. Should really come with a defibrillator.

08/02/2026: Avoid this place. The food was undercooked, and when I raised the issue with the receptionist, I received an aggressive response and was told to throw my food in the bin if I wasn’t happy. I would strongly advise a health inspection, as I heard squeaking noises coming from the kitchen while I was getting ready to leave. They only accept cash, which appears to be to avoid paying tax. Terrible customer service and very questionable business practices.

17/02/2026: Brilliant Chinese and The Delivery Driver is a character but I always seem to be missing s couple of chicken balls when Big Al is on duty.

25/11/2025: Bad attitude and very rude man. I ordered a meal from them that came wirh cokes. The delivery driver didn’t bring the cokes so I phoned them. I double checked before I called to ensure the meal came with drinks and it shoeed that it did come with cokes, so that’s why I ordered that meal. The man came to the phone and daid that there is no drinks with the meal. I told him that there is as it says there is on the app. He said that he took the drinks off the meal on Tuesday on the app, so I don’t get any drinks. I explained that the meal still shows drinks as I am after checking it again. They were close to closing time. He could have said ‘very sorry about your drinks we can add them to your next order for frree, instead he argued and said that it doesn’t show drinks on the app as he changed that on Tuesday. I assume he got home and changed it to no drinks as about an hour an a half later I checked it again and he had taken the drinks off of the meal. I told him ‘fine’ and that I won’t be ordering from there again. My son was a regular customer and me too for many years. We haven’t ordered since because of the man’s bad behaviour and rudeness. I will spend my money elsewhere, thank you very much! Keep losing your regular customers and your profits will go way down and over a few drinks! Toodles!!! Bye Bye

08/06/2026: We stopped by for lunch and ordered a 14-inch Monroe’s Special pizza, customised as a vegetarian option. The sourdough base was well made and topped generously with a good variety of fresh vegetables. However, considering the size and overall offering, the pizza felt somewhat overpriced at this price point €25 for 14 inches pizza, especially when there are several strong pizza options elsewhere in Galway that may offer better value for money.

04/05/2026: Very disappointing experience. I was told there was no working toilet, which is hard to believe in a food business. If that’s true, it’s a serious issue — if not, it’s even worse. Either way, not a good look.

18/08/2026: It was nearly one year ago I went to book a table to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The workers from the first minute were really friendly and they made sure I could get the table I said I really wanted. Thanks for them the birthday was amazing and all of us spent a fantastic day. They put a lot of dedication and love. Thank you so much for giving us a special day that night. I ordered with them a cake and it was really beautiful and delicious as well. They write all the words and numbers, it was the best cake I have ever seen for a birthday party. I am so grateful as well for all the patience the waiters had to us. They helped is taking many pictures and they allowed us to take pictures as well and decorate the table. Thanks a million for making this celebration so magical and my apologies for writing this review so late. Kind regards, Álvaro
