04/04/2025: This place has become quite disappointing. At first, I thought the issues with my orders were just isolated mistakes, but it's now happening almost every second time I visit. It seems to point to either careless staff or poor management. There are frequent mistakes with orders, either you receive the wrong items, or something is missing entirely. It’s incredibly frustrating to get home or stop somewhere to eat, only to realize your order is incorrect or incomplete. Yes, perhaps it’s wise to double-check the bag before leaving, but when you're paying for a service, you expect it to be delivered properly, especially from a drive-through, which should be convenient and efficient. As for recommending this place, I’ll leave that decision to you.

30/12/2024: We recently stayed at Feenys Lodge and found it to be a clean, efficient, and good value for money option in Salthill. The location was excellent, with a bus stop just up the street, making it easy to get into Galway city—thanks to the lovely lady at check-in who pointed it out. The check-in experience was warm and welcoming. The lady showed us to our room and mentioned there was a heater in the cupboard in case we needed it, which came in handy. The main heating in the room didn’t seem to work through the night. This was fine for us while sleeping, but the room felt a bit cold after a morning shower. Using the little heater helped warm things up nicely. The hot water in the shower didn’t get as warm as we would have liked, which added to the morning chill, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. After a full day exploring the Cliffs of Moher, we enjoyed dinner and drinks before returning to the lodge for a good night’s rest. Overall, Feenys Lodge is a budget-friendly and convenient option for travelers. With a few tweaks to the heating and water systems, it could be even better.

31/03/2025: Very nice place, good food and service. Inside of the restaurant is nicely done, cosy and tastefully decorated. They also have a few tables outside with the promenade and Galway bay view. Almost forgot to mention :really good Latte they have. Overall highly recommend 👍👍

31/12/2024: Muy, muy decepcionado. Visita anualmente @xmas pero nunca más. Gnocchi no comestible, hamburguesas secas, patatas fritas tan fuerte rebotó cuando trató de comer con un tenedor, la merluza era horrible. Platos muy desnudos, sin ensalada de acompañamiento en cualquier plato. Los ñoquis solo tenían un pequeño trozo de pan de ajo, las porciones eran extremadamente pequeñas. No demasiado ocupado así que no hay excusa. Quedó esperando años para ordenar y de nuevo para pagar. Dije que la comida no era buena, pero le dije que no le diré disculpas al chef. No volveré.

08/10/2024: Good for a pint of Guinness to wind down the evening while sitting out front to watch the people. There are bouncers at the door checking ID's but they could clearly tell that I am definitely of age. Inside, loud with music at 8pm on a Saturday night. So it was outside with the pint glass and thankfully, no one smoking out there. Great to sit for an hour and watch the idiots peel out from Eyre Square in their fancy cars. And watch the taxis make the u-turn to the stand directly in front. And when someone did decide to light up, finish off the pint and head onwards. Lots of tourists in town this evening so it was busy all around.

15/04/2025: This is a great little restaurant for lunch. The food is pretty much limited to burgers and wings but it’s good food and very friendly service. If you just want a burger and beer, it’s great.

And its worth it🤩😋 We ordered: Avocado temaki- Average in taste not worth the price it cost us €6.5 Crayfish+spicy mayo- €12 you get 8 pieces which is good in taste n quantity Chicken kara age- €8 for 6 pieces, very good in taste liked the crispy texture Veg gyoza- 10.5€ little overpriced dish again but must try Fondant- €8.5, very good taste of match icecream with perfect blend of warm fondant and cold icecream Raspberry roulade- €7.5, if you like less sweet dessert this is must try here I liked it! Interiors: Warm and cozy atmosphere Staff: attentive and helpful Hopefully, I gave a detailed review over here. Please do give a thumbs up if the review is good.

All services was a very good ,staff of dining bar doing perfect services,breakfast restaurant and lobby bar too,reception and accommodation team was great . Food was really fresh,amazing taste and have a good opportunity to make a choice . Room was clean ,warm and for the bed mattress we have all the best words, feels like a sleep on the clouds. Swimming pool ,sauna ,music in all hotel was very relaxing and guy who working at leisure area so kind and keeping everything clean there. Thank you to all team we will comeback again🙂
