08/07/2026: Very poor service. Waitress sighed when we asked for a table. After being seated for a half hour no one had even come to take a drinks order, so we left. Seems that they are understaffed and prioritise takeout over seated customers.

26/06/2026: The food was delicious. I don't know if it was the freshness of the ingredients or the preparation, but it was clearly tastier than the restaurant's sister restaurant in Galway city center (and it wasn't bad either). The service was friendly and very efficient, the place was clean and well-maintained, and the tables were cleared and washed immediately after each customer.

12/04/2026: The steak is absolutely amazing! Perfectly cooked and seasoned,and the onion ring were phenomenal!

28/07/2026: Charcoal Grill is one of the few good late-night food options in Galway. The food is always tasty, and it’s a great place to grab something after a late night. I personally prefer to preorder by phone before arriving, as it makes the process quicker and more convenient. Overall, a reliable option for late-night food!

09/06/2026: A whopping €19 for a drab plate. They're very miserly with the meat, salad you'd throw away if you had it in the fridge at home, a dry pita bread that you could get from the supermarket, and then plopped over with a cheap white sauce. Save yourself a small fortune and avoid this place.

27/02/2026: There is an employee at your café who is very disrespectful. Every time I come, her attitude is inappropriate. She is always frowning, and her behavior is extremely rude. Even the coffee she prepares is extremely poor in quality — it tastes like plain water and is very disappointing.She has black hair, fair skin, a small face, and a slim body.I hope you teach her how to speak to customers properly, how to smile, and how to be polite and professional.The last time, she raised her voice in a very aggressive way simply because I asked about some chocolates!! This is not the first time. I am a regular customer, and almost every day I come and find her treating me this way specifically. I honestly do not know whether this is racism, jealousy, or a lack of self-confidence — I truly don’t know!!? .In any case, I will not return to this place again because of her poor behavior.The rest of the staff are respectful. She is the only bad choice in this place !

03/08/2026: Today we ate here, and the food was good. But what I witnessed broke my heart. The staff treated customers with kindness and respect, yet the same respect was not shown to the delivery riders. They deserve the same dignity as everyone else. I watched one young delivery rider wait for over 30 minutes. Instead of being helped, he was treated poorly. In the end, he walked away empty-handed, with disappointment written all over his face. It was heartbreaking to watch. Delivery riders work long hours in all kinds of weather to bring food to our doors. They are not invisible. They are human beings, and they deserve patience, kindness, and respect. Please remember: the way we treat people says more about us than anything else. Respect should never depend on whether someone is eating in the restaurant or delivering food.

The delivery time was 6:25 ....received it at 7:45... when I called the restaurant he said..7 min maam.....the food I received was so cold that I am unable to eat.... Also the bhurka lady was the delivery person banged my door so loud instead of ringing the bell that my house owner got mad....now I don't know how to honour my 30 euros spending

29/03/2026: Ordered dubai chocolate strawberries and a smoothie bowl with strawberry granola, strawberries, chocolate chips and the ocean smoothie. The dubai chocolate strawberries were ok. No problem with that, but the acai bowl tasted bad. It tasted very dull and like it was diluted with water. I usually get acai bowls but this didnt taste good. I asked for a refund or possibly, a food swap kindly, and they said they couldn't. Very dissapointed since i spent 10 euros on the bowl when i only had 1 spoon.
