14/08/2026: Had a family member in hospital and ran across to grab something and settled on a smoky back cheese burger, well hands down it was the best one I've ever had and the freshest absolutely couldn't fault it , delicious, well done

09/08/2026: The ambiance was amazing—very spacious and welcoming. However, the menu had limited options, and some items felt overpriced. I had fish and chips—the fish was decent but bland, and the chips were overcooked and hard. My girlfriend’s chicken wings were tasty, so I think I just picked the wrong dish. The presentation was a bit disappointing—more like fast food. I’d requested a birthday gesture when booking, and while they added a note, the half scoop of ice cream wasn’t great. I would’ve liked a proper dessert option. Overall, the service was okay, but since the takeover, I miss the old menu. I probably wouldn’t return.

17/08/2026: 1. Multiple machines, such as chest press handle completely broken and unusable. 2. Not big enough and very crowded even in quiet hours. 3. Sometimes very friendly staff, other times incredibly rude staff. 4. Lifeguards at pool are sometimes extremely rude, others are incredibly sound. Overall you never know what kind of experience you will get here sometimes it is trash.

05/09/2026: Where do I begin, ordered food with the young one yesterday, upon finishing my chips I was still hungry so I got a chicken wrap while my daughter was still finishing hers, got the wrap, then my daughter wanted to go over 2 meters to look and pick out her ice cream for after food, we weren't there 1 minute when our food we hadn't finished was snatched and binned. I asked them when I realized why did they do that, 'oh were ye not finished', absolutely astonishing. When the matter was told to the manager, he just banged on the till screen, went to the chef and no response, i said I want my money back please, still no response or an apology from this so called manager with the chin strap for a beard. We got the ice cream and left, but when ordering the pink crunch ice cream, one of the workers tried to put one of the ingredients in the microwave as it got hard(it was still in plastic bottle), he said he'd open a new one, but when we left and on our way to car, that ingredient in the ice cream had hardened and was like hard glue, ice cream inedible. An absolute disgrace of an establishment, and eye sore to the community while taking people's hard earned money in the bin. Not a clue between them. Will never be back.

14/09/2026: The food was amazing! 🤩 the team is super kind! The menu is a bit limited for tacos but the team will happily accept to make on demand. One thing that caught negatively my attention is the greasiness of the floor, tables and pretty much all surfaces. I believe this has to do with a bad detergent.

18/07/2026: Asked the worker if a meal had meat and they assured me it didn’t as I’m vegetarian. I ordered it, took it home and it mistakenly had chicken. I tried calling and the number didn’t work. I contacted through the website and was never contacted back. I came back a few weeks when I was back in town to get a refund and the current manager assured me they’d contact me later with the refund but I wasn’t contacted. I came back a few weeks later again and this time was told by the current manager it had been too long and he didn’t know if I was lying or not. Given no way to resolve this issue despite my multiple attempts.

24/09/2026: This place is not good. Me and my friends were taken advantage after a night out as the owner could see our drunken state and decided to charge each of the three of us for a full meal but only gave us the wrap he then proceeded to charge for any extras that would’ve been included in the meal for example chips and drink and sauce's I’m very disappointed with the owners and workers really let me and my freind down

04/09/2026: Food was served cold and not cooked properly which is completely unacceptable to make matters worse the staff was very rude and disrespectful when we raised our concerns which made the experience worse and we are extremely disappointed with food and service would not recommend

17/07/2026: The mini box isnt actually mini! Quite enormous and Delicious!!. Definitely reccomend it.

28/07/2026: Cleaning Tables around us while we were drinking but useing a stronge cleaning product which was awful . We decide to leave it was to stronge . One member of staff friendly others well enough said . First and last visit. But many many other options in this lovely city .

18/07/2026: I walked by Kennedys on my way to the "fun" bars and took a peek inside. On my way back at the end of the night I stumbled inside. If you are a Connie Sewer of dive bars...this is THE one in Galway

What do you mean I got half my order jammed in a bag so tight it burst all over my doorstep, their phone number doesn't work to call to complain or to get a refund/the other half of my order??? Reading other reviews proves this is not an isolated incident either. I say, don't bother
