03/06/2026: The food is lovely as was the server, but it's fairly miserable to sit in. A couple of broken machines down the back and all the health and safety booklets were just thrown on a table down the back, and it's very dusty. The place could with some decoration to brighten it up and a good dusting.

03/06/2026: On behalf of family there today : Rude staff. Shouted at to "close the door" upon entry. Here's an idea : fix your door so it doesn't have to be slammed shut due to a worn out lock. Building maintenance is the business' job, not your customers. Didn't like 3 people at a 4-seat table without "permission". Made an adult decision and left, spent our money elsewhere.

02/06/2026: Always enjoy the food and excellent coffee here over the last four years. Today's breakfast was a superb creamy but healthy porridge with seeds and a delicious honey. Highly recommended.

27/04/2026: Note: This gym only offers 12 month memberships or day passes Edit: downgraded to two stars because staff were rude to my guest. She arrived early for our workout and wanted to use the restroom, they told her to wait for me outside!! Their loss, since she is my work out buddy and was considering joining. Facilities are good, but the staff and service are a bit lacking. For example, this week (March 2022, a month post COVID restrictions being dropped nationally) I made a reservation to use the gym and tried to come in 23 minutes early. Despite the gym having plenty of capacity, the front desk worker made me wait 3 minutes outside the turnstile because they could only let people in 20 minutes before their reservation time. They don't have towel service or loaner locks for one time use, if you forget yours you have to buy one from them. The fitness studio has lots of great equipment, including weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment,TRX, loads of cable machines, etc. But the studio itself isn't very clean. Many of the machines are tacky to the touch and there are little piles of dander and dust. I've never seen an employee cleaning any of the equipment. Other gym members seem pretty nice, mostly students. Hoping for live fitness classes to be offered soon, and might raise my rating if that happens.

11/08/2025: Got the train to Dublin during the week and was delighted to get 2 coffees from Vlad in the station , 7am and they were the only place open.. Happy days

26/11/2025: My fav fav hot chocolate in the town with jumbo quantity 🤩 I tried their cookie hot choc, and it was just yum tum! Must must have it, they also have bailey hot choc available and believe me you should try out that one as well😋

08/11/2025: Coffee has deteriorated significantly in the last 12 months from a nice rich mellow consistency to a bitter, burned brew. The ambience also needs a freshen!

27/03/2026: The Supermacs website states that this branch has a SuperSubs outlet. It doesn't. Please update the website to reflect this that someone else doesn't waste their time going there. I can't eat any of the chips or burgers on offer because they have milk and soya in them.

10/06/2026: Burnt chips and a joke of a quarter pounder. Guy behind the counter looks a you likes he hates you.

08/10/2025: Food is generally very delicious, but the portion sizes are TINY, particularly for the vegetarian meals. So what seems like good value eg: €7.95 for a veggie main, is actually quite poor if you take quantity into account. I Wish I took a picture of my veggie chilli today because it was rather laughable - a toddler wouldn’t even be satiated after it.

31/05/2026: The star is purely given to the chefs as I cannot fault the food. The service was appalling, we reserved ahead of time for lunch, the restaurant was not even half full. The waitress who greeted us seemed annoyed by something or maybe it was by having another table to serve. There was no smile, no happy greeting just shown to seats and given menus. Drinks ordered never arrived. Took ten mins to take our order. No one checked in to ensure everything was ok. Daughter’s dessert never arrived. After finished with the meal we waited 25mins for plates to be cleared, which still weren’t-we decided to walk to the door and ask for the bill in person as we there was no sign of anyone attempting to approach us-we were adjacent to the serving pass so were in direct eyesight of the servers. Two servers and one manager on duty, their task seemed to be clearing down a table that had just left rather than checking on customers still there, remembering that the restaurant was only 1/4 full so it’s doubtful the table was needed urgently. I had to request daughter’s dessert to go upon requesting the bill. Upon waiting at the host area there was another mother facing the same frustrations as I, having to approach the host stand to request a bill also as no server had come to check on them. Food was good 4/5, service 0/5! First time ever I have not tipped, I felt so guilty but I could not justify giving a tip with such poor service.

30/05/2026: Very good Roman pizza and Italian beer. A crime worth committing in Ireland ;). Excellent service, a quiet place that encourages conversation. Prices aren't the most reasonable, but it's worth it if you're looking to escape the noise of typical pubs.

30/05/2026: it was terrible. ordered meal deals B. they gave everything separately, although I asked to take it with me. but my request to give a package. even the manager refused. service is very important. I do not recommend

23/05/2026: Definitely better than the clown's burgers, but the location is dingy and cramped in odd places. Like, why would you put a claw game machine so close to the toilet corridor? Bit of an accent/language barrier at the register (going both ways) and it took longer than expected for fast food.

14/05/2026: Food was absolutely not fresh!! The onion bhajis seemed to be from the day before, reheated, as was the chicken, which was like leather...never again
