11/09/2024: for breakfast and also for lunch, we have been there twice so far and will continue to come. Great atmosphere, delicious small dishes and great, very friendly service.....after 5 days in Galway: the best 👍
06/09/2024: I recently visited Renzo and it did not disappoint. I was looking for a place to sit down and work from my laptop for the day. After the positive reviews online I decided to try it out. Firstly, I was greeted when I walked in the front door by the friendly staff. The girls were extremely attentive and with access to free wifi it was the perfect spot. I got the bacon and cream cheese bagel (also offer vegan sandwiches) and a cappuccino. The girl with brown hair severed me with a smile on her face. I will 100% be back !!!

06/09/2024: Everything was fine, the ordering machine made a slight mistake, but the staff had no problem fixing it, interestingly, unlike in my country, there is no place to put the trays away, but that's a small digression, everything was fine, the staff tried to please me as a customer :3
26/08/2024: On a grim Monday in Galway,we made our way to Burger King,...we were in desperate need of some flame-grilled flavours...ordered up...one Whopper ,3 Bacon doubles and one plain cheeseburger.Five burger meals with drinks which was ordered in the menu computers..Whopper was cold,and one of the Bacon doubles was not on order..This was at a not busy time...went up to bring back the Whopper which was greeted with a shrug,and a manager sticking her finger in the burger to test the heat/cold ratio....after 5 mins a new whipper was available,but now the problem was how much mucus/body fluid was in said Whopper...not a good experience...Stink

15/03/2024: Love this place! They have gluten free pizza and fries, and are open late so it’s the perfect place to stop after a night out! Alexandra was super friendly and knowledgeable and food was great! Will definitely be back :)

20/05/2024: Visiting Galway from out of the country and stopped here - food was just ok.
But, while here my 3 year old muttered to me the dreaded phrase “I need to poop”. Quickly ran up and asked if we could hop inside (despite it being closed off at the moment) since this was a bit of an emergency and the clock was officially ticking. The girl at the window said “sorry I can’t, I’ll get in trouble, but you can walk to the cathedral”. 5 or so minutes later after hustling to the cathedral, we get to the cathedral’s bathroom but a 3 year old can only hold it for so long and I was left to clean up quite a mess. I’d hope for a little more compassion next time.
17/05/2024: Very cute spot with quick service and okay coffee. Many sandwich and coffee selections. There’s outdoor seating too

05/10/2024: Bad customer service, they never arrive on time and when you call they don't even care about your food just said the delivery is there even if he doesn't know where is it.
Also, on the website, they put to take the long way to get your home to charge you more, but the reality is they take shorter way to save petro.

edit: Used to be by far my favourite place in town. Now the staff changed, Burritos are loveless, smaller and just full of rice. Just ordered and after 20min she calls me and goes "oh we don't have that protein. Would you want white rice instead?" oh yeah PLEASE put more white rice in my burrito who needs flavour 😂
