01/11/2025: The coffee is decent, decor is cute but they really need to work on getting friendlier staff. The woman at the counter was so rude. Pity because it lets the place down

24/10/2025: This place is really cute and has a great aesthetic. I love the decor on the walls. The food itself is pretty disappointing for the price. My hot chocolate was a bit watery and I ordered a ham and cheese croissant but they said I had to take it to go since there were no seats. They popped it in a brown paper bag and the cheese and oil leaked through. It tasted ok though

21/01/2026: Food is good but on our last few orders was barely any Cantonese sauce on my duck, so ended up being very dry, bit disappointing. Shouldn't be for that price!

06/12/2025: A combination of Asian best. You can find Thai, Malay, Hong Kong, and pan-asian cuisine in this place! Superb taste! Jalan Jalan brings Galway closer to Southeast Asia than ever! Highly recommended!

20/03/2026: Food was ok… very cold nothing was warm. Weird seasoning on the fries… just put salt on them and call it a day😭🙏 Service was genuinely unbearable, multiple items from our large order were forgotten. Big inconvenience as we had a long way to go back. Didn’t seem to bother them… they told us the food was cold and they refused to warm it💀

20/03/2026: Burger was good, fries were really gross. No cheese in the poutine and the guy serving us was rude.

12/11/2025: A good place for morning coffee, a good place for lunch coffee, a good place for evening coffee. You can buy dessert, various T-shirts and caps, just for fun. The interior design is unusual, and I liked it. It's cozy inside, you can drink coffee and work on your laptop. You don't have to work. You can't help but enjoy this place. I recommend it.

26/04/2026: My husband and I had an amazing experience. The crispy pork belly was absolutely perfect, cooked to perfection with an incredible texture and flavor. It was my first time trying octopus, and I loved it. It was incredibly tasty and truly exceeded my expectations. The steak and lobster were both wonderful, rich in flavor, and beautifully prepared. We were very well taken care of by Soirse, who was attentive and friendly throughout the experience. The place itself is beautiful and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a great meal. This is definitely my favorite restaurant!

27/02/2026: The food is nice BUT if ye are getting delivery forget about it because you will be waiting over 2hours for your food absolutely Joke. Don't bother.

30/01/2026: €9 spice bag super salty and just tastes like chicken salt… not good unfortunately. Nice staff though, I’m sure their other dishes are good.

22/04/2026: Cardboard fries served without sauce. They were out of sparkling water and served me still water without asking if I wanted anything else. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye. The only positive point: the playlist and my friends with whom to share this mediocre experience.

12/04/2026: Even in a super busy Saturday evening shift Paula was especially helpful and smiley, made my evening.

20/11/2025: Don't advertise staying open till late and let no one in! Let me sit outside for over an hour. Just wanted to catch up with my friends inside. Said it was full and wouldnt let me in even when plenty people left while i waited. Not a nice place
