27/02/2026: Spicy chips are not nice. Wouldn’t recommend.

15/02/2026: Ordered on deliveroo and just before it hit my delivery time, got a call from a lovely lovely worker called jay who apologized for the inconvenience and let me know the delivery would be delayed as they were so busy with orders (completely get it, i work in retail and valentines is mental). rang again after a little while for an update and got through to jay again who rang the courier to see how long it would take! lovely food but even lovelier employees. thanks for getting my birthday dinner to me 💗

14/04/2026: Popped in for a Guinness when in Galway centre and wasn’t disappointed. The atmosphere gives old sailor vibes, dark but full of atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping here. We attended on a Monday at around 6pm and was quite and easy going

13/10/2025: Been there twice so far after college, food is very nice, crispy chicken is lovely and the satay sauce is very subtle and smooth. boyfriend gets the 4-1 and its very good value for money. the lady at the counter is also really nice and welcoming. good food for cheap, and it also comes very quickly

18/03/2026: I couldn’t able to give less than 1 here , so I am giving 1, it’s been very worst experience in the recent orders , the customer service is very bad I mean worst! I have ordered kothu parotta few days back , it was very worst , raw taste of chilli powder, we couldn’t eat it , we called the restaurant and complained about it, a women from reception took the call and said to take a picture and show that in next time order so that she could give a discount next time , I didn’t ask for this she assured me this, I said okay, when I ordered today and told the same incident and shown them the picture , a guy from reception apologised and he gave coke as free he told to accept that as an discount , I told I don’t want this because I don’t drink it, I told I need discount as she assured me that , but that guy was saying take it take this coke it’s okay . But I told him I don’t want this I need what they assured me , money or discount is not a problem but they have to do what they assured that’s the good customer service , and I am a regular customer here past 4 yrs , this is not I expect from them , it was really bad how they behaved and the service is unacceptable, if they really need a customer they shouldn’t do this instead of focusing on money! In business service Is important and customers are valuable, not worst service and money ! I am never going to order here and I won’t recommend this to anyone ! Very very frustrated of their behaviour. If someone from management could call me I would appreciate it , or else I want to take this to food and service department here , because really it’s stressed me mentally of their behaviour infront of everyone . 10/03/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered at 6:40 PM and the food only arrived at 8:40 PM — nearly a 2-hour wait for a delivery just 5 km away. The estimated time was 7:40 PM, but after that there were no updates at all. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times using the number on the app, but every call went straight to voicemail. No response, no communication, nothing. After waiting that long, the food itself was also very disappointing and not worth the wait. This was my first order from this restaurant and definitely the last. No customer should have to deal with this kind of service.

27/12/2025: Terrible place to go out partying, lots of teenagers looking for trouble and bad vibes, not recommended at all.

18/12/2025: Good bar. Plenty of dancing, very good band there on our night out.Have a game of Pool and then chill in the relaxing areas, nice . Different bars available ie cocktail bar, beers etc . Karaoke available in private room if you like pain .... Yeah plenty of entertainment throughout the night . All good

04/10/2025: I’m not a huge fan of Krispy Kreme Donuts. I was in Galway when they were first opening and they were handing out free dozen donuts!! It was pretty great!

17/11/2025: staff are lovely. food is too expensive for the low quality provided. constantly closes far earlier than advertised. rarely is seating available.

08/10/2025: Food is generally very delicious, but the portion sizes are TINY, particularly for the vegetarian meals. So what seems like good value eg: €7.95 for a veggie main, is actually quite poor if you take quantity into account. I Wish I took a picture of my veggie chilli today because it was rather laughable - a toddler wouldn’t even be satiated after it.

16/03/2026: Shop is full of crap that expired in summer 2025. Been caught now multiple times with this. Check your inventory! Having stuff for sale that is more than 6-9 months out of date is simply unacceptable. Shop would do much better to come down a bit on the prices too. Then maybe you'll actually be able to sell the stuff before it goes out of date.

22/02/2026: I ordered 8 chicken balls off uber eats from Lime Leaf and the order arrived an hour and half later, the chicken balls are not fully cooked and majority of them are raw. I rang up to let them know but when they found out I wasn’t ordering food and complaining they hung up, and wouldn’t answer again. Do not recommend won’t be ordering again.

20/10/2025: I loved leaf and been’s AJ’s Vegan Breakfast and the service was great, five stars
