24/04/2025: The best thing about the Office is its Staff..however they are treated appallingly by the manqger who steals wages from his staff..treats them very unfairly. He msy not even have bar licence. He does not deserve to have that position. Very Narcarsistic man

In fact, after visiting the dirty bathroom, it put me off eating anything here.

08/09/2025: We ordered take away with a raisin swirl and a blueberry muffin. We found the blueberry muffin to be excellent with loads of blueberries, a crumb topping and not too sweet. The raisin swirl on the other hand tasted odd and my guess is that it’s made with margarine or another cheap vegetable oil. The crust was not flakey as you would expect with real butter. Prices were reasonable and I definitely recommend the muffins.
27/08/2025: I'm not sure what to make of this place. Bakery items were lovely and there was a nice range of other food options. BUT the service staff were unfriendly and too busy chatting to each other to care.

12/08/2025: Probably one of the tastiest burritos I’ve ever had. The sweet potato was so tasty and there were loads of veggie options; my only criticism is it could maybe do with having less rice as it was so big I couldn’t finish it. (Admittedly it wasn’t very photogenic).
24/07/2025: The Naked Burrito (in a bowl) are my go to.
The Habanero sauce has a perfect kick.
I Deliverood a meal in 2022 & received a cute message inside. I have been coming back ever since. Cool vibes of the restaurant itself inside the shipping container

04/07/2025: Soy un cliente fiel de Xian, pero después de la experiencia de hoy, fue decepcionante por decir lo menos. Mi comida tardó una hora en llegar, se equivocaron en mi pedido, el servicio fue lento, había pelos en mi pollo y me sentí mal del estómago después de eso. No volveré.
04/07/2025: I went to Cian for my usual i am a loyal customer but not after today i went in services was shocking it took an hour for food , messed up my order , hair in my food and left me waiting after asking for a simple order i will not be returning …….

08/07/2025: I’ve enjoyed stopping into Mocha Beans, at this location in between classes, after walks, and whenever I need a little coffee boost. This is a great place, and with their location so close to the University, makes it all the better.

20/05/2025: Just don't order the wings. They are basically pigeon wings with mayo, not bleu cheese as stated. However, the hotel is wonderful and the chowder was very good. The breakfast is decent. But get there early, for they run out of potatoes and eggs. You really don't want to miss the eggs; they're perfect.

Nuestra primera visita fue en una mañana irlandesa lluviosa después de un vuelo nocturno que nos dejó cansados y hambrientos. Grace y Lana amable y profesional nos proporcionó refugio, café y pasteles mientras esperábamos las llaves para nuestro nuevo piso en los muelles. Desde que nos mudamos, hemos regresado felices para deliciosos y deliciosos almuerzos allí y planeamos regresar pronto para cenar al aire libre.

The staff is so so sweet they listen to us suggest us, and even give us free sides which is not possible at every place!
But talkinga bout food, we like spicy food but it was not spicy n more on sweet side maybe if that is improved then the yummy wok is really going to be good place to hangout for Asians😁

16/08/2025: Nearly always late and no matter what time of the day it takes 45 mins to a hour the food order has been wrong a good few times and when i rang to say the service was disappointing I got sarcasm and anger back from the manager because I had called before about the service ..unreasonable and late service ..please change...edit still no change in anyway food quality gone way down not one bit of the staff care about what they do
