10/04/2025: In a world where customer service has gone down the toilet the guys and girls at Kindf_olk are exemplary. I've made quite a few purchases here because whoever does the buying is top notch and the price points aren't horrendous and the brand stocked are spot on. The girl I've dealt with a few times (sorry I don't have your name but you study film) has been exceptional, going above and beyond to find washing instructions, sizing etc. The owner Declan has been a dream to deal with on 2 exchanges I needed to make. Well done all

18/03/2025: I was in the area for a while, but last weekend was my first time in PJ’s—and the taste of the Guinness alone is enough to bring me back! The bar staff were absolutely amazing. The guy with the beard clearly knows his craft—you can tell he has real experience pulling pints. It’s not often you see that old-school style of bartending these days, with all the Gen Z influence. Very cool pub, very cool staff, and even better Guinness. Highly recommend!

15/05/2025: Costly and absolutely disgusting, hot chocolate smelled bad and tasted bad as well as if there was a dead creature in it , cold coffee combinations absolutely horrendous, total waste of money.

11/05/2025: I was out and about around two in the morning, hungry as hell, and this was one of the few places still open. I had a lamb kebab and I have to say it was really good. Tasty meat, well cooked, right portion and warm bread. Honestly, I wasn't expecting anything special at that time, but instead it surprised me. Fair price: 11 euros. If it happens to you, it's worth a try.

18/05/2025: This place was simply amazing. For lovers of the freshest fish it is simply ideal. In addition to sushi there is also fish and chips, my son really liked the fish burger. The shrimp tempura amazed me with their size and quantity. The sushi portions are simply huge and worth the money. Very tasty. Special thanks for the service. The main thing is if it's tasty, then it's tasty. I recommend it to everyone.

30/12/2024: We recently stayed at Feenys Lodge and found it to be a clean, efficient, and good value for money option in Salthill. The location was excellent, with a bus stop just up the street, making it easy to get into Galway city—thanks to the lovely lady at check-in who pointed it out. The check-in experience was warm and welcoming. The lady showed us to our room and mentioned there was a heater in the cupboard in case we needed it, which came in handy. The main heating in the room didn’t seem to work through the night. This was fine for us while sleeping, but the room felt a bit cold after a morning shower. Using the little heater helped warm things up nicely. The hot water in the shower didn’t get as warm as we would have liked, which added to the morning chill, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. After a full day exploring the Cliffs of Moher, we enjoyed dinner and drinks before returning to the lodge for a good night’s rest. Overall, Feenys Lodge is a budget-friendly and convenient option for travelers. With a few tweaks to the heating and water systems, it could be even better.

12/05/2025: Don't understand why this restraunt is rated so low. I bought chicken curry with egg fried rice. Only €11, large portion, rice is perfect, curry is perfect, chicken is juicy and the entire dish is flavorful. I left some for leftovers in the morning and it tasted just as good after I put it in the microwave to reheat. Will come back again

13/04/2025: Returning customer, enjoyed the food previously. So I decided to bring my child and partner this time. Hot chocolates we ordered were nice. But the cookie for my 3 year old was as hard as a rock, he didn't even want to eat it. My partner opted for a cinnamon bun, looked lovely on display but upon receiving, up close it was so dry. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a week old. I'd be careful of getting any of the baked items as they are not at all fresh. I had a Kinder Bueno blondie which was tasty but you could tell it wasn't very fresh.
