31/07/2026: Really attractive decor, stylish and modern. Greeted by lovely staff member who was friendly and helpful. Lovely choice of food. Really tasty and beautiful coffee. Nice views and central to activities in Salthill.

30/07/2026: I ordered pizza. The flavour was okay, but the pizza base was rock hard.

01/06/2026: There is one particular woman behind the bar with a major attitude problem.. Just rude and on a power trip! Why be a barmaid if you aren’t a people person?

26/05/2026: Great pub for the ceol agus craic. Live music, cozy booths and friendly service. They don't do food and the patio can be quite smoky when it gets full up. Live music, a good pint, and good people. What else could you need?

03/07/2026: FRAUDULENT CHARGES post-stay! Do not stay here! Two weeks post checkout, I noticed an additional charge of nearly $1,000 on my account from this hotel where they claim something was broken in the room. The hotel never reached out to me prior to the charge. Nothing was broken in the room when we left. SAVE yourself the headaches and don’t stay here!

02/07/2026: BEWARE OF FRADULENT CHARGES! DO NOT STAY HERE! I've stayed in hotels well over 1,000 times for business and leisure over the past 30 years, and I've never experienced anything like this. After we checked out, the hotel placed a $700 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE on our credit card for an alleged broken item without contacting us first. THERE WAS NO BROKEN ITEM. We were never notified that there was an issue, given an opportunity to respond, or provided any evidence BEFORE THE CHARGE WAS PROCESSED. Whether this reflects poor management or a deeply concerning billing practice, guests should be aware that charges may be placed on their cards without prior notice. WE WERE FORCED TO DISCOVER THE CHARGE OURSELVED AND DISPUTE IT AFTER THE FACT. BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY HERE - Make sure to monitor your post-stay credit card charges and video your room condition upon checkout. Based on how this was handled, WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

10/07/2026: Be aware after a certain time (non descript) they only do a very limited menu, no Mighty Macs etc after a certain time. The food you order is absolutely as good as you'd expect from a Supermacs, but your choices are heavily limited later in the night

06/08/2026: From the outside, it looks very unassuming and somewhat deserted. However, once you go up the stairs, it's very nicely furnished and offers a fantastic view of the sea. The food was okay, depending on the dish. They sometimes overdid it with the MSG and spices. Otherwise, though, it tasted good and we had a pleasant stay.

18/07/2026: Truly excellent pizza, no complaints there. Cooked well, with carefully selected, quality ingredients. The dough wasn't up to par, it was very overcooked, and the taste was so-so—a shame. But if you mistake it for a pizzeria, it's perfectly fine.

09/05/2026: They were sampling some of the pizza out in the square and it was quite good. We decided to try out the restaurant. Tried ordering several things, but the first 3 things we tried to order were out. Finally ordered a pizza and a salad. Friends with us had ordered a pizza. Theirs came so much before ours that they had finished it and the waitstaff was looking to clear the table, but we hadn't received even our salad yet. When the food came, it was quite good, but the combination of the extreme delay, the items that were out, and the lack of timing is going to be problematic for this restaurant.

26/04/2026: My husband and I had an amazing experience. The crispy pork belly was absolutely perfect, cooked to perfection with an incredible texture and flavor. It was my first time trying octopus, and I loved it. It was incredibly tasty and truly exceeded my expectations. The steak and lobster were both wonderful, rich in flavor, and beautifully prepared. We were very well taken care of by Soirse, who was attentive and friendly throughout the experience. The place itself is beautiful and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a great meal. This is definitely my favorite restaurant!

27/07/2026: Late breakfast was cold and staff member was not helpful.

20/07/2026: Food was very good. Nice sitting by front windows with street view on a quiet Monday summer evening. Waitresses also very nice.
